My girlfriend and I got some crispy spring rolls (A2) and the Pho Combo (P2). The spring rolls were okay but not the best. They came with a peanut sauce instead of fish sauce. The pho was great. Really flavorful and delicious broth and the noodles were good too. It's great to see a Vietnamese restaurant in Dover again and I'm really glad to see the food is high quality. I hope they get the hang of running the business a bit more efficiently and are able to stay open. read more

The coming soon sign was up and I was soooo excited to drop some "Dong" dollars for some Pho soup. I always believe long waits are due to terrible service or high demand. Made a stop on the way to the Delaware beaches. No air conditioning, had a couple of fans going. Wanted to try their Bun Bo Hue, but they were out. Got the spring rolls and pho. Spring rolls weren't served with fish sauce, it was served with the Thai chili type sauce. The pho was on the sweet side. Nothing spectacular, doesn't compare to the places in south Philly, but not horrible. I'm just not a fan of eating pho in 90+ weather with no AC. read more

I had the chicken Pho and my boyfriend had the steak Pho. Since it's take out (with the quarantine) they provided a lot of noodles, meat, and sprouts. Very yummy. My favorite place for Pho that I have tried on Delmarva. The broth and delicious and fresh ingredients will keep you coming back. Be warned though there is limited seating and it gets very busy. My go to is the pho with brisket, I add a bit of hot and sweet and it is divine. Goes great with some warm green tea and a tall glass of cold water. Takeout is exceptional too. read more

Really great Pho spot! Not many options in the Dover area that are great but Pho Viet is awesome! Very reasonable pricing and large portions (I feel as if the smaller Pho option is enough for 2 people!). Bubble tea is pretty good too, I recommend the Thai milk tea. Chicken pho is my go-to, very flavorful and lots of chicken, rice noodles, and sprouts and basil given. I wanted to leave a 5 star review but I couldn't. I ordered take out here the first week it opened. They were so busy and I didn't feel well so I was in and out. This review is about my more recent visit. I came back to have a business lunch with me, myself, and I since I am the owner, web designer, employee, chauffeur, etc....you get the point. Upon walking in...the server, don't remember his name...younger guy...yelled "for here or to go"....I'm looking around like who me?!? He says it again so I say, "for here" and he tells me where to sit...keep in mind it was empty other than two other patrons and I wanted to sit near the door. Anyway, I sat down and he came over looking annoyed and asked about drinks. I went to look at the menu and he rushed me and said we have soda and water...I say, "I'd like tea if you have it"...he goes "oh yeah we have tea". He gets my order and goes back to the register. I kind of sat there and watched how he interacted with others. It was pretty much the same. Other than the terrible customer service, I loved my pho! It was yummy and the atmosphere was quiet. I was able to journal and have that business meeting with myself after all. I'm hoping the guy was just having a bad day and that he isn't grumpy all the time. read more

Used to go here very often, being stationed here in Dover it's a treat to finally find a decent pho place. The food is decent the broth isn't as aromatic or flavorful as they use to be. Damn delicious. Me and my husband got the vermicelli noodles, it's our favorite Vietnamese dish. Perfect amount of food and the salad to noodle ratio was on point. My 3rd time here. The food is okay for being in Dover, DE. Granted it's nothing like the pho you'll get in Philly on Washington St but nonetheless satisfying. The prices are reasonable, a bit on the high side but it's nothing to complain about. The only thing that sucks about this place is the service. I've gotten the same waitress twice, Mel, and both times she seemed more interested in talking to her coworkers and doing everything but serving tables. Had to flag her down twice and she never once asked if everything was okay. I ALWAYS tip 20% despite service or food but the service given to us by her was just horrible. I would've been more than understanding if she was busy but we were 1 out of 3 tables she had and she spent an awful amount of time behind the register. read more
