My favorite pho spot in Seattle. I've been coming here since 2013 and have always had delicious and fresh pho, along with their other flavorful dishes. I remember when a small pho was ~$7 back then. Their prices have remained competitively low compared to other neighboring locations and you can get seated quickly most times. I appreciate their attentive staff and quick service. Parking is also free and open which is always a plus in Seattle. Check it out if you're in the neighborhood!

I've been coming here for about 3 years now. The food is always good, the staff is always friendly, the broth is very aromatic, and the prices are reasonable.

Enjoyable and authentic Vietnamese Right off of Aurora and 145th is Tic Tac Pho. Friendly and quick staff. Pho and Bun options are tasty and traditional. Definitely hits the spot on cold days. The Hot and Sour Egg Noodles was new for me and yummers. The appetizers are fine and they have really good drink options. Appears to be a family-run place. They are nice and attentive, wanting to see that you like the food and are happy.

Hot and sour soup but with the noodles instead of the thicker Thai noodles
Mar K.

Friend invited me to join her for one of her favorite dishes at her favorite pho place on north Aurora. Service here is very attentive and friendly; we walked in and were promptly greeted and seated. There were other customers enjoying their meals, not loud and overwhelming with noise, as can happen sometimes. And the conversations quiet enough for peaceful enjoyment of a meal. We asked for two versions of the hot and sour Thai noodle soup. Vegetarian with tofu and beef broth with rare steak. The important edit was to swap out the thicker Thai noodles for the pho noodles. Ordered the avocado smoothie, which was delicious because it's actually made with fresh avocados, while we waited for the Hot and Sour Thai Noodle soups. (Just to be clear the hot and sour soup was not like the Chinese hot and sour soup) When are soup arrived, my beef broth base was incredibly rich and so flavorful; the slightly tangy broth was truly satisfying, even more so than just pho broth. The beef slices were perfect tender. The food was actually so good we actually didn't talk that much because we were too busy enjoying the meal. That's when I realized why the environment was so conducive to eating because everyone was so busy enjoying their food the conversations were on the quieter side. A good sign of good place to eat.

Craving satisfied! Fatty flank & meatball pho hit the spot. The marinated onions + egg yolk on the side took it to another level. Flavorful , great vibes, perfect service. Solid 10/10

Seriously one of the best soups I've ever had!! So much flavor and everything was so delicious! Will be coming back!

Flavor - ***** Portion - ***** Presentation - ***** Service - ** Wait time - ** Cleanses - ** Pretty authentic Vietnamese dishes with huge portion. Dishes are pretty flavorful. Their village bowl is my favorite one! It's a small cute business own by family. So do not expect super high quality service. The service speed was on standard. Just the cleanness is a bit concern cuz the floor is sooooo sticky. And the table surface and cups are a bit greasy. Overall is ok experience. Since the flavor and portion and the price are reasonable. I'll return .

Bun vermicelli noodles with pork, shrimp and eggroll

Revisited this pho place after a 4 year hiatus. While the decor and setting has not improved significantly, the quality of the food has gotten much better. Pho noodles were firm but enjoyable and sprouts and basil were fresh. Broth was very balanced albeit a bit thin. Meat portions were substantial and seemed high quality. The Bun was colorful and fresh with nicely grilled shrimp and pork. The main knock against this place is the elevated prices. So half star off for ambience and half to full star off for prices. Round up and you get four stars.

Pork wonton noodle and sugar cane juice

1. I gotta ask why it isn't called Tic Tac Pho, that's the better name. 2. Large menu selections, Food was great, fresh ingredients and generous portions (try the sugar cane juice) 3. Staff was friendly and attentive 4. But, while nothing was dirty, the restaurant and restrooms are showing their age and need to be updated and replaced hence the 4 stars and not 5

Half I'd the pho ga and all of the pork seafood noodle soup. 29. Chicken

I had a craving for some noodles and my daughter took me here since it was close to her home…read more It was located in a strip mall with sufficient but a little tight parking. Inside was rather functional and we were seated right away that lunch hour. Menu contained a good variety of fried and soup noodle dishes. The fried noodles were also served with a side of broth. I originally wanted wonton soup but deviated at the last minute to try their Dan Dan noodles. My daughter got the beef noodle and wonton soup that she liked. My Dan dan noodles was served with the same soup noodles and topped with a saucy ground pork and veggies. The pork packed a good amount of heat that I liked and enough to coat all the noodles. I personally preferred a thicker noodle but overall a good dish. The same lady who seated us took the order, served us, refilled our waters, rang up the sale and cleaned up afterwards. I'd come back here again.

I had high hopes for this place. The ratings are high. When I stepped in, I heard Cantonese and/or…read morevillage language being spoken by the staff, which is a good sign. Ignoring the fact that we were the only diners, which is ok these days with many opting for take-outs, I thought the food should be ok. Alas, their food is authentic adjacent but "not it". They look like they should be good, but the tastes are off. I should have guessed things aren't quite right, when the staff struggled to answer my simple question that any normal wonton shop would have understood. The interior is basic and quiet. During our time dining, only one other diner arrived. The Food: Wonton and Beef Brisket Noodle Soup, $14 - 3.5 Stars The beef briskets are reasonably tender. The wontons are acceptable with pork and shrimp fillings. The egg noodles are legit. Soup (or Spicy) Dumplings Noodle Soup, $14 - 2 Stars The Chinese name on the menu calls this Original Soup Sui Gow Noodle. This is a genuine and very good noodle soup at other places. Theirs is not it. The broth is not "original soup", which is a fish-based broth. Theirs is meat-ish, but not meaty and certainly not fish-based broth. It tasted off and weird. The dumplings are not sui gow. They are glorified larger wontons with pork and shrimp. A sui gow typically has Chinese black mushrooms and/or woodear fungus for a varying texture in the bite. The one authentic ingredient of this dish is the egg noodles. Garlic Chicken Wings, 6pc, $12 - 4 Stars These are good - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Not too garlicky but still good. This dish rescued this meal. Lettuce Fish Meat Soup, $12.50 - 1 Star This dish is normally a popular HK street food dish. This dish is not that. The fish pieces lacked flavor and seasonings. The broth, again, is not fish-based but the same meat-ish flavor, same as the dumplings noodle soup. I wish I never ordered this.

Definitely a no frills place, but it's family run and the food is good. We arrived around 12:45 on a Sunday, at the end of the lunch rush wave. Worked out really well: our server Frank sat us right away, we ordered, and were eating our first dishes within minutes. Perfect! Because we were starving! I had a hankering for pork bao, which I hadn't had in a long time. They were decent. My girlfriend is vegetarian, so all other dishes were vegetarian: dry-fried string beans, general Tso's tofu, and hot and sour food. More than enough for the two of us, and very good and satisfying. Note: General Tso's is usually made with chicken and we asked if it could be made with tofu instead. They had no problem with the request. Portions are ginormous, so bring your appetite!

Given that this is called xiaolongbao house, we should have tried the soup dumplings, but since there were two of us, we got the stir fried green beans and spicy boiled fish (shuijiuyu) as well as some white rice. The spicy boiled fish was DELICIOUS: so spicy, flavorful, with generous portions. The green beans had good flavor but I wish they were crispier. We had a ton of leftovers. We will definitely be back for the other menu items.

Legend has it that tens of thousands of years ago, our ancestors lived by eating raw meat and…read moredrinking blood. One day, lightning struck a tree, causing a massive forest fire that killed many animals. Our ancestors then discovered that cooked meat tasted much better than raw meat. This is why roast meat has always been regarded as an important part of the human diet. Today I gathered with friends and chose this barbecue restaurant. It's located north of Redmond, with a prominent sign and plenty of parking. Ambiance: The decor is creative, but it feels quite contradictory. Barbecue is inherently a very "Jianghu" (lively, rough-and-tumble) kind of thing, yet the restaurant leans toward an artistic, literary style. When I used to run my own restaurant, I followed a principle: avoid anything unrelated to the core dining experience. Seeing many books on the shelves here, I understand they're trying to bridge Jianghu and artistry -- but it clearly feels out of place. That said, the place is very clean, and the stickers/decorations are festive. Service: My high rating for this restaurant is largely based on the service. After we sat down, we were given free appetizers -- braised peanuts, which tasted great. The staff training is very professional, whether it's taking orders, making recommendations, attending to us during the meal, or checking on tables and refilling water. All excellent. Taste: Jianghu-style cuisine is characterized by boldness, satisfaction, and not sweating the small details. We ordered spicy hot pot (Malatang), spicy hot pot skewers, grilled beef, lamb, chicken gizzards, oysters, and many other items. First, the Malatang and spicy skewers tasted almost identical, so it felt like eating the same thing. The grilled skewers were just average -- neither good nor bad. The oysters were very tasty. However, the shrimp in the spicy skewers were very unfresh, which was disappointing. "By the way, the prices at 'Friendship Skewers' are anything but friendly -- I think it's quite overpriced overall."

For just $5 more, the premium menu is 100% worth it especially for the wagyu. Everything we tried was delicious, but our favorites were the wagyu cubes and the lollipop lamb chops. On top of that, they offer a salad bar, fruit/dessert, and a sauce station to round out the meal. The atmosphere was another highlight: modern, clean, and comfortable, which made the experience even better. The only downside is the time limit, but honestly, 90 minutes was plenty for us to enjoy everything. Overall, we loved our visit and will definitely be coming back!
