I enjoyed my meal experiences. So far I've visited three times. The first two times I had the veggie stir fry, delicious and nice portions. My third visit I had soup. I must say, this place was not what I expected. I've been through different pho restaurants and I always go back to Dai Loi. But trying this area, I wouldn't mind coming back. This would be my 2nd choice comparing it to my long time eatery dai loi. Just a few thing.... If your in a hurry, this is not your place. They really take their time prepping for your food. They only have hoisin and sriracha on the table. If you need other condiments, you'll have to ask the waitress. I asked for sugar, chili oil, and fish sauce. They actually poured fish sauce in a small bowl. Their egg rolls are cooked once it's order so it'll come hot and fresh. Waited a good 15- 20 mins for our pho to come to the table. With the veggies, the bean sprouts looked very fresh, which that's hard to find. Ordered pho with eye round steak and tendons with meatballs an add on. I must say they was not stingy with their tendon! Their noodles were not soggy. The broth was really good, just a little bland. But fish sauce fix that issue. Oh but the meat balls! The meatballs are home made. It's a little bigger then the factory made ones. It very seasoned and you can really taste the peppercorn. Very delicious! The bun mi was okay, I got mines toasted and added sriracha. The pate was a little bland and needed more veggies. The ice coffee taste like what you get in a boba store. People have their preferences, I like like coffee strong with condensed milk. The hot tea, they use tea bags and not loose leaf. But, they sell beer! Well I gave it a second try. This time with my wife. I thought I would be on the fence about this one. My wife liked her vegetables stir fry combo and I tried the veggie stir fry seafood combo. Again, it is something different for the area. However this time with little to no service I will say that I have eaten for the last and final time at this restaurant. Sorry but Pho Viet is simply not for me. Just my final observation. There is nothing really bad about the food. But there was nothing really exciting that makes me want to come back. read more

This place is in a strip mall and you might miss it if you don't stalk the internet for Vietnamese joints, but head on into Viet Pho's spacious entrance and be greeted by gorgeous, shiny gray tile walls and an open yet intimate setting. Staff is nice and friendly. Viet Pho just added Banh Mi sandwiches to their menu, and there's no way we couldn't order the pork Banh Mis. I also got a Vietnamese coffee. Sandwiches were fresh and perfect, the right amount of filling, perfectly spicy, bread toasted but not hard. Flavor and ingredients spot-on. The coffee is on the thick, rich, and sweet side but I'm pretty sure that's how it's supposed to be. Needless to say, we'll be returning for the sandwiches on a regular basis. I have yet to try the Pho because it's just a lot of food for me, but I'll be back to report on what my SO says about it. Overall, great spot for a casual pick-me-up or date night. Stopped here on a road trip and it was pretty decent. Restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms. Staff was prompt and polite. Food was above average but the service was excellent. Ordered the mango boba and brisket pho. They provided a large chunk of herbs for the add ons to which I really like to add to the broth to my taste. read more

The Pho Broth was very ethnic and full of fresh flavor. I ordered the combo Pho, and all of the meat were so fresh and tender. The atmosphere is very nice and the restaurant is very clean.
