C5. Lemon Grass Beef
Julie S.

This place hits the mark for their pho particularly. My nephews loved it and gobbled up the entire bowl. And they have frequented this restaurant before for it. It was my first time and I ordered the beef with lemon grass with vermicelli. The beef tasted slightly off and the rue that was made from corn starch was too thick. I'd consider taking my nephews back here but wouldn't order the same dish.

Great food, fast service, reasonable prices, and a clean interior! Portions were large and parking was ample. Was super excited to find vegan rolls for the vermicelli bowl, M3. Highly recommend!

I like their plain noodle pho, I'm not a big meat pho guy. They got some of the best chili oil in the pho game. Service cool. Ambiance is chill

Everything we had was very delicious! Good spicy in my spicy beef Bun Bo Hue was a great kick up from pho that I've previously had. The wait staff was attentive and the prices were fair. My partner loved his beef pho and the wings were tasty. I will definitely be back and recommend you giving this place a try!

Wonderful and flavorful pho with a great variety of other Vietnamese dishes. I got the beef pho. Packed with flavor and lots of meat.

M10. 3 Flavors Vermicelli

This place has become one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. I highly recommend the M10 with 3 flavors vermicelli. They go well with sauces, vegetables, or meat, making them a great choice for a quick and filling meal. It was amazing! The food comes out quickly, which is great! 10 out of 10.

Have I mentioned how lucky I am to have such an assortment of cheap-but-good multi-ethnic restaurants around me? Pho Viet Flare has been my go-to when I don't feel like traveling far. If there's a downfall to my visit, it's I almost always know what I want and that's all I get. 95% of the time it's the pork vermicelli, maybe with some spring rolls. But this time I expanded my horizon and tried their chicken wings and a main dish of the VietFlare Rice House Special, which had a bit of everything. The prices are very reasonable, the food is good-to-great, and service is fast. Come here when you need a quick fix. Not shown is how I completely douse my meal in hoisin sauce.

Lemongrass beef vermicelli

My wife and I ate an early lunch there yesterday and weren't impressed but it's not so bad if you need to eat. The service was fine but not welcoming. We were sat down but never checked on after getting our food. While my lemongrass beef vermicelli was ok, my wife didn't care for her BBQ pork vermicelli. No flavor. My flavor was weak. The room could have been better as there cleaning supplies laying around, which takes away from having a better experience. Finally, given the food was so-so, the prices are a bit high and the menu is very limited compared to other Vietnamese restaurants.

I didn't get to experience the whole dine in, I ordered mine to go. Portion size are decent, flavor of the soup was ok, nothing that stood out from the usual Pho. It's definitely better than other places, will be back if ever in the area again.

(fair warning they do sprinkle some peanuts on there, look out, if you are allergic)! In case you don't want to read the whole thing: 10/10 pho. The portion is so worth it! The flavor is amazing and so hearty yet refreshing. Also I am 99% sure my food came within minutes of ordering because I did not even get the chance to open my book. The way I rate pho, are two things, one, the noodles, and two, the broth's flavor. Noodles: Because nothing hurts more than a yummy broth with some overcooked noodles that breaks when you try to eat them. Pho Saigon Pearl is doing it right, their noodles are perfectly cooked, you can pick them up and they're not clumpy, they don't fall apart (literally God Bless) Broth: bone broth is soooo good for your overall health and every time when I am feeling slightly under the weather, I look for a good ole pho place for some yummy broth. No one wants flavorless and greasy broth, and it's awkward to ask for salt, but LET ME TELL YOU GIRLLLLLL THE BROTH (fantastic give me 14 of em) it is sooooo perfectly seasoned, it is perfectly salty and gives you that beautiful completed flavor of meat and veggies. The ambiance is nice, lots of lighting, clean interior and spacious set up. Overall: 10/10 would recommend. Literally kisses all around because I already feel better I CANNOT wait to come back again!

I was super impressed and dare I say blown away by just about everything! From the Tom Ka soup right through to the Drunken Noodles - each dish we had was packed with flavours that were bold, authentic, and beautifully balanced. The service was great! Despite it being super busy - our sever was very attentive (especially on a holiday evening), and even came to let us know the kitchen was closing and if we wanted desserts, we had 10-15 mins to place the order/s. The venue itself is really unique/trendy - I would describe it as a fun, unexpected blend of a cozy French bistro aesthetic with a Thai twist--warm, stylish, and welcoming. Today, I tried the Pik Khing with beef. This is one of my go to entrees at any Thai place. Great flavors here to include a nice medium spice flavor. I have tried the Panang Curry with chicken. Very good. Normal spicy is probably too mild for me. Good flavors. I like to get a side of broccoli to add more veggies to the dish. It comes with broccoli already but I like a little more. Oh, and the decor is really nice. Love the designs inside. Very cool. Give them a try!

Phở - Tái, Chín, Gàu, Gân, Sách: The broth wasn't as deep or clear as the Philadelphia branch's, and it lacked a bit of umami and sweetness. The beef was slightly overcooked, lacking the chewy texture of raw beef. However, the rice noodles were still bouncy. Overall, it was just okay, not worth waiting in line for almost half an hour. Chè Báp: Simple but incredibly delicious! The coconut milk was rich, fragrant, and sweet, but not too sweet; the corn pudding was thick and fragrant, and you could even taste the corn kernels.
