    Beef ramen
    Amy J.

Not badly priced. The mixed banh mi bbq sandwich was well filled but lacked any sort of moisture/sauce so it was hard to eat without taking drinks of water in between bites. The bread was average. Crusty like it should be without being too hard but not exactly fluffy in any way inside either. The beef ramen was a stir fried dish in good portion. It had plenty of beef but the sad thing was it completely lacked in almost any flavor at all. The beef was entirely flavorless. The ramen had hints of soy sauce flavor but nothing else. It was like eating in 2-D. duper average, but not "bad". I paid $28 for the two items. I went back the next day and sat down to eat. The service was fantastic- both friendly and attentive. The shrimp cabbage salad ($12?) was huge and delicious. The shrimp pho ($15) was also hot, well appointed with shrimp, and had all the expected fixin's. Very nice experience this time around.

One of my favorite new places in the city. The pho is delicious and the staff is wonderful. We came in here during the Asian Festival because the lines were long. It felt like a cheat code. Our server must have liked me or could sense I was hungover because she gave me a free little cup of chicken soup. Hell yeah! The old aunties love me. I still got it, sometimes.

Big menu with lots of tasty options! One of the freshest banh mi's I've ever had. The bun bo hue was perfectly spicy and satisfying. Service was surprisingly quick for only 1 waitress working the floor that day.

Located in the Asia Plaza, a delicious Vietnamese spot! A huge parking lot out front, and a large restaurant with plenty of tables. We were able to be seated immediately on a Saturday night. The staff was very quick and kind, giving us extra bowls so we could sample each other's meals. Our table started with the A2 Garden Rolls ($6), which were fresh and delicious, accompanied with a peanut sauce. I got the P2 Pho with Brisket ($13), and the broth was to die for! So tasty, it did not need much other spices or sauces added. I also got to try the spiced pork in the vermicelli noodles, and it was divine. Some of the best flavored pork I've ever tried. The menu is also HUGE with: pho, vermicelli, banh mi, fried rice, noodles, etc. I will be back to try more!

Popped in here on a weekend for lunch with some friends to check out this new pho place in Asia town. I was pleasantly surprised by how big, airy, and clean the space was. It doesn't feel like a restaurant that's basically brand new. When we visited, the restaurant was relatively busy, but we are able to be seated immediately. We started with a side of the summer rolls and spring rolls, which were excellent. I thought the spring rolls were very crispy and delicious, and the summer rolls were filled with lots of vermicelli noodles. I was very impressed with how quickly all the food came out. The Pho is definitely good: they didn't skimp on the meat portions which I appreciated, and the noodles and the broth were great. This isn't the best pho I've ever had, but it's really solid, and I would come back for sure.

A new Vietnamese place, bring it on! I stopped by to grab some dinner to go and o don't have many complaints. I got the vermicelli with shrimp. It was completely comparable to the same dishes in the other Vietnamese places in the area and recently priced. Good amount of shrimp, well grilled, good amount of vege and good amount of fish sauce. I also got an order of the summer rolls (the rice paper ones) which were tasty. The sauce is the peanut based on. My only complaint is the cost those at $6 for an order of two is on the higher end compared to the surrounding places. Overall, not bad - worth trying out.

Vermicelli bowl- large portion size and delicious

Clean, quiet, and great food! Our server was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of during our dinner. My first time getting the vermicelli bowl at any Vietnamese place and it was delicious! It wasn't too heavy and it was full of flavor!

Broken rice special with pork chops, shredded pork skin, and steamed egg loaf. Worth trying!

Ambiance: Been here twice with my wife and have had good carry out experiences. The place is very clean with plenty of comfortable seating. They have a pop playlist that's not too obtrusive and the service is decent. They do understand Vietnamese but are still learning their ordering system since the place is still pretty new. Food isn't super fast but also not too slow either. Food: Coming from San Diego and having parents who grew up in Vietnam, my standards are usually pretty high. That said, this place is actually fairly authentic for the Midwest. The best thing we've had here are actually the bahn mi dac biet sandwiches which nail all the traditional flavors. The French bread has a nice crust and they use all the appropriate cold cuts and vege fillings, I just wish they had more liver pate and stronger pickles (do chua) although maybe it's toned down a smidge for the American palate? The sandwiches are admittedly small for the price although the ingredients are actually well-proportioned. The rice dishes, despite not being labeled, are made with broken rice which gives you an authentic textural experience and their steamed egg loaf and shredded pork loaf were well executed (often left out at many restaurants). Sadly, the weakest dish is the pho which has a good savory flavor unadulterated by sugar or black pepper, but is too watered down. If they concentrated their broth by 30% then it'd be close to perfect. We have also gotten the rainbow drink (che ba mau) and Vietnamese coffee which are very enjoyable and recommended. Overall I liked Sunshine Pho. They do a lot of things right and have all the traditional flavors but they need to turn the intensity of those flavors up. They do all stumble a bit on the price:value side of things but this place is still a good option to have around. Get a sandwich and coffee here and you won't go wrong.

Pork and shrimp fresh spring roll

Excellent food, very clean place, and great service! I got the fresh shrimp and pork spring rolls. They were very large and delicious. Then I got the number one for with the rare meat. Their broth is delicious. You can tell it's been a while.

The service was good as far as being friendly, but because I guess we got their 30 minutes to closing they thought they could feed me literally a handful of scraps of meat that equaled to about two tablespoons of meat. I live in china town on the next block & have ate all the pho places here. So I wanted to try this new local business & support it. I put the fork next to the serving of meat so you may understand.

Excellent Vietnamese food at this restaurant! Many wonderful appetizers and entrees to choose from! Fresh ingredients in everything we ordered. When I walked through the door I noticed the modern decor. Felt welcomed right away as a staff member greeted us. Waters and menus were brought to our table right away. Ordered a hot appetizer, spring rolls, delicious! Highly recommend cutting in half so they cool off quicker if you want to eat them right away. Substantial filling in a crispy shell! My vermicelli entree was also delicious! The shrimp was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Fresh veggies were on top of the vermicelli. Great fish sauce too. My spouse also ordered a vermicelli dish and loved it. Said the meat was very tender. We also drank their iced coffee and jasmine tea. Both went well with the food we ate. The staff was friendly and attentive. They checked on us, and all the customers frequently. We were thanked for eating here.

She joined us a couple days prior to her wedding to romp around Cleveland and our group of 5 checked out Superior Pho. Delightful. Prompt and friendly service--our server mistakenly put in a 4th bun bo hue soup when we'd only ordered 3, but we brought it to our AirBnB--and excellent food. We ordered 2 bonus bahn mis, per our freind's recommendation, to share table-wide too. Great food. The Bun Bo Hue is mildly spicy for my fellow medium spice tolerant folks. Everything was awesome. I like the table set up with the siracha, hoisin, and utensils all right there like the pho spots I'm use to. I got their goi cuon, pho dac viet, and a boba. Goi cuon came out pretty fast. Nicely wrapped and came with a peanut dipping sauce. The roll was good, I would've liked the peanut sauce to have been a bit more peanuty, and thicker. Sauce was a bit on the runnier side. My personal preference. Pho dac biet soup seems to be the same for all the pho spots in Cleveland that I've tried. It'll satisfy my craving but doesn't seem to be rich. The meat portions were generous for a small. Got their premium oolong milk tea. Didn't taste premium to me. I like you can adjust the sweetness level and ice level. Wish they had just plain regular boba/tapioca balls. Only had them in brown Suger syrup. Definitely enjoyed this spot more than some of the other pho spots. Will come back to try their other dishes too.

Just like I remembered, it wasn't very busy when I walked in. This place mostly seems to do takeout orders, though in my opinion, the restaurant has a pretty nice and classy ambiance. I ordered the grilled grape leaf beef rolls ($12), vermicelli bowl with shrimp & charbroiled pork & spring roll ($16), and fried bananas a la mode ($12). The grape leaf rolls were smaller than I expected, but they were delicious. I liked the lemongrass in the minced beef, and I appreciated the rice noodle salad with veggies. It came with a cup of fish sauce, which I doused the noodles and veggies with. The vermicelli bowl was excellent and filling. It came with plenty of noodles, veggies like bean sprouts & cucumbers & carrots & daikon, chopped peanuts, 2 shrimp, a good portion of charbroiled pork, a chopped up pork spring roll, and a cup of fish sauce on the side. I especially loved the pork. It was flavorful and juicy. And the fried bananas were just as scrumptious as I remembered. Hot, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, sweet. The green tea ice cream was just OK (too icy for me), but the fried bananas were delicious. The service was a tad slow, but I wasn't in a rush, so I didn't mind. The staff was friendly.

It's beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting without being over the top. We started with the Thai tea, and it's an absolute must. For food, the beef pho was exactly what you want--rich, hearty, and super comforting. It came with a generous side of fresh condiments so you can customize each bite. We also tried the vermicelli with shrimp and pork, which was just as impressive. It was loaded with fresh veggies like cucumber, carrots, lettuce, and bean sprouts, plus crunchy peanuts and an incredibly flavorful fish sauce that tied everything together. Service was pretty fast even on a busy night, which we really appreciated. They also offer to-go cups for drinks--a small but thoughtful touch.
