This is my New go to Pho/Viet spot in Roseville, Ca area! The broth is flavorful, the meat choices are great quality and it feels high-end in here! Iso really appreciated the pho customization options. I love tendon and tripe, so being able to have extra was a game-changer. We enjoyed all the (chicken wings) appetizers, fried egg rolls, the house special pho, and the Viet coffee. Customer service and vibes were also 10/10! Ca (was our server) and she was so helpful and suggested some great options for our large party to share. Can't wait to come back and try the mussels for an appetizer and have more of this Pho broth!!!

New addition at the West Roseville Marketplace [Roseville CA] A friend who is a repeat customer here suggested that we dine here one day for lunch. This new restaurant is right in our neighborhood so it was convenient. Friend had her usual, Chicken Pho, while I chose the House Special Pho. Unfortunately, I was not too impressed with my meal... the meat had so much fat and overall it was even a bit bland. Service was good and attentive. Meal came pretty quick. The restaurant is still very new so there's room for improvement. Interior is clean and spacious. I will return for the chicken wings though... they are located in the new Safeway shopping center on Pleasant Grove Blvd and the restaurant is facing Fiddyment Road. Review #4005

Sigh, so much expectation but so much disappointments. Pho Madam, your name literally has "PHO" on it but the most disappointing dish was the Pho. From Bay Area little Saigon on Tully to Westminster (OC) Bolsa to NY/NJ and Virginia pho has a specific taste and this pho did not have it. I was expecting a bone / ox tail broth simmered for hours with all the special spices, instead I feel like I've gotten an imitation version with rock sugar boiled in with added star anise .The broth lacked the umami and bone marrow taste and way too sweet. The sweetness was overwhelming with flavors of the anise. .. I'll try again, hope there are some changes.

Went in today and was hoping it would be impressive since I was really excited to see a pho restaurant open up in that area. From looking in, it looked promising. Finally went in today with my husband. It was okay but for the price point, it was too pricy in my opinion for a bowl of pho especially for the amount that you are getting. The price ranged from $17.95 to $22.95 I believe, for a bowl. I've had better pho at a cheaper cost but also you will get more for a lower price. Portions are decent at Pho Madame but not at that price. I had the spring rolls and it could have been better. The peanut sauce was a little bland in my opinion and the egg rolls were not to our liking. I was pretty glad I didn't get any pho since I wasn't that hungry. I did eat a small share of my husband's pho to help him out. I can never finish a whole bowl by myself anyways at any restaurant. We decided to stop since we were curious about it when we passed by when we went over to Mountian Mike's next door and seen it was open. Other than that, I did think that the decor was nice. The restaurant itself looked clean and inviting. I also liked that they had some pickled jalapeños. The Vietnamese style homemade jalapeños are my favorite and not a lot of pho restaurants provide that any more. It pairs nicely with the pho and the chili oil thy provide at every table. Would I come back? Maybe out of convenience if I don't want to drive far from home. I would have to try out the other appetizers and probably split a bowl of pho with my husband again.

I am totally perplexed as to why the ratings are so low for this place. The food quality has been consistent every time I come in, and I order quite a few things each time. Ambience is beautiful. Service is nice. Tried the egg rolls today, they were delicious, so crispy and flavorful! Pho is a little non traditional with the options. We've had the short rib and oxtail versions, both great! A small plate of sprouts and veggies to go with. Their banh xeo is also super tasty! You get to portions that aren't greasy! Every other place I've gotten them are so oily, I can't finish. Theirs is gleefully look forward to every visit! Give this place a try! Yummy!

We were looking for some food options late evening and saw Pho Madame was open. The inside was pretty busy, but we were able to get table. Inside is modernly decorated and feels very new. Nice they're still new the menu was limited for their soft opening. They staff informed us that they were out of beef pho broth but chicken broth was available. We decided on the chicken pho with extra noodles and the pork rice plate. Food came out not too long after ordering. Portions felt smaller than what I've had at other Vietnamese spots. The chicken pho was good, but honestly didn't feel like there were extra noodles. The pork was great and had lots of flavor. Our kids loved it and wished we ordered 2 plates of it. Extra star for that! Staff were nice and accommodating. There aren't very many places to eat in this plaza yet so it's a nice addition. They're still working on things but it's a good place if you don't feel like going further into Roseville.

Waiting for the doors to open after seeing a Pho spot so close to home, my family and I tried this place out the first day of their soft opening around 6pm. The decor was very modern, minimal seating for the waiting area, but more happy to see that all the tables were filled the first day. We already went in with the assumption that being the first day it may be a little rough with the service so we give them that. The servers were still trying to learn the kicks that they asked for our order without giving us the menu. We ordered the House special Pho and the Bo Ne. My in-laws are Vietnamese and they were pretty impressed as so was I with the Pho. It was rich in flavor and clear broth the only thing it needed to be as my husband always says is piping hot that your tongue get burnt. This time it was not there. We also had to ask a couple of times for basic needs like napkins and sauce dishes, but they were accommodating to our requests. We were satisfied with the pho here we were excited to try out the Bun Bo Hue. Came back the following week and saw improvements with having sauce dishes already with the silverware. But the Bun Bo Hue to go was unfortunately unimpressive. I live 5 mins away and bring the broth home lukewarm wasn't what I had hoped for. I had to really heat up my broth. The amount of product (noodles/meat/veggies) was pretty good for to-go, normally you get a small amount but from here it was more than enough. The sad thing though my Bun Bo Hue was "Not to Hue yet" like the flavor was there but both my in-laws and myself kept saying there was something missing, it didn't taste as hearty as what I am used to. Maybe down the road and I order again it will be better. Otherwise I'm truly satisfied there is a Viet/Pho in West Roseville and looking forward to more dishes coming from Pho Madame when they pick up on the customers

A tasty addition to the Roseville area! We came here for Christmas Eve dinner. The ambiance is freshly and tastefully decorated -- nice wall decor, creative serving platters, etc. -- and the service was helpful as we navigated the best choices for a family member who needs to avoid sugar. I was excited they have banh xeo, which can be harder to find. It was well executed and delicious! I also loved the shallot-chili crisp in their condiment station. The accompanying herbs were basic -- mint, plus Thai basil I snatched from the pho herbs plate. I'd love a few more kinds of herbs -- cilantro, perilla, or culantro for example -- but as is this dish was great. Our kiddo liked her generously sized kid's pho. She also got a passion fruit soda, which came adorned with the contents of 1-2 fresh passion fruits -- it looked impressive and based on how fast it disappeared I infer it tasted good too. We ordered spring rolls, grilled mussels, and chicken wings to share. The mussels with makrut lime sauce in particular stand out as delicious and unique. My parents enjoyed the taste of the sizzling beef, though as older folks they had trouble chewing the more gristly cuts of meat used in the dish. Perhaps using a more tender cut of beef would be a good tweak to this recipe. My husband enjoyed the spicy beef pho. I'd definitely return for the banh xeo and mussels!

Great service, interior is nice, food fast. Broth okay, the meats were alright. Not a fan of their butter flavored chicken wings. Would like to see a vermicelli dish. Nice to have pho nearby, but easy rsv still better

New Pho spot near my house and I loved it! I was super excited to try this new restaurant and it did not disappoint. Their Pho was aromatic and I loved the tenderness of the rare beef plus they don't skip on the meat. It comes in a large bowl which I thought was a good size. I couldn't eat it all and the leftover was just as good the next day. The Banh Mi sandwich looked pretty and tasted delicious. It has this sauce that is packed with just the right amount of heat. Lastly, they have these pickled jalapeños that were to die for. It had the perfect amount of spice to sweet ratio. Welcome to the neighborhood Pho Madame!!

Sad to leave such a low review but the food just wasn't good. First off, location is great! It's close to home and in the new Safeway plaza. Lots of parking . The ambiance is pretty fancy for pho. It's new and clean. Service I'll give that 4 stars alone. Service was great , they were nice, attentive, and food came out in a fair amount of time. Low stars because I always have to drive atleast to Sacramento for good authentic tasting pho. This one was too bland, they left out some ingredients that makes pho taste good. Also the prices were pretty steep for the bowl size they served. I dont think I would come back again unfortunately

First of all, I came here to check this restaurant. This place is nice and clean. They have great features within a vibrant color. I think it's not crowded during the lunch hours. Services is alright and next time; they better serve the water right away. The food I have grilled pork rolls is pretty good (rate: 4/5) and the other menu is alright. I like their bread. It was warm toasted and crispy. The ribeye is easy to chew. Once the server brought to me and I found a strand of someone's hair on my food. (Rate: 3.1/5) I might have come back for once in any of the menus other than what I have had eaten.

Great service and very friendly staff. We ordered the house special pho, the spicy beef and shrimp pho, and the fresh pork spring rolls. We also ordered the fried egg roll to go for our son, which he really enjoyed. We appreciated the simplicity of the menu, which made ordering easy. This was our first visit, and we were very pleased with both the food and the service. The restaurant has a bright yet cozy ambiance that made for a comfortable dining experience. We would definitely return and would happily order the house special pho and fried spring rolls again--the portion size is generous and easily enough for two people to share. Highly recommend stopping by; the food and service were excellent.

My wife and the other couple we were with also enjoyed their meals. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. We were greeted when we arrived and the food came out promptly, but after that, things dropped off. The couple with us ordered sodas that were never delivered, and my friend eventually had to walk up and ask for them. What was more disappointing was that instead of checking on tables, the staff member appeared to be eating their own dinner, and we were never checked on again for the remainder of the meal. Because of that, we ended up leaving our leftovers on the table and heading out. Good food, but the lack of attentive service was a turnoff and honestly kind of ruined what could have been a much better experience. I'll have to think about it hard before I go back to this place.

These tables can combine to accommodate large groups such as ours. We were greeted immediately and menus were brought out to our table.. We ordered the following: 1. Pho Xuong (Spare ribs pho): Came with 2 big ribs. Had to ask for a plate and knife on side. Was a little hard to cut but the meat is soft according to my 12yo son. He says to dip the meat into the broth before eating it. 2. Pho Dac Biet (Special Pho): Hubby says it's not shabby and the portion was decent. For the bowl size, there was not alot of meat. 3. Pho Tai Bo Vien (Beef and beef meatball Pho) 4. Com Suong Bo Dai Han (Broken rice w/ Koream ribs): Decent portion but missing pork rinds and a chili. The marination for the ribs is good. The meat is tender but most of it had fat. 5. Bun thi nuong cha gio (vermicelli noodles w/ pork and eggroll): You can choose from pork, beef or chicken..i chose pork as that's the traditional way I eat it. It'a a good size bowl, a little large for me, but overall not bad with the flavors. Lots of veggies (romaine lettuce and bean sprouts. No mint or perilla leaves). The vermicelli noodles were a little firm compare to how I cook my noodles but it is edible. It's not undercooked. Could be the noodle brand. I was full halfway through. 6. Banh Mi Chao (sizzling beef plate similar to Bo Ne) The pho bowls were in stainless steel bowls and they BIG. The broth is decent though slightly light in flavor compared to Pho in San Jose. I can't comment on the other dishes as my friends ate it. The veggie dish for the Pho came in 2 separate dishes with quick blanched bean sprouts and the other dish with some 3 basil stems (1 per Pho bowl), 6 small pieces of lime, and some jalapeno slices). The service was good as requests were met promptly by the staff.
