The bread is amazing, I'm not sure if it is but it felt homemade. Super light and fluffy but crispy/toasty on the outside. They had the right amount on condiments so it wasn't dry. We had two tofu banh mi's, the wonton in chili oil, and sugar cane juice. Their sugarcane is fresh pressed in house!! Makes me miss Vietnam Everything was delicious. Went here over the weekend for a quick lunch. The pho and pork chop plate tasted delicious, but the wait was very long. Midway through, I also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee and contemplated asking for it fto be for here, but I'm very glad my boyfriends mom said to just get it to go. Our server ended up forgetting about it when I asked him if it was coming and I didn't get my drink until we were about to leave. One of my favorite pho places in Seattle. There's a lot of variety in their food, with lots of other stuff besides pho!

TLDR: Good "fast" food. Flavorful. Cups and utensils old and have layers of grime. Ambient piano music plays in background but drowned out by dining customers and Vietnamese chatter. Parking in front and back. Pay at the front once you are done eating. They prefer cash but do accept credit cards. Dining tables seem to have seen better days. Utensils and cups seem a bit worn as well. Poor yellow lighting results in poor pictures of food. Food paparazzi should use flash. Fresh Rolls (shrimp and pork ham): very misleading. The meat is so thinly cut and there is one shrimp (cut in half) per roll. The roll is 90% vermicelli noodles. So most of the flavor is the peanut sauce you get. This is a nice cheap snack but nothing to drool over. Pho: usually very flavorful--contains MSG. But, some days the broth is watered down. Contains onion slices, which I like. Beef is thinly cut and is hit or miss on being tender or chewy. Noodles are usually chewy--you have to let it sit a few moments to soften before eating. read more

I asked my sister in law's father (who's Vietnamese) what his favorite pho place was in the area. I was expecting the usual places that get all the praise but then he said this place! So it's been on my list of places to check out since then. I grew up in Shoreline so I've seen this place so many times but had never been. Since covid hit, I've been here a couple of times. The guy behind the counter is always there and always so kind. I have to giggle to myself a little bit when he runs my takeout order over to me even though I'm the only one there. I do appreciate that he's trying to be prompt. The food is also amazing and very decently priced. Their pho broth isn't the same generic one for all the different kinds. When you get the pho with beef, there's a distinctive beef flavor in the broth. I also really like the fried banana egg rolls with the peanuts. Overall, I love this place and I'm glad to "discover" it even though it's been there for awhile! read more

The restaurant has plenty of parking and space for big parties. It does not offer complimentary desserts or is known for the cleanest facility, but it does offer decent prices for a filling portion. I have been here before but it has been years my family and I decided to try a different Pho spot than where we usually go. We ordered some spring rolls and gyoza which tasted good and came out quick. But the 3 Pho bowls didn't come out at a decent time. We ended up having to call over our waitress twice and ask where I Pho was. When we walked in it was a packed house not a table open but by the time we were done with our appetizers we were one of three tables left. We were very confused as to why our Pho hadn't came out and could here our server yelling at someone in the kitchen. The meatballs weren't the best size compared to other Pho spots in Shoreline The men's restroom was not the cleanest and could use an upgrading overall. I most likely won't be back. If you're ever in the mood for cheap Vietnamese food, decent dishes, and relatively fast service, make a stop here. Most of the food items are a bit lower than your average pho and this place does serve other dishes than pho. Located right across from Walgreens on Aurora, Pho Tic Tac has plenty of parking. Even at peak dining times, you never really have to wait for very long to get seated. Since I have been here multiple times, the dishes I recommend trying are: 2 in 1 roll, phad thai, veggie pho, banana desserts, and dry noodle pork bowl. The 2 in 1 roll is my top favorite dish here. Simply described, it's a crispy eggroll within a spring roll. Fresh, crunchy, and tasty, eating a couple of these will help fill up your tummy. For those who are vegetarians or want to eat on the healthier side, I recommend trying out the veggie pho or tofu phad thai. The veggie pho uses a different type of broth and is surprisingly, very flavorful with its large variety of vegetables & tofu in it. As for the phad thai, this place makes it slightly on the sweeter side but nevertheless, you get a huge portion that is enough for two. However, if you are a spicy fan, I recommend asking for this dish to be at 5 stars because even at 5, this dish wasn't that spicy. I had to dabble quite a bit of chili sauce on it to get it to my usual spicy preference. If you're feeling more adventurous, try the dry noodle pork bowl or finish your meal off with a banana dessert. For the noodle bowl, it's basically noodles + various vegetables + shrimp + BBQ pork and it's serve with a side of pho broth. Very simple meal but at the same time, tasty and filling. For the banana desserts, the fried candied banana + side of ice cream = YUM. It's an odd combo but a refreshing dessert from the usual cake and such. Overall, pho here is average. I actually come here more often for the non-pho food dishes and so far, haven't left disappointed in the food :) read more

Came in here for a bite to eat the other night when we were starving and I had a craving for pho after a few days feeling under the weather. Super cozy ambience inside with plants everywhere! Very attentive staff as well. I ordered the XL vegetarian pho with vegetables and tofu and a jasmine tea. My sister got the broccoli fried rice with chicken! Both came pretty quickly! I was FLOORED by my portion- for like $12, this was a steal. The tea was also only about $1. My sister was less overwhelmed with hers- she felt the portion was a bit small for the price, but both meals were delicious. I got mine in beef broth, so I cannot speak to the vegetarian broth they offer, but mine was HUGE and made for delicious leftovers. I definitely could not eat it all in one sitting- not even close. The staff were really friendly and attentive and we left with full and warm hearts and bellies  Will definitely come back in the future. read more

Pho Tic Tac serves decent Pho for a very affordable price. You could easily be full with just spending ~$12 (inclusive of tax/tip). Don't expect to have out-of-this-world Pho and you'll be satisfied! This is great for no-frills meal when you just don't feel like cooking at home. The beef pho is decent; the broth is not nearly as 'deeply flavored' as some other pho restaurants but by no means is it terrible. Portion sizes are also very fair! Another person in my group ordered the mixed vermicelli noodle bowl which they liked. The fresh noodle spring rolls actually seemed freshly made and not pre-rolled and stored in a refrigerator (which typically results in a very hard rice paper wrap). My only gripe about the restaurant is that it doesn't feel very clean. The tables and floors are a bit 'sticky' and there is an odd smell as well. But nothing unacceptable for a cheap quick meal! read more
