No wonder most customers choose to order pho! Instead of basil or mint, you get a fresh green lettuce, not iceberg. The thin rice noodles are shaped like angel hair or capellini. I wished for the shape of fettuccine. I was glad and impressed the noodles weren't all stuck together in balls like other restaurants. My friend ordered the House Special Vermicelli with Grilled Chicken, Grilled Shrimp, Egg Roll, and Sugarcane Shrimp, which is a shrimp paste meatball. You get your choice of grilled meat (chicken, pork, or beef). That bowl was humongous as well. My oldest had a football game and why did it feel like summer the other day and now, suddenly like Winter!? He played in the windy rain and to add insult to injury, they lost. He could feel a sore throat coming on so naturally, he requested Phö. Our go-to spot closes a little early, so I offered to check around. Pho Station was not only open but when I arrived, it was packed! It's like everyone knows that Pho is good for the soul and especially on days like that one. Service was welcoming and sweet (I called in an order of Wonton soup with extra Wonton). It was ready to go when I arrived. It's definitely on the pricer end for what it is (and an additional $4 for a few extra wontons) but the broth is yummy, it was served nice and hot, and all the pho fixins came on the side. My husband and I came here for the first time and absolutely loved it! I got the house vermicelli bowl and there was this ground shrimp topping that was SO good. I honestly didn't expect to love it as much as I did, but it really made the whole dish! My husband got the banh mi, and the meat was grilled perfectly. After a Zumba class, my brain immediately said, "Great workout! Now we need to REFUEL!" ...And that little voice led me straight to Pho Station. I ordered the pork chop with rice and the shrimp spring rolls...or what I like to call Vietnamese burritos. The pork chop dish may look simple, but it was packed with flavor! The pork was tender and juicy, which I really appreciated because I've had pork chops at other places that require about 47 chews and a prayer to get through. It comes with rice and a little container of sauce, which I poured all over the rice. My recommendation: get a piece of pork chop, some saucy rice, and a slice of that fresh crunchy cucumber all in one bite. Mmmmm! Perfect combo! The shrimp spring rolls were also really fresh. The peanut sauce was good, but I like a little heat, so I added some hot sauce to give it a kick. Now we're talking! The ladies working there were also very sweet and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, a delicious and satisfying meal after shaking and sweating it out at Zumba. Just a tiny thing that it's a little just a little bit salty the day we had. - 4.99/ 5 authentic Vietnamese Pho approved Vietnamese crepes ( banh' xeo) - it's completely different than how I was expected crepe's made. Light yellow with thin crispy layer. Saying that not mean dish's bad. It's just how I expected. The Crepe's made super thick, it's more oily than the thin layer one which I prefer. But it's is really delicious with perfect dipping fish sauce ( i could drink 2-3 cups of dipping sauce itself) - 5/5 Vietnamese Cold Milk Coffee: I will not recommend this. if you look for authentic vietnamese coffee flavor - sorry a big NO. The coffee is strong, moderate sweetness. However the milk they used is not right. I could taste something like hazelnut or vanilla milk which make the authentic Vietnamese coffee goes very wrong. 2/5 for a strong coffee at a good price Very nice and clean restaurant / tables / restroom. Pleasant atmosphere with Vietnamese interior decoration. Friendly/ quickly service, warmly staff. We seated ourselves. Utensils are provided with food ( that's what I like here). Stopped in here for a weekday lunch at the recommendation of a family friend. Ample parking in front of this storefront eatery. Very clean, comfortable and contemporary dining room. Quickly greeted upon entering and we selected our own table. The menus had a very high end feel. Nicely done book with great photos instead of the traditional laminated sheet and low res pics. I was quite surprised by the transformation of this place from the last time I visited some time ago. It obviously changed ownership and it was spruced up, refurbished and very clean and attractive. I was hankering for some hot soup, Ramen or pho, and since I was nearby and came to this location for pho before I thought I'd give it another try. Everything from the decor to the menu to the table settings were sparkling clean, nicely designed and professionally done. The menu is extensive and primarily Vietnamese. I came in particular for Pho and was not disappointed. I ordered the House Noodle Soup, regular size, with egg noodles. The portion was HUGE. Delivered pipping hot the broth was excellent, flavorful and all of the ingredients were very fresh. I was surprised to see the quantity of shrimp provided, nice and plump. The dish was most satisfying and there wasn't any component of the Pho that disappointed. Prices are reasonable and the service was friendly, efficient and on top of it. I was in the area on a weekday and was searching for Pho restaurants that also served banh mi. Fortunately, this location served both so I ordered to go by phone. They had an interesting pho deal where you can build your own pho. I selected 2 items, I selected the flank steak+ meatballs, and a banh mi. Plenty of parking and the place was very clean and tidy. Around roughly 330pm, there were a few patrons already there eating. I received my order right away (probably 10 or so minutes after my order was placed.) When I got home, everything was packaged neatly. The pho? Very good! I ordered the large and had to eat it in 2 sittings. The banh mi was very good as well! Eureka! We've found it! Finally, our search for the BEST Vietnamese food near home around Roseville has come to an end (for now, iykyk as a foodie the search never ends). The food here is incredible and precisely the taste we've been looking for (and then some). My inner McFatty... super satisfied! Pho dishes? Plentiful, fairly priced, yummy, and generous. Vermicelli? Portions were pretty big and prices a little higher, but all the dishes we got tasted great. The fried rice had a little sweetness to it which was different but nice. The vermicelli beef bowl was our favorite. Came with a lot of meat and toppings, so much we couldn't finish it. Service was great. They refilled our waters and gave us extra bowls to use for our kids. They were fast to clean up tables, which was an issue we encountered with the previous restaurant. It just doesn't feel worth it anymore. Oddly enough, the old place had pretty bad service, but the food was incredible. Now the service has improved (our server was very friendly), but the food has taken a step back.
