The restaurant was not too big , we had to wait for a little bit for them to clean up the table before we got seats. The service was ok , without the owner I think ,there were no service at all. I'm sorry but they don't care much, that's how I feel . The food , appetizers were not bad , came out fast but for the main they were took a while. Pho was just ok , the broth was too sweet and the noodle were harder than anywhere else, beef ball was not good. The spicy beef was also ok the broth was again sweet , no beef flavor at all. Overall, disappointed.

Stopped in for lunch while in town on errands. I will say this is the best Vietnamese food I've ever had. And that says a lot after living in Hawaii for 8 years. The flavors were amazing. Pho Real pho-nomenal! They have a new menu which delicious additions. The pho is tasty and great for veteran pho lovers and first-time-pho eaters. Getting home to finally eat with my daughters, the broth was room temp, and the basil was wilted and slimy. Such a disappointing experience.

ACCESSIBILITY: It is not the restaurant's fault but the developers that the only Accessible (aka ADA) parking is at the back entry to the building and not distributed near the front door. That means a disabled diner must go in the back way instead of through the front like all others. This is a development completed in the 2020's and the ADA was law in 1990. Segregating disabled diners to a back entrance is a "tilt". Some tables looked wheelchair accessible inside and also outside. I noticed the loo had ADA signage but I didn't check it. OUTSIDE SEATING: Patio on the side.
