Food was delicious. Quality was so fresh and flavorful. Their booths are spacious and comfy. I loved how they left a very modern gold water canister that was spill proof at the table. There were only 2 guys working, so getting our order took a bit,, but, they were both very nice and did their best helping everyone. Would definitely go again to try their seafood boil

Finally something new in Pico Rivera ! I recently had the pleasure of trying out some amazing food, and everything was top-notch! * Thai Tea (10/10): The perfect blend of sweetness--rich, creamy, and absolutely refreshing. * Cajun Fries (10/10): Perfectly seasoned with just the right balance of Cajun spice, flavorful but not overpowering. They do offer boba but I opted out. * Pho Grilled Beef: The portions were generous, and the flavor was incredible. Cooked to perfection and full of bold taste. * 1lb of Shrimp with Secret Sauce: The shrimp were cooked beautifully, and the secret sauce had such a rich and delicious flavor. I was so excited that I forgot to take a pic lol Highly recommend this spot if you're craving flavorful and well-prepared food. Everything was a hit!

This was my first time eating here. I was actually grabbing some things next door at dollar tree and wanted something different to eat in the area then your typical chain food spots, so this was perfect. Haven't seen to many spots that offer Pho and Crab Boil. We went with the crab boil today. When you order the bag, you get an extra item free between mussels and shrimp, so we got some extra shrimp. We ordered our bag medium spice which was perfect, just enough kick to keep it flavorful and tasty. Surprisingly it was pretty decent. I'm really picky when it comes to crab boil. The snow crab legs weren't puny and actually had some meat to them. It wasn't your typical all head shrimp where you peel it, it was more like the shrimp you find in your pasta dish but good I have to say. Very friendly service. We spent $100 bucks for 2. Comparatively I spend more than that at my regular spot for crab boil so I was content.

Omg. Send help. I can't move at all. I am So full. This place is one of the best Pho spots. I am really picky with everything but I was not disappointed. Combo 3, rice noodles with grilled shrimp, egg rolls and spring rolls were better than any place I've been to. The staff is very nice and the environment is so relaxing to the point I didn't feel like arguing with my boyfriend about eating all the corn.

I was planning to eat here for the first time on a Friday, but I had a schedule issue and came a day before since I needed to bring some spring rolls home. I decided to dine in for myself first, then take the spring rolls to go. When I came in, I was greeted and seated. I was intrigued that they served Vietnamese fare, Crab boil and Shabu Shabu all in one place, but when I saw the menu, I saw alot of Viet food, a small section for crab boil and I must have missed the section for shabu shabu. I ordered the steamed rice combination plate since it was only 2 dollars more than the beef only plate. It came with beef, pork, chicken, shrimp and an eggroll on the menu, but I didn't realize until I posted my picture of it, that I didnt actually get my eggroll. The music was contemporary, but slightly loud. I was the only one there at the time. When I tried the beef, the marinate was so flavorful, I even complimented them on it. What bothered me was the fish sauce. It was cloudy in appearance, instead of the usual clear water consistency. While I was dipping my lettuce in it, I must of brought out something from the bottom of it because because a small, black, winged insect the size of a sesame seed was floating in it. Not sure if it was in there already, or if it came off the lettuce leaf. I didn't say anything, I just asked for another side of fish sauce. My Husband's review of his spring rolls was: "although they are very big, they fall apart as you eat them. Thinner would of been easier to bite." I loved their beef, but I think I will try their pho next time.

Went here for lunch and the food was good! I usually don't eat in this area but for it being outside the 626 area it was pretty solid. I came with my partner and we had two different pho bowls. I enjoyed mine which was the big bone and my partner enjoyed his pho. The broth was great and not too oily which was perfect. Food came quickly and would stop by here again if I'm in the area!

A hidden gem for sure. To start, I like the layout and decor of this place. The music selection was so good! I ordered the Beef Pho with veggies which was good. The beef balls were honestly the star of the show. I had plenty beef balls at other location, but the ones here are pretty darn good. Now, the Pho itself was just ok. I am not a fan of sweet Pho and although, the broth was both sweet and savory, it was a little more on the sweeter side which is not my preference, but might be yours! I definitely will be coming back because they have more items on the menu not just Pho. Lastly, the service was great. I was greeted nicely and was seated quickly. The food also came out really fast. Forgot to mentioned that I ordered their passion fruit, get it! It was bomb.

Tried this place and came back for some more. I enjoyed the ambiance and decor. They have good music playing too. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the pho very much and will be back again. They serve it hot and takes a bit to cool, just the way I like.

The pho filet mignon was very delicious, the broth was so rich and the meat was so tender . Everything was great from the service to the amazing restaurant atmosphere. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone, I come from Rosemead where there is many PHO RESTAURANTS BUT this restaurant really standed out and let me tell you when this is the best PHO I have ever tasted . Brought home a-lot of food to try and ive never been more depressed in my life yall got me f**ked up. instead of some baby potatoes they put a whole russet potato in there for you id rather go to banh mi che cali. Food was amazing!!!!!! I love crawfish and the sauce was soo delicious and the crawfish were all big and fresh. I highly recommend their seafood boil. I normally order 2 lbs for myself but they have a special right now on crawfish, whole shrimp, and clams buy 2lbs and get 1lb free. I got their passion fruit drink juice as my beverage and Cajun fries Their Vietnamese food was delicious as well. The rare beef steak pho was very authentic and flavorful! My daughter enjoyed it! Just don't get the Vietnamese coffee!! Definitely not what was pictured. They charged $6.99 for what seem to be a shot over Ice. I questioned the server as I was shocked and always get Vietnamese coffee wherever I can! She attempted to justify the cost saying it was specially made but I'm pretty sure it's premade and poured straight out of a bottle . I wish I had taken a picture but I was so distraught as I've never experienced this and it slipped my mind. Nice Pho place. Clean. No MSG in their Pho. Food is really good. I had the beef rib Pho. It comes with two big ribs. They also serve Cajun Seafood. I am going to try that next time. Staff were really nice and friendly. Go there if you're in the area. No better Pho place around. read more

I will not be coming back here. I recommend that people double-check the tip suggestions before selecting an option. I ordered a banh mi to-go, which took 20 minutes to prepare. The total price was $8.81, but the suggested tips were $3, $5, and $7. A $3 tip is 34%, and $7 is nearly 90%! Absolutely unacceptable! read more

We are not from this area we came to visit a friend and decided to pick a pho place close by. This place caught our attention because it's a mixture of Pho, Shabu & shrimp boil. My husband ordered pho and I ordered the special shrimp boil. It was nice because they threw in an extra lb because they had grand opening. Pho was good. My crab boil came nice and hot & had flavor. It did taste a bit sweet in which was different I would have preferred more spice. In total we had 4lb, came with rice, 2 large potatoes, two corns and 6 big sausage slices. I did notice the shrimp was over cooked because the shell wasn't peeling off nicely. I did notify the server. She was really nice about it and offered me another fresh bag. At that point we had 2lb left to eat and we declined the offer. She brought it anyway. However we gave the additional bag a try and it still was over cooked with the same issue. I really hope they can fix it. Was a nice try but won't be returning. The place was clean including the bathrooms. read more

I love supporting local small restaurants so I was very excited to see this one in the works! I dined in and had their pho, it was very tasty! On the day we went in it was a touch on the salty side but nothing some lime didn't fix. I saw the bahn mi on the menu and knew i had to come back to try asap! Took wifey to this new place. Friendly Service. We had the beef Phorrito which had vermicelli inside...very tasty. We also had the tempura shrimp with mae ploy sauce. Finally we had the crispy egg roll with chili & fish sauce...also delectable. I had the coconut juice which was fresh since it was served from an actual coconut they cut open and inserted a straw. Wifey had the passion fruit juice which was flavorful as well. We'll be Back! read more

Great pho!! My husband and I got the ribs and the filet mignon pho and both were amazing! We got the grilled shrimp for the kids and they enjoyed that as well. Came here for lunch and was excited to see a Pho place open up close to my work. I ordered the Pho All In (Pho Dac Biet) and it was just ok. The broth was lacking flavor and the noodles were not cooked long enough and were a little hard. I will give this place another try next time as maybe it was an off day for them. read more

Found this place 3 visits ago. Couldn't be happier! Work nearby, and it's slim Pickens for lunch, unless you do In n Out everyday. The Pho is very good as is the spring and egg rolls. I look forward to coming in with a small group, and trying the boils some day. Setting is like an oasis in the middle of a jungle. Very clean and serene inside. Service is excellent. It's my new go to for lunch. read more

I eat pho a lot and I usually cook pho because I don't like to eat at the restaurant because it always tasted like they add too much MSG. I happen to drive by this shopping center and see their grand opening sign, I'm curious and want to try. It's was one of my lucky day or something because their pho was so tasty without the taste of MSG in my mouth. I'm surprised! I love the ambiance, very relaxing and service was very good. Surprisingly for a Pho restaurant have such good service. I hope they will keep everything like this to be able to compete with other pho restaurants in town. I'll definitely be back to try their crab boil. read more

I also ordered a pick 3 Item Pho, which I chose only two items - filet steak and brisket - and I upgraded to the stone bowl (well worth it). The pho came out sizzling with the rare filet steak and noodles on the side for you to put in at your own pace. I also used their spicy satay sauce they provide at the table and that went really well with my beef. The pho was absolutely delicious! I really wanted to like this place, but the food made it hard. The broth was completely flavorless, and they gave the smallest portion of meat I've ever seen in a bowl of pho. What was there tasted bland and looked like shriveled elephant skin so not exactly appetizing. Even the condiments were off. The sriracha and hoisin were watered down, turning everything into a diluted mess instead of adding flavor. The shrimp tempura tasted like it came straight from a frozen grocery store bag, not freshly prepared. To be fair, the servers were friendly, but they weren't very attentive. My pho also came out lukewarm, and I prefer my soup hot. The menu felt scattered and confusing, and despite being listed, there was no shabu shabu anywhere. Overall, I left disappointed and still hungry. Plenty of other pho spots do it better. Wouldn't return. read more

Found this hidden pho spot in Pico Rivera and was pleasantly surprised! It's a small restaurant but very clean with a fresh, modern vibe and trendy music. Everything looks new, which made the experience even better. The server was attentive at the start, though he didn't come back to check if we needed additional refills. The dumplings were on the smaller side and a bit pricey, but they were packed with flavor and definitely worth trying. The pho itself was hot, delicious, and very satisfying. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back to try more items from the menu. This place is worth checking out if you're in the area! read more

On my way to Superior Market spotted this pho restaurant , I went in for lunch and was going to try their pho. On their menu they offer crab boil so I decided to try and see if it's comparable with Boiling Crab. They have a promotion buy 2lb get 1lb free, since I am by myself I ordered 1lb whole shrimp 2 corn and 1 steam rice I picked their Shack Special sauce. OMG... it was amazing. I would say it's a lot better than Boiling Crab that I usually go to. I will come back to try their pho next time. Good job Pho Shack !! read more

Truth hate saying negative things about a business. Clean 5 service 5 but the food was way under expectations and i didn't expect much. I had the beef rib pho way to sweet, pho isn't supposed to be sweet, beef ribs had no flavor. Also had Vercelli combo plate, nước mắm (fish sauce) was just way to salty. Sorry but not real authentic vietnamese food. Don't judge as real vietnamese food. Its Like saying toco bell is real Mexican food. Don't be afraid to try any place in San Gabriel to compare. read more

I recently tried Pho Shack, a new pho restaurant, and I was really impressed! The place was spotlessly clean, which made for a great atmosphere. The service was friendly and efficient, making our visit even more enjoyable. As for the food, it did not disappoint! The pho was flavorful, and the broth was rich and comforting.
