The Pho here is one of my favorite in the South Sound area ... the broth is top knotch. Generally speaking, the food quality and portion size is always good. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is generally very friendly. Finding a place to park is not an issue. I took 1 star away because their prices lately are getting pretty expensive. When I first started eating here, I use to get my favorite Pho for about 9 dollars ... now they're charging me around 17 dollars, which is about 2 dollars more than my other favorite Pho restaurant. read more

I did try this food via DoorDash, so keeping that in mind I was pleasantly surprised. I live nearby and received the food quickly and it was hot and seemed fresh. I got the brisket pho and egg rolls. The broth was good, but not extremely flavorful. They gave a great amount of bean sprouts, sauce, and other expected toppers. The eggs were hot, crispy and a great complement! Small little restaurant with pho, rice plates, and sandwiches. They have small or large all costing the same no matter what meat you choose. The sweet and sour chicken is pretty unique. Made an order online for shrimp fried rice and it cane with 3 shrimp. No napkin, no soy sauce told me I have to order extra. Also absolutely no flavor for the shrimp fried rice. It's terrible. Had a great experience, service is fast and efficient. Ordered chicken pho and fried tofu, both were fantastic. Vibe is simple and has music playing, but nothing special. Picked up to go the other night. I ordered a large Pho without meat & it was delicious! Very tasty , great portion , everything was fresh. The left overs also tasted good reheated the next day. I wanted to try some different and the cashier with only 4 teeth at the bottom was very rude. She was very unclean looking . I ask her a question about the Vietnamese sandwiches and instead of her asking someone to help, she acted like I was bothering her, I felt she was talking about me in her language. Pork was very tender & favorable. The egg roll was full of meat & had a nice flakey fry. The only thing missing with vermicelli dish was the herbs & veggies that I've enjoyed at other Vietnamese restaurant which were the purple basil, mint, & cucumber. This is my favorite spot for Pho in the Parkland / Spanaway / Frederickson area ... the food is just simply good, not great, but not terrible either - I think their Pho is better than most other Pho restaurants in this area. They do have a wider range of menu items, but I can only speak to their Pho, the Vermicelli Noodle Salad and Banh Mi sandwich since that is all I ever order. I know they do have some Chinese and Thai dishes as well. The service ... well, you order and pay first, then they deliver your order to your table. So the "traditional" restaurant service is pretty minimal. Since they do a lot of take outs orders which can impact their dine in service. That said, I do like the staff and the food comes out fairly quick. The restaurant itself is open 7 days a week (11 AM to 9 PM) and seats about 30 people. It is nothing fancy and is generally clean. When they are really busy, which tends to be lunch and dinner time, they tend to fall behind bussing the tables. There is plenty of parking available. read more

I think they were having an off night. Visiting from California and first time here. Overall I'm not too picky about Pho, either it's bad or it's good. It was good here The service though.... I think someone must have quit or a manager dropped the ball. The two poor guys serving everyone all night were doing their best to stay polite it seemed and frustration of customers was wearing thin on them. Personally for me I was just bummed they ran out of young coconut juice and Vietnamese iced coffee. And while I can understand possibly running out of coconuts (if they served real coconuts) how can you even run out of Vietnamese iced coffee? That should have been a foreshadowing. As customer after customer would sit, get a menu, and then no one one get back to them in a timely manner to take an order. We were in a long line of people waiting to pay. It wasn't that crowded so something was up that night or the owner or manager are just negligent One guy was there waiting for an hour for his call in order and wasn't getting any response and couldn't get a refund because the server couldn't get the manager on the phone to approve Anyway I probably would look for another place next time I'm in town. If anything, I'm just befuddled how you could run out of Vietnamese iced coffee. Seems like a petty thing, and then again how you do anything is likely how you do everything. Good food, terrible service from the young waiter. Never brought us some of our food. We asked the check, he didn't bring it. Instead he kept doing other things including watching tv. We asked for the check again, and he had an attitude and said we have to go up to the cash register to pay (he should have said that in the first place instead of having us wait). Then when my husband asked for the receipt, he had an attitude again and said that their machine didn't work -_- My husband literally had to tell him to calm his bad attitude.
