We ordered the rare steak pho, combination pho & boba Thai tea. We ordered extra large and it must of been the largest pho I ever had. You definitely get your moneys worth, but best off all.. it was so good. They added PLENTY of meat. The broth was so delicious I didn't add any hoisin sauce to it. The people are nice a little slow but nice. The food was delicious we got R6 pho it was delicious the broth had great flavor but the salt and pepper chicken wings were the best. Banh xeo (Vietnamese pancake) is the best bang for your buck! It's $12.50 and yet it's so large. Easy to split too! The grilled pork in the spring rolls is also really juicy and delicious! The bun bo hue is pretty decent, they serve cabbage and mint/veggies on the side too. It also has pork blood and pork cake. They're pretty fast with their orders, no complaints about service. I've been here plenty of times, and their food is pretty consistent. Pho viet also has Chinese food to order if you're interested, never tried it before but the fried noodle dishes look really yummy. Moving from South Sac, it's been hard to find a good pho place. I would say this one is the best one for me. I always get the combination pho, and depending on whether it's early or late, I'll either get a Vietnamese iced coffee or Thai tea. I've tried both, and they always taste the same every time--consistently good. I feel like it's been a while since I've had a really good quality Vietnamese iced coffee at a Vietnamese restaurant. My go-to place is Vinhouse Tea & Coffee, so I was pleasantly surprised that their drinks are actually really good. I ordered through DoorDash this evening and ordered the combination beef pho (R1 pho dac biet), charbroiled pork and shrimp rice plate (M4 grilled pork rice plate) and a coconut shake. The pho was packed with flavor, and they don't skimp on the meat at all. I even swapped my noodles for thicker chow fun noodles, which was a perfect touch. This place always impresses with generous portion sizes, fresh ingredients, and mouthwatering dishes. The charbroiled pork rice plate is out of this world! Definitely recommend substituting the white rice for their fried rice if you want to add in some extra flavor. The portion was so large, it will definitely last me two meals. Service - Just okay. The person who helped me was not very personable. No smile or greeting. Actually, she took the to-go menu out of my hand and handed me the regular menu. I'm sure she was just trying to help. I took another to-go menu on my way out, in case my wife wanted something since she was waiting in the car. Price - $14, reasonable price for what I got. Would have been a great value if the sandwich had more flavor and my drink was filled to the top of the cup. I always stop by here when I get my car service done. Thank god for food. I have tried a few dishes here but today I got a grilled pork banh mi and a beef chow fun and an avocado shake. I totally forgot they put whip cream which the server should always ask. I also asked for no sugar but mine was sweet ( doesn't taste like something just with ice and avocado and a little bit of condense milk and regular milk would taste.) our chow fun was good but super oily! The sandwich is ok too. The only thing I didn't like is when I mentioned that the front door signage said they open at 10am and the server lady argued with me that it's at 11. You have 2 competing signage stating one at 10 and the other at 11. Thank god the yelp time is correct. How have I not heard of this place before? This place has a ton of food delivery options from Door Dash, Grub Hub and Uber Eats and they are ALWAYS busy! Oh. Em. Gee. is this the spot to get your homie Vietnamese comfort food! I stumbled across Pho Việt on yelp as I was searching for the closest restaurant that had my Banh Xeo. Their Bánh Xèo is nice and crispy and comes with a ton of veggies. Their nước chấm is not as fish saucey as I'm used to, but their selection of food is really good. Also, sometimes you might find a couple of bugs in your lettuce, so if you're not keen to having the extra protein, just beware. :) One day, I asked if they had fried flounder or baked catfish as I was craving fish and to my surprise, they had flounder! It's a white and flaky type of fish and it's so bomb! Especially if you wrap it in rice paper and add a bunch of herbs and veggies with it. So glad I stumbled across this place as it's a lot closer to my home than traveling all the way to South Sac or wherever else to get some homie comfort foods. So far, the flounder has been my absolute go-to. Can't wait to try their Canh Chua and Cả Kho one day. read more

And honestly it wasn't too far at all but I was not willing to drive 53 minutes to South sac. I haven't had that dish in so long and you don't have it at any of the restaurants I usually go to. The plate was BIGGGG. I definitely shared some rolls with my family. The restaurant was a little bit busy and the bathrooms were very clean. The service was amazing and they even checked on us multiple times which you don't see that often at a normal Vietnamese restaurant lol. I also ordered the eggroll appetizer and it was so good!! made me miss my dad's cooking :) the only thing that was wrong was they made me a da chanh instead of soda chanh but it was still good.
