Pho Nam- i would love to give this little place a great review. The owner is very sweet and helpful. This comes in handy if you don't know how to read Vietnamese. We went in on a Tuesday night. It wasn't very busy but our food took over 40 minutes. ( Three dinners to-go ) The best part of the dinners were the sautéed veggies. The noodles were very (way too) thin and smothered under veggies and shrimp. The fried rice was tasty but not worth $10. The meat in the rice was strange. A no-meat option would be great. Very friendly, gorgeous menu although impossible for me to read, good location. Just needs better noodles and meat. Oh yes and they only serve Vietnamese food now. read more

Very few veggies and little flavor in the salad rolls with surprisingly bland peanut sauce, and the pad Thai had no vegetables at all, and the noodles were very greasy. One of my favorite places to eat in Beaverton. I have been a regular at this restaurant for 3 years now, has excellent food, and incredibly considerate service. I particularly enjoy the pho and noodle dishes as well as their assortment of tapioca bubble tea. I always enjoy their food, and have been very accommodating to me as a guest- event when I was in a hurry. I loved it when they just open the restaurant a few years ago. The "beef pho" was super good. I have been there recently and noticed that they only give you 4-5 small pieces of meat. The portion for large bowl here was not enough for me. Their broth is salty. Even though it's only 1 minute from my house, I would rather drive a little bit more to Pho Nguyen for better Quality and Quantity! read more

There food is great but the customer service is terrible. I ordered a steak pho to go & the noodles were hard it didn't have even steak in it I asked for extra steak there was NO astral at all and I asked for extra beats & cilantro, none of that was in it either . Then I called the restaurant in the morning because my to go order was right before they closed , and she said to bring the soup back to get a new one , like what the hell who says that? I told her I threw it away and didn't eat it and she says is it in the trash ? Can you get it an bring it ????? IM NOT JOKING. The pho was delicious, the salad rolls were great! The phad Thai was one of the best I've ever had. Kind of a salty smoke flavor to it. They used to be better. I went at a busy time and never received water after ordering 4 waters. Received tiny portions of meat (usually decent) after waiting nearly 40 minutes. Couldn't get someone to come take our payment, had to walk up to the counter and find someone. Young waitresses weren't personable and kind of rude. Meat was ok but two slices were super thick and chewy, which was odd. Good noodles and fresh basil. Not sure why one would go to a pho restaurant and not order pho, so I don't know much about the other dishes, but the pho is tasty, hot, and the woman who always helps me is tremendously nice. Solid broth. Round steak is sliced thinly. Their hot chili oil is made in-house and their service is good. Not my favorite pho spot but when I want simple clean pho this is the place I go. They have bubble tea but it's not blended and I do not recommend the blended version. Their limeade is good too. read more

I just left this place. I give 1 star for being seated right away. I ordered the drunken noodle dish. I took one bite of it and wanted to throw up. It was so gross. Flavor was horrible. I walked up to the register and tell the lady that it is awful tasting and I don't want it. Get this...she had me pay full price for it. I looked at her and said are you serious. She said yes, we can not resell it. I paid and said to her. I have never had to pay for something that I had one bite of and spit out because of how disgusting it is. It's good. It's not the best, but it's decent and we get food to go here often because it is convenient to our house. For me, fantastic Imperial Rolls come with fresh lettuce wraps, mint, rice noodles, and fish sauce. Here, you get "Vietnamese Egg Rolls" with either fish sauce or sweet & sour. I'm no pho expert here but i can tell you what we had was delicious. I've been battling a cold so we picked up some noodles to go and boy did this hit the spot. Service was fast and friendly- I think we were out the door in under 10 minutes. I got the pork vermicelli noodles with hot sauce and it was noms. I do think it was a lil heavy handed on the bean sprouts, but then again I'm not really a bean sprout kinda gal. Good cheap, fresh take out option. read more
