Moving from the Bay Area was worried I wouldn't find decent Pho.This place is incredible,so delicious and pricing is very good! The beef pho and shrimp rolls was amazing. The restaurant was very clean, service was quick and everyone was friendly. I will definitely come back!

#1. Shrimp Spring Rolls (2 Rolls)

Did a quick pit stop for pho on our long drive and found this place in Roseville. Absolute gem of a pho restaurant! The staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. The beef combo pho broth was exactly was I was looking for - light and savory. Best part, they have chili crisp oil; I cannot have pho without it! The restaurant is clean, inviting, and there's plenty of parking in the plaza. Won't forget this place for the next time I'm in the area!

#27. Rare Beef & Brisket with Rice Noodle

Not feeling well so ordered this to go. With a tip the bill was $40. The rare beef & brisket was skimpy and everything was extra. I added vegetables and all it consisted of was sprouts. I also ordered a wonton soup. That was huge disappointment because all I got was 2 dumplings in the whole container of broth. Let me start by saying this would've been worth the money if number one the vegetables were included, and second if the wonton soup actually had five dumplings minimum. The food was tasty however this is not a place I personally ever would go back to eat.

Service was good, food came out very fast. Restaurant feels homey and clean. I was a little underwhelmed by their bun bo hue. The hue dumplings were really good though.

Great customer service, friendly, clean, and great pho!! The owner is super nice and I'd recommend giving it a go!

#51. Pork Combo Vermicelli

I found myself in Roseville in the mood for some Vietnamese,so decided to give this place a try. The staff was very nice and the place definitely had an authentic feel to it....I ended up ordering the #1,Shrimp Spring Rolls with Pork as an appetizer and #51 Pork Combo Vermicelli as my main dish. Both dishes were excellent, the spring rolls were so tasty,an item I could for sure eat every day if they somehow were available-Flawless!!!.....The Vermicelli dish was a lot of food,so much food-the grilled shrimp had perfect balance of seasonings and grill flavor, the pork was pretty flavorful as well. I would without hesitation recommend this place for a solid Vietnamese lunch, next time I'm trying the Pho!

They are SO nice. Gave us plates and forks for our kids and even a scissor to cut their food! Yummy potstickers came out to give the kids something to eat before we ordered which was also so sweet! Yummy bahn mi sandwhich! Amazing Thai iced tea!

#51 Fresh tasty ingredients I #51. Pork Combo Vermicelli. I mixed everything was so hungry I couldn't wait to eat

It was lunch time. Place was clean and packed. Just 2 servers running around apologizing for the wait. I was seated promptly. Didn't feel rushed. The hard working servers cleared out the packed restaurant. The food had just the perfect amount of meat, veg, and noodles well balanced. Egg roll crisp and full of flavor. I requested a side bowl of broth so delicious warmed me right up. Delicious fast friendly service and yummy cuisine. Don't forget to try this Vietnamese restaurant if you in the area or not worth the trip

Wonderful Food and Great Service. Very Happy with this place. Will definitely come vack.

# 10 Chicken Hot Wings

This is my second time here. The first time was great. I ordered the same pho but the beef was too well done. The fried chicken wings were great and the sauce made it better. I would go back. It's your typical no frills pho establishment. 8/10

Pork egg rolls were delish!

Always fantastic dishes. If you want great food, especially Pho, this is your new favorite spot!

Taro Smoothie $5.75 as of 1/5/2025

I enjoy the pho (Vietnamese noodle soup). Rare beef is the favorite meat, the one that cooks in the heat of the broth. I also like to add tendon for its chewy texture. Lots of rice noodles. I do season the soup to taste. I was happily surprised by the real taro in the Taro Smoothie. So yummy! You can taste the taro. Blended drink. Loved it! All the fruit smoothies contain real fruit. Great value, too. Service is fast and efficient. Restaurant is located in the plaza on the corner of Pleasant Grove Blvd and Highland Point Dr near Panera Bread and Wendy's.

Special.

Broth flavor changed. Very watered down. Over priced. This use to be my go to spot for pho. Sadly, not anymore.

Although I had no issues with parking, I did miss the entrance to the plaza my first go around (doh!) Walking in around 2PM, I observed quite a bit of people inside and a few more taking to go orders. Good sign, I hope? Decor wasn't anything noteworthy, but at least everything appeared clean and tidy. I was greeted immediately by the server as I sat down. One random note: he asked for my name. It is a lost art these days whether going to a restaurant or store to be served/assisted to purchase something. I almost want to head back a week or two from now to see if he'll remember my name haha. The menu was literally written down and taped together like a book. He did mention the specials but I was already set with my order. I had a Pho Eye Round Steak (Pho Tai) and a Pork Banh Mi to-go. The pho: 4.5/5. Very good. Broth was on point! I gave a .5 knock because I...finished it in one sitting. Weird right? I generally expect to have a little bit of leftover. So my thought process is: either it was that good or they provide enough of a serving to satiate someone eating their food and not have any leftovers. Banh Mi: 4.5/5. Also, very good. The pork was marinated very well with their homemade sauce. That actually stood out. I docked it one point only because I'm a stickler for the pate applied to the sandwiches. This was just average. I also hoped they added more jalapenos. These things are absolutely minor and I could have very well rated it a 5/5 but I had to knock it down a bit if anything due to it approaching $11. Regardless of the minor nitpicking, I'll definitely be back from time to time, especially when I get my yearly shots at Kaiser. Thanks!

Their Vermicelli noodles are great too. The thing that stands out the most to me is the freshness of their ingredients. From the veggies, to the meat, to the taste of the broth--everything it's very fresh and that shows in the taste and presentation. Even ordering from door dash, they don't skimp on ingredients--still taste like you're eating from a dish served to you inside the restaurant. I've gone inside to eat meany times, you can sit wherever you want and the vibe is very chill. The server will meet you at whatever table you choose, with a menu and cucumber/lemon water. This place is family owned. Support your local business. You won't regret the visit and I guarantee you'll come back for more.

Especially now that I see they have a dedicated vegetarian part of the menu with many delicious choices that include tofu and/or mung bean as protein. I visited last weekend with my east coast based cousin (her grandma was my great aunt, cousin is the easiest way we can think to explain what we are haha, but we also went to the same hs), and ordered some of the tofu spring rolls and the delicious sweet & sour tofu soup with vegetables. My partner later pointed out that there was likely anise seed in this soup, as we were enjoying the second round of soup leftovers for dinner this week. This is typically my kryptonite in a bad way (if I was in that pocket universe jail of Lex Luthor's he would just throw some in and make sure I could smell it, and that would do me in), but I could not detect it at all. The soup was so perfectly balanced. It had tomatoes, garlic, both white and fried tofu, celery, scallions, pineapple, bean sprout (but not too much, I hate when there is too much of it), and fresh basil. Other veggie friendly offerings (sounded like they could be modified vegan) consist of goodies like tofu lemongrass with chili or curry, Mongolian tofu, and Kung Pao tofu. We loved the spring rolls as well. They also have veggie friendly egg rolls (not vegan), which I want to try next time. Service has always been great. They're a family owned staple of Rocklin dining. Prices have gone up, but this place is still a steal for the quality. My soup, noodles, appetizer, and Thai tea were less than $20. Don't forget the Thai tea btw, it's great!

The Porsche seemed pretty good as well. Stopping in here was kind of a last-minute decision for us as we met up with a family member after the local Marathon that was taking place around the Rockland area. The. Ambiance was pretty mellow . Nothing to fancy or eye catching on the appearance or decors of the establishment. More of just a simple place to catch a good bite to eat.
