Yes, from time to time you will get something that maybe was expired in a can, it could have been on the back of the shelf or something. Give them a break. For the most part the pho ingredients have been fresh for the couple of years that we have been dining here. And it seems like one family runs it. So, I wouldn't expect fast service. It's just about being realistic with expectations, especially during this pandemic. Most food establishments could not keep all of their staff, some shutting down entirely. This place is pretty darn good. The building looks sketchy but inside is nice and clean and food is delicious. They don't have fountain soda so that's lame but don't let that steer you away from the amazing pho they have here. The wontons are also awesome.
