Custom Build Your Own Pho (1-2 Items)
    Adriana Z.

Went for round 2 this last weekend and once again they came through. I ordered the custom Pho with my 2 meats and my goodness, the broth is so flavorful at each bite. I appreciate that they provide a perfect amount of veggies on the side to complement the Pho. My girlfriend ordered their veggie Pho but in beef broth & of course that was delicious! The overall service was very quick and helpful throughout our time there. The restaurant wasn't too crowded which was lovely. I will most likely be back once the cold winter season is upon us.

    Banh Mi

I was in the area on a weekday and was searching for Pho restaurants that also served banh mi. Fortunately, this location served both so I ordered to go by phone. They had an interesting pho deal where you can build your own pho. I selected 2 items, I selected the flank steak+ meatballs, and a banh mi. Plenty of parking and the place was very clean and tidy. Around roughly 330pm, there were a few patrons already there eating. I received my order right away (probably 10 or so minutes after my order was placed.) When I got home, everything was packaged neatly. The pho? Very good! I ordered the large and had to eat it in 2 sittings. The banh mi was very good as well! I think i found yet another go-to pho spot to visit when I'm in the area. Yay!

I was quite surprised by the transformation of this place from the last time I visited some time ago. It obviously changed ownership and it was spruced up, refurbished and very clean and attractive. I was hankering for some hot soup, Ramen or pho, and since I was nearby and came to this location for pho before I thought I'd give it another try. Everything from the decor to the menu to the table settings were sparkling clean, nicely designed and professionally done. The menu is extensive and primarily Vietnamese. I came in particular for Pho and was not disappointed. I ordered the House Noodle Soup, regular size, with egg noodles. The portion was HUGE. Delivered pipping hot the broth was excellent, flavorful and all of the ingredients were very fresh. I was surprised to see the quantity of shrimp provided, nice and plump. The dish was most satisfying and there wasn't any component of the Pho that disappointed. Prices are reasonable and the service was friendly, efficient and on top of it. I will gladly return for other items to try. What a nice surprise!

Eureka! We've found it! Finally, our search for the BEST Vietnamese food near home around Roseville has come to an end (for now, iykyk as a foodie the search never ends). The food here is incredible and precisely the taste we've been looking for (and then some). My inner McFatty... super satisfied! Pho dishes? Plentiful, fairly priced, yummy, and generous. Vermicelli? Absolutely delicious and hits it right on the spot. Thai tea? More please! Eggplant dish? Best I've had so far in and around Roseville! Banh Mi? Easily compared to the best we've had aroound SoCal! Crab fried rice? Done deal - getting it every time from now on. Oh, I can't emphasize how happy we are to finally have a GO TO for whenever we crave authentic Vietnamese food. The only downer, although it doesn't take away anything IMHO, is the lack of curry dishes. But I think they wanted to gear away from having too much variety so they can focus on their specialties with a masterful perception. Nicely done and couldn't agree more with this angle. I'd rather go elsewhere for curry and return here for top notch quality with everything else! Parking is plenty right out front but this plaza tends to get busy with other popular businesses adjacent to Pho Station. Service was amazing and friendly, food didn't take long at all, there's adequate space with a good amount of tables and seating, very clean and upkept, and ambience feels open, warm, and welcoming for all occasions. Classy and modern setting as well - a plus! Great for family meals. Come hungry. Leave absolutely satisfied with food coma. That's the goal every time, isn't it? Goal achieved! Highly recommended for everyone that wants to enjoy super delicious Vietnamese delicacies with top quality, authentic, and memorable tastes! I want to go back now just recalling it all...

2nd visit. Food even better than 1st visit. Ate #58 steak fillets with vegetables, #59 chicken with different vegetables. Also can't resist the spring rolls. All delicious. Probably the best Vietnamese food in town. Friendly greeting, quick service. The food came to table incredibly fast. 5 stars!

Someone got a face lift (NO, NOT ME). You go in and it's like a new place! Pho Station delivers exactly what you want from a neighborhood pho spot: rich, aromatic broth and generous portions. The Pho is a winner, with melt-in-your-mouth brisket, rare steak, and springy noodles. The broth has deep, slow-simmered flavor--add a squeeze of lime and fresh basil to elevate it further. Don't for get the jalapeno too. Appetizers like the crispy spring rolls are perfectly crunchy, and the lemongrass chicken banh mi (available at lunch) is zesty and satisfying. The space is no-frills but spotless, with quick service even during the lunch rush. Perfect For: A rainy day pick-me-up or a quick, fulfilling lunch. Portions are large enough to share--or take leftovers home!

Came on a Sunday afternoon after realize this Pho Station took over the old pho spot here. The inside looks remodeled and more modern than before. The menu is insane! There are so many things they offered it was almost hard to choose. We decided on pho, fried rice, and vermicelli bowl. Portions were pretty big and prices a little higher, but all the dishes we got tasted great. The fried rice had a little sweetness to it which was different but nice. The vermicelli beef bowl was our favorite. Came with a lot of meat and toppings, so much we couldn't finish it. Service was great. They refilled our waters and gave us extra bowls to use for our kids. They were fast to clean up tables, which was an issue we encountered with the previous restaurant. Happy to know this new business is here and will be back again!

Food is great that's why I keep coming back. Service is great as always, also why I keep coming back. Now on to food rating which is based on my opinion. #48 Vermicelli with pork. 10/10 would recommend but would love a little more meat. #38 Rice plate with Pork 10/10 also would like a little more meat. Shrimp in a blanket, very similar to an egg roll but with shrimp only. 10/10 Banh Xeo 7/10 very crispy, a little too crispy if that's even possible. Can't really taste the batter or the aroma of a Banh Xeo. Would love more veggies to pair with. Egg rolls 8/10 not bad but not the greatest the filling is lacking something.

This must be the best Vietnamese restaurant in Rocklin / Roseville area. Super clean dining room with nice ambience. Very friendly servers, and the best food! We ordered #58 and 59. Shaken beef is my all time fave! Tender beef fillet cubes in a delicious sauce. The portion sizes are wonderfully big for a great price! Will go back again and again for sure!

The Pho is amazing!! Perfect broth and fresh vegetables. The service was good, it was a little busy as it was raining and everyone loves a hot soup during the wet weather. The ambiance was very relaxing, super comfortable.

Doordashed many times ! Very fresh, delicious, savory vermicelli bowl! Their grilled meat waiter pork, beef or chicken has been very good! The only complain is that's sometimes I got cold noodles and sometimes warm noodles, but overall no lacking flavors. It's has become one of my fave Vietnamese restaurant!

Food is good and portions were decent. We got set 1 and shared a build your own bowl Pho. Only thing is, I wish they gave a bigger bowl of soup because noodles soaked it up. We had to ask for more on the side.Everything we ordered was tasty and we like the variety they had to offer. I would go back to try some more dishes!

Automatically taking in the ambience of the restaurant, it felt really clean and has a nice dim light that makes the dining experience feel private. The service was very attentive and they'll do a temperature check on how the food is with you after you receive your meal and they were all genuinely very friendly. 10/10 for the service, no doubt. For food, we ordered their "Fukumi Ramen" and their chicken karaage . Chicken karaage came out first and was freshly fried. The coating was amazingly light and the chicken itself was flavorful. It comes served with a lemon wedge and tiny pieces of salad and the dressing in the salad was delicious! For the Fukumi Ramen bowl itself, the initial taste of the broth was flavorful and the black garlic oil was a nice touch. You'll immediately notice how thickkkk their chasu slices are and I think the free order of extra noodles is a nice plus. However, the thin noodles served with the Fukumi Ramen bowl seemed like a lighter color than I normally see at ramen places and the noodles were overcooked so I feel like it obscured the overall taste of the ramen itself since ramen noodles make up so much of the bite. Even though the extra noodles were free and a nice complimentary addition, I feel like I could tell why because the ramen noodles lacked the quality the rest of the bowl had. The tamago egg was decent and I was surprised because it looked like a plain white boiled egg rather than the traditional brown seasoned egg you get in ramen. Overall, I think Fukumi Ramen can do the job of satisfying a cold rainy day, and I think with their wide variety of ramen options, you'll definitely have to try and find one that might hit for you! Portions are huge here too so it might take a couple visits to try more options!
