This was my first time here. My bf and I ordered fried spring rolls... We were surprised by the tiny size for $5. It didn't feel reasonably priced for the quantity, but it was good. I got the chicken pho. It was ok. The chicken tasted a little dry and there wasn't much flavor in the broth. I also thought there'd be a little more noodles since I got the large too. I stopped in one evening for some take out. I ordered a pho combination for me and a rice with pork chops for my boyfriend. The portions are great for the rice. He got a good amount of meat and food. My pho however, was very skimpy. There wasn't much meat, the soup container wasn't full, and it was just very bland tasting The service was good though. The gentleman who took my order was nice. We have been here many times. Good service, but the pho can be inconsistent ranging from flavorful on the best nights to weak on others. Be very careful with the seafood pho. The squid was spoiled and had a strongly rotten taste that ruined the whole bowl. Some positive for least not making us pay for it. If only our stomach was so lucky. read more

I stopped in for lunch and decided to try the chicken pho and spring rolls. I placed my order based on the regular menu, which is all I was given. It wasn't until I went to the cashier to pay that I saw they had a lunch menu and I could have saved money. The pho was OK, the broth was clear and the noodles abundant, but the flavor of the noodles was too much like a flour flavor of plain noodles, they were also too thick, nt allowing the noodles to take on the flavor of the broth. The chicken in the pho wasn't very tasty, it tasted too much like chicken baked with dark meat and skin on, even though it was white meat. This imparted too much of the "gamey" flavor. The broth itself had little spark or anything to it and was rather bland. The spring rolls were ok, nothing special. At the time I went, around 12:15PM on a weekday, they were quite busy. Not quite sure why when there's an incredible Vietnamese place right down the road that has a much larger dining room. Overall it was OK, but I wasn't too impressed. read more

Seems to be the only Asian place open in eastern PWC with table seating. But a-ok with me because their Chicken Pho is on point. Flavorful broth, plenty of chicken and a great serving size. Little concerned that they keep the condiments on the table and no idea if they are wiping them down between customers so if you are Covid weary, that might bother you. Yes, I'm a Pho fan. It's taken me about 10 years to come to that conclusion but whoop, there it is! Pho is not the noodles, it's the broth. It's got to be clear and tasty and full of varied flavors. Give it to Pho Sapa for getting it right. I had the Bo or beef today, a large bowl of pho goodness. I believe the thing I like most about pho is that you can have a large bowl and if you finish it you feel stuffed but you know you just had a healthy meal that your body is going to thank you for. My husband and I were in the mood for some pho and wanted to try a new spot. I read some of the reviews for this place and decided to give it a shot. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how warm it felt. They had the AC on but it's super hot outside today and they had it pretty low. Since they mainly serve pho, I think they should have definitely had it cooler because the warmth of the soup makes the place feel hotter. The restaurant is pretty small but it wasn't busy so we were able to get a table. I ordered the number 5 with flank steak and my husband got the number 6 which was combination. The waiter was friendly and brought out our order pretty fast. My pho was average at best. The broth wasn't really flavorful in my opinion and the flank tasted a bit weird. My husband said his broth wasn't flavorful either and they didn't really give him a lot of meat. The price point was pretty good though, $18 for 2 small pho's. I give this place a 3.5 stars. I think that the service was better than most pho places I have been to, which is saying a lot. The food was pretty decent too. It is still no pho sate but I would target it at the same level as Viet Flavor down the street. The boyfriend and I came here for a late lunch on a Tuesday and as an appetizer we ordered the chicken wings. So he ordered a bowl of beef pho with flank rare as he likes to cook it in the broth. I ordered the chicken with the vermicelli. The chicken wings had this really great sauce I think it was curry based and had this green onion which really gave the chicken amazing flavor. It was still hot when we got it and it came with 5 since it was an appetizer. The pho bowl I ALWAYS like to try the broth and to me it seemed a little too sweet for my palate. My boyfriend did not put any siracha or hoisen sauce at all. My chicken had the same sauce that the wings had and the fish liquid sauce they gave was enough for the vermicelli, lettuce, peanuts, and chicken. My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch while we were running errands. We decided on pho because it's his favorite food. I liked this place a lot, and my husband really liked his food. We sat down right away once we were greeted by one of the servers. Shortly after receiving our menus, another server came to ask if we were ready to order. He seemed a little confused when we told him we weren't, but he gave us another minute to order. This has to be one of the best Pho places around. The staff is very friendly and inviting first off. They always greet me with a smile and are quick to assist. The broth here is SO good! I'm very picky with my Pho broth and this is by far the best. So much flavor! The meat quality is also great no matter what you choose. Sometimes when you go to a Pho place they skimp on the meat or it's mostly fatty parts. Not here! They load it up! I'm also a big fan of the summer rolls.
