I've been here a few times for lunch, always the same end result, very good Pho and Thai Ice Tea. I have no problems with the food at all. I do have a problem with the service though. The employees have forgotten my order a few times (while I was waiting) and sometimes it can take way too long to get my food out so I have to eat just a little of it before heading back to work. This is a go to place for us since it's close to home. The pho is delicious with a lot of meat and noodles for less than $8. Sometimes the broth is strong than other times, but it's still always good. I go here a couple times a month and it's always consistently good, and crowded. My girlfriend and I frequent this place quite often as it's close to my house and the couple who own it are very friendly people. This is a family owned establishment. I believe there are three generations who work here starting with the older grandmother, a husband and wife, and three sons. Prices are fair. Most dishes are not over $10 and their massumun curry is very tasty. I am a fan of the extra spicy. Although my stomach isn't. Make sure if you can't handle spicy to tell them as even the mild spicy curry choices can have an unexpected kick if you aren't used to that sort of thing. Thankfully, chili oil and sriracha are readily available for those who feel they didn't order enough heat in their dish. The salad rolls are also very tasty with plum sauce and fairly priced at $5. I'm not a huge fan of Pho in general and can't attest to the quality. However, I find their curry and stir fry dishes to be very tasty and are fantastic lunch items. They also have a selection of bubble tea and Viet and Thai coffee drinks for those interested in eastern style beverages. The wife is very helpful and attentive. There's been once where they made the curry with chicken instead of beef and they were quick to correct it with no fuss and in short amount of time. The grandmother is cooking most the time. She is very competent and consistent in her work. Once again though, make sure you know what to expect when you order a spicy dish. We mostly stop in for lunch as it does get crowded for dinner and we're not huge fans of the teenagers who hang around progress ridge. The store is fairly small ( like all the others at the ridge ) which does contribute to the noise level during busy hours which is another reason to try and catch them early around 4 o'clock for dinner to go. Couple of suggestions to the owners for the saucier things: Get more leak proof to-go containers for stir frys. Or, use the plastic containers that you use for curry. Two of three of the sons ( the two oldest ) are very polite and helpful. I believe its the youngest that others have mentioned has a less than desirable work ethic. To you, the third son. I hope you remember me, I gave you that friendly reminder about handling the cilantro a month or so ago. Please be more careful and professional, you're representing your parents business. read more

This place is just ok. I mean, it's not terrible. I don't wanna bash on it because I do adore the woman that runs it. She's always been so nice to my family. But, the taste of things have kinda gone down hill. And the prices are pretty high, for how little you get. I love me a good bowl of Pho & I usually base my Pho on the broth. Duh. I love adding fixings to it, but I shouldn't have to add a ton of stuff to make it better. It's just supposed to be a compliment of it, ya know? Doesn't take like love in a bowl anymore. And even though they have a bubble tea machine set up now, the boba's are yucky. They're hard & chewy. Total let down. The location is descent though. I know sometimes people don't like going to other Pho spots because they can be "loud & look dirty" , I don't know what they're talking about, that's my childhood man! But this place is a good intro for someone who has never had Pho til they've accustomed to the taste & idea. read more

My Wife & I have been coming here for a while now. We really like their #7 Pho dish & their #27 pork dish. Generally we have had great service with very tasty food. We live in Tualatin & when we want Vietnamese food, we go here. Came here yesterday (Sat. early afternoon) as we wanted a meal break before preparing for our Halloween activities. The owner didn't appear to be there & the two young guys working really lacked customer service skills. They got our order wrong & left off the main courses we had ordered. They didn't even come by to check on our meal & were more focused on their cell phone activities, acting like they didn't want to be there...After about 20 mins, we asked what was going on & that is when one of the boys said, Ohh, did you order that, obviously was not listening to us when we placed the order. My wife was very disappointed because we were looking forward to the meal & only got the pho soup... We usually get great customer service from the owner, so we are hoping that this is an incident that she will learn from & get the boys either to pay more attention to their work, or replace them. If not, they will lose customers if they continue with that type of work ethic. Still a fan of the restaurant, but disappointed with the two guys customer service. read more

I got Pho and took it home. Excellent tasting broth and I think the best pho I've ever tasted. I also got salad rolls and they were pretty good. I don't like cucumbers so pulled them out before I ate them. I will absolutely go there again!!! The people running this were very nice and I visited with her while waiting for my take out. Take it from a Vietnamese, born and raised. This restaurant has the most authentic Vietnamese food. And it has passed my Mom's and family's critical taste as well. I judge the broth before I add the different sauces to it and their pho broth is outstanding. Even their Thai selections are delicious. They use only the highest quality ingredients.
