Poor packaging.

Worst Chinese food we have ever had. We started eating and just threw it all away. Was Could not cut the chicken with a fork, hard as a rock and stringy like old dried beef. The other dish, Mongolian beef was swimming in soupy gravy, tasteless. The fried rice was not fried rice, just tossed rice with a little soy and some bean sprouts. Egg rolls burned, dried and impossible to cut with a knife. We picked up the food and the packaging matched the quality of the food. Who puts Chinese food in styrofoam and a paper bag? Spilled all over car mat on the way home.

General Tao lunch special - fried rice, egg roll, extra spicy #YUM

Became a favorite when I moved to the area. They are a family owned and operated business and I am always greeted with a smile and fast service. I go for the lunch specials often.

Ordered the Combination Platters, served with wonton or egg drop soup, egg roll, pork fried rice or steamed rice. The wonton soup is just fair as well as the egg rolls. My wife ordered the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and I ordered the Szechuan Pork which was spicy with loads of vegetables, both fair.

Im to hungry but disappointed same time just put somebody else old people like to same money just retire guys

Almost 13$ just for small rice and 3 pieces winds thats bad placer if I know that I would never come here. hope you chance your way

a plate of beef, broccoli, and carrots

I am going straight to the food ~ diabolical! This is my first venture with this take out, and most definitely the last. I ordered beef with mix veg, which I got, but! The beef was chewier than an old shoe, with no taste, or flavor, the vegetables were the same. I am not sure what the brown slime was that it was cooked in, but it was slimy and tasteless. I also got a vegetable roll, so this was over cooked, and hard and absolutely tasteless! I got fried rice which was almost the whole dish, it filled a cereal bowl, but it was quite good. Price, $15 all in, not terrible as long as it was good and flavorful - this was far from that, or even food. my clear recommendation- DONT

This place is very good. If you have a kid I would suggest General Tso's. But very big portions.

The Beef Chow Fun was outstanding - perfectly wok-tossed, loaded with tender beef and those chewy noodles that just makes the difference. The Orange Beef? So tender you could cut it with chopsticks, and the sauce was spot-on sweet and tangy. Chicken Broccoli was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want in a classic dish. Prices are ridiculously reasonable for the quality and portions you get. The restaurant was packed and honestly, it should be - this is the real deal. If you're craving authentic Chinese food that doesn't break the bank, stop everything and come here. The chef Steve is as authentic as they come. Kitty is the host and is so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

You get what you pick, end of story. And let me just warn you: the menu has zero pictures. None. So you might have absolutely no idea what you're about to get. It's a little culinary gamble. Fun... but also risky. Also, please don't embarrass yourself -- chow mein is veggies, lo mein is noodles. Two totally different things, and mixing them up will get you a surprise you didn't want. This was my second time here, and honestly? Its overall and okay experience for the family. Even with the mystery menu, the food slaps and we left happy.

They recently renovated and what a difference ! I always ordered the lunch special …read more My go to is always the vegetable lomein which comes with soup and egg roll and rice. It is always delicious. Now there is no more lunch specials and it now cost me $20. Their egg rolls are now spring roll which is very disappointing as they had really good egg rolls. I will no longer be ordering here anymore as this is much too expensive.

Going inside, the restaurant felt vibrantly red and welcoming. Fortunately, there were a good amount of open tables and we were seated quickly. Tonight we ordered 1x chicken with garlic sauce, 1x chow fun, 1x spare ribs, 1x hot & sour soup, 1x egg drop soup, 1x wonton soup, and 2x eggrolls. Going in with my review,*disclosure: not the largest fan of Chinese food* but the food was great! The chicken with garlic sauce had a well balanced sauce, chicken was very tender, fresh assortment of vegetables, garlic wasn't overpowering! My favorite dish of the night was the chow fun! It had those bouncy chewy noodles, savory sauce, and tender strips of char siu pork! The spareribs (char siu) had a sticky delectable salty sweet bbq sauce, and were on the bone tender! Only critique for the night was that the hot & sour soup could've used more white pepper or that hot factor. Egg drop had tender swirls of silky egg and a refreshing light broth. The wonton soup had a clear flavorful broth, nicely cooked wontons; for extra flavor I add the hot mustard IYKYK! The eggrolls weren't your typical hollow shells as they were packed with minced pork meat and tasted fresh fried to order! Overall, we were very pleased with both the food and service tonight. For these reasons, we'd be happy to give Mr. Shens 5/5 stars!

Menus, plastic utensils, and sauce packets are in the waiting area which is nice. Servings were ample. And the prices were fair. The dinners come with both an egg roll and a small soup as well as choice of rice and meal. Mine was about $13 and I got 2 meals out of it. We also ordered a few apps. The egg rolls were meaty and crispy. Not my favorite but definitely acceptable. I also enjoyed the triangular fried crab Rangoon, which also was crispy and freshly made. I was not a fan of the accompanying sauce, but I think most people would like it. My son said there was no crab And I think he was right. He didn't want any and it's usually his favorite thing. Next we tried the fried pork dumplings. A Plus is the inside was tasty and they seemed made in-house. But the pan frying didn't work well for takeout. And the wrappers were a bit doughy. Oddly there was no dumpling sauce. The egg drop soup was a hit with my son. And the crispy wontons seemed fresh. The hot and sour soup had the right heat level but seemed to be missing something. The broth lacked depth, it was just hot. The kungpao chicken dinner came completely packed with my chosen white rice, lots of veggies, nuts and tender chicken. The thin sauce was not spicy at all and that was disappointing. But I didn't specifically request spicy. The veggies though were a nice blend including mini corn, water chestnuts, mushroom, carrot, celery, onion and pepper. No Szechuan pepper though. The serving portion was huge (served two). If we ever go back, I wouldn't order any of the items we got. It would be to taste the fried rice, lo mein, and probably something fried, like wings, because they seemed to do that well.

Our first visit, we ordered in person and waited about 15 minutes for our food. The second time, we called ahead and our order was ready when we arrived! Service was fast and easy. We tried the Szechuan chicken and shrimp combo order on our first visit, which came with an egg roll, wonton chips, and white rice. I added a side of sauce not realizing there would already be plenty with the main dish. On our second visit, we went with the regular Szechuan chicken, which also comes with white rice (brown rice is available for an upcharge) -- and it was easily enough for two to share. The food is flavorful without being too oily or overdressed, and the spice level is solid. I personally like a little more heat, so I topped mine off with red pepper flakes at home, but it is good as-is. Veggies were cooked well and everything was served hot and fresh. Their menu offers plenty of variety, including lunch specials and combo options for those looking to try a little of everything. We enjoyed our orders and will definitely be back when the craving hits!

Lunch was abundant for $15. Four spareribs, an eggroll and fried rice were included. I filled the bag with a fortune cookie and some duck sauce on my way out. I'm glad I wasn't too hungry just had a yen for Chinese food.
