We came knowing we were having their signature dish - the Peking Duck served traditional style with cucumbers, scallions, pancakes with Hoisin sauce and their 5 star fried rice. We ordered two of those plus two appetizers: the edamame and their ribs. This was the best we have had anywhere. The duck was so tender it comes sliced to the table on a huge wooden platter. The edamame was charred and in an incredibly tasty sauce. The ribs were meaty and falling off the bone. Hats off to the chef! Thank you for making this dinner so memorable.
