The free drink sign caught my attention. Once inside, the Wagyu Pho did too. Wagyu Pho was a deconstructed version where everything came out separate. It came with a bubbling broth in a stone/ceramic pot. The heat didnt last too long though so it took a while to cook the wagyu afterwards. I recommend adding the entire wagyu in the pot in the beginning and let it cook. The Bun Bo Hue was good but nothing spectacular either. Im glad I tried it but this wouldn't be my first choice for pho.

So good! We ordered one number 1, two number 24, and one 01F; Pho Nhat Minh, Bun Bo Hue, Tapioca and Shrimp Dumplings. The noodle broths were perfect as is. I might even say the best pho and bun bo hue broth I have tasted! Service was quick. We went on a Saturday morning, around 11am, just before they got busier. I would definitely go back! There was a sign at the register that said cash only, but apparently they accept all major credit cards.

Came here on a chilly Saturday afternoon looking for a nice bowl of pho to warm me up. There were plenty of seats and we were seated right away and ordered. I got the #1 Pho Nhat Minh as it had the most different kinds of meat. They only offer one size. The pho was delicious! I'll describe the broth as not too light but not too strong. Good portion of each cut of meat and the noodle texture were also good. I also loved how much green onion they put in.

Wow wow so so good!!!! I got the wagyu pho which is served with a bubbling pot of broth with meat and noodles on the side. Adding the wagyu definitely elevates the broth and gives it even more beefiness and richness. I loveeee that the broth stayed hot through the whole meal. One of the best pho I've had but also the most expensive I've paid for. The free thai tea with the meal made it seem even more worth it though (free drink lunch special). Service was standard and food came out fairly quickly. Place itself is casual with plenty of seating. Overall, great spot and I want to be back soon!

Pho Nhat Minh is located in San Jose's Little Saigon Century Mall plaza, on the far right side near McLaughlin Ave. The restaurant is roomy and tidy. I liked the wide wooden tables and the choice between booths and standalone tables. The food was delicious! * Spring Rolls: thick and chunky. I really enjoyed the peanut hoisin dipping sauce. It was served warm, and it brought back nostalgic feelings of how my parents used to prepare it. It's one of the few places I know that does this. * Eggrolls: not the best I've had, but I enjoyed the filling. It contains mushrooms, vermicelli, taro?, and a pork/shrimp mix. It had a stronger shrimp flavor but was subtle overall. * Pho: the broth was good, with plentiful protein and all the necessary herbs. * Bun Bo Hue: delicious! The broth was flavorful and not too heavy. I ordered the oxtail version. Was it worth it? Probably not. I'd stick with the regular, as the oxtail was lackluster and mostly bone. I appreciated the sautéed lemongrass chili provided at the table. All condiments were readily available, which was nice. Overall, a solid Vietnamese restaurant to grab pho or bun bo hue! Highly recommend the spring rolls, as the dipping sauce was spectacular.

Enjoyed our dinner of waygu beef pho here. Service was prompt and space is spacious. They had a deal for free thai tea or viet coffee so took those to go. The thai tea was good but the viet coffee was sol sweet and mocha-y for me. The boiling pho came out and ur suppose to put all ur beef in it first so it cooks before it stops boiling. U need to be careful to wait for it to cool down bc i burned my tongue. I enjoyed the pho and beef and the boiling pot experience! Also ordered egg rolls and they were fresh and crispy. Would come back if i was craving this!

The customer service was very fast, and the server was extremely responsive all while being so kind! The restaurant was very clean! The food was the BEST broth I've had this far! Absolutely amazing! Great prices as well! They even offer a hot pot option with wagyu!

Solid spot for pho, especially considering it's the only pho restaurant in this plaza, so not much competition. Their wagyu pho is one of their specialties, so I ordered that. It holds its heat well throughout the meal, so no need to worry about it being cool down mid way. They had free drinks for promo, so you can choose either a soda, Thai tea, or iced coffee. I also ordered their rare steak/meatball pho and their own version of pho (pho nhat minh). Both were good as well. They had a fair amount of customers inside when I went for lunch. I will say that their service can be a bit slow with delivering the drinks.

Wagyu beef stone hot pot #2 ($21.99)! Say no more! This caught my eye as broth comes out in a sizzling HOTTTT stone pot, bowl of noodles (fresh or regular thin noodles), a plate of slice wagyu and dish of fresh basil, beansprouts, jalapenos, and lemon. I also like how they don't charge you more for fresh noodles as I know some other pho places do. The plate had a generous amounts of wagyu and it was fun to dip it in the mouth watering sizzling pot. You do have to dip it right away so it can cook or else the pot will cool down and you'll just end up with slightly chewy raw meat. I ended up slurping the broth! It was that tasty! We also ordered #1 ($18.49), which was the Pho Nhat Minh that had a little bit of everything in it. The bowl was filled to the top with different slices of meats, and broth was delicious. They have a promotion now for a free drink: coffee, thai tea, or soda. This was good because after sweating trying to eat my pho, I needed a cool me down. We got the thai tea and it was refreshing and not too sweet! The restaurant is very clean inside. I like how the chopsticks have a wrapper and the service was great. They only serve pho or bun bo hue soups, and appetizers which we will most definitely come back to try!

Came by for dinner the other night and it was a quick and easy experience. Parking was plentiful in the private lot although there were derelicts hanging out in the strip mall. The Gen Z front of the house staff wore an apron and loose nitrile gloves. Ordered the bun bo hue with Oxtail and it came out within minutes. Interestingly, the restaurant was quite warm as the A/C wasn't turned on and the doors were closed. The bun Bo Hue itself was a big bowl of soup with some noodles, a couple pieces of pretty hard to chew oxtails, along with a few pieces each of meat loaf, pork, and tendons. The restaurant is offering a grand opening special with a free Thai tea, free iced coffee or free soda. They do offer a 3.8% discount for paying in cash $25/head after tax and gratuity for dinner Updating to 3 stars as I was super thristy that night after having this...maybe due to msg?

so so good! Had to come back to try this and left grateful for such a tasty, filling meal! There was also a promotion at the time for a free drink, such a generous treat :) the service continues to be so attentive and wonderful! Not crowded the times I've been, but I love the music they play in the restaurant:)

Very good food. Their Wagyu is the BEST. Very clean restaurant and ambiance is very nice. We love coming back here.

Deconstructed pho?! My initial thought was that $21 for wagyu and soup in a stone pot is too much however, the portion was great, the broth taste almost like how my mom makes it, and both their fresh noodles and regular noodles were good quality. My mom got #18, they have really good portions for the price and we loved the chewiness of the al dente rice noodle. There was no wait when I got there and the service was normal. I used to go to the pho restaurant (Pho Ha) before it changed to Pho Nhat Minh and they renovated it very nicely! The space is perfect for small and big parties.

My wife and I tried it for the first time, and you can tell right away this place has been around and knows what it's doing. Simple setup; steady crowd even on a Sunday night; always a good sign. I ordered the large chicken pho, and my wife had the chicken fried rice, which she really enjoyed. The pho was excellent; rich, flavorful broth; great noodles; and a portion size that humbled me. I couldn't quite finish it, which doesn't happen often. Only minor note; I would've liked a few more vegetables, but I'm sure they would've brought more if I asked. Service is quick and efficient. Like many traditional pho spots, you eat first, then go up to the register and tell them your table number to pay; seasoned move is to remember your number and handle it like a regular. Five stars from me. I'll definitely be back; next time I've got my eye on the brisket. Honestly, it's tough to find really good pho in this part of San Jose without heading up to North San Jose or Milpitas, but if you're in the Cambrian area, this might be your spot.
