It's also clean and spacious, we didn't have to wait coming here for lunch and had a pleasant time. We tried the hue-style noodles and the broth was rich and flavourful, not super spicy but with a very slight hint of heat. It's good if you're not too into spicy foods. We also got some picked garlic and peppers to add for a boost of spiciness. We also ordered their fruit smoothie with coffee which was such a delight! The coffee was rich and delicious and paired well with the coconut. Next time I'd want to try it with their durian flavour (for those who can handle the king of fruits). You can also build your own pho if you want to choose your own noodle bowl.

Ordered a large house special pho (pho here is $18 for small and $21 for a large). A bit on the pricier side, but you get quite a bit in the bowl. I did see another table that had the pork bones and wow you get a lot of soft tasty meat. I am getting that next time (only available I think until 2pm, but it looked good. The noodles had a good bounce which I liked and the broth, although a little bit weak was very clean and had a good taste. You get lots of meat so the ratio is very good. I also got a pork and pate banh mi. This was nicely toasted and again you get a ton of meat ($8.99). All in all without drinks lunch cost me about $35 + tip, but these days everything is expensive. I would go again as the food is good. Will definitely try the pork bones with all that meat next time.

So healing after a day of playing sports outside. The bun bo hue is not too spicy. Both have lots of meat. They also offer a lot of the fancier noodle soup dishes as other restaurants. Everything on the menu is delicious, but definitely try the Vietnamese coffee and tri-colour drink!

The food was amazing as expected and so was the service. The service was fast and very helpful. But honestly I been going there for the last few days and one thing, a person has truly brought colour to this place. A girl so beautiful you can mistake her for a angel she looks so heavenly and sweet, I think she the real reason I go back everyday, she always there sitting in the corner in her own little world it's so adorable especially those small little smiles of hers . I seen her make drinks so she definitely a worker there, she makes that place look so lively it's truly blows me away that a girl like that exists. A girl so rich in her outfits and clearly a woman with wonderful taste in food. If I come back and she there I could eat for hours, she is so memorizing to the eye, idk how I can describe it. I recall her saying her name was Alice. Such a beautiful angel in a place so close to heaven this place is a dream,10/10 recommendation

The large NS11 Hue Supreme Beef Noodle Soup ($21.95) was superb. The serving size would be enough for 2 people to share. There were an assortment of food items in the soup including thin beef slices and liver chunks. Other menu items we were able to sample include BM2. "Côt Đèn" Patê Sandwich ($7.45) and AP6 Crispy-Spring Rolls w/ Shrimp & Pork ($8.95 for 3 pcs). The spring rolls was stuffed and fried perfectly. I also have no complains about how the Pate Sandwich was prepared. The menu was a little challenging to go over because it did not include a description of what some of the menu items consists of. We had to talk it over with the waiter about what goes into some of the food listings. I understand the limits of design space on the menu board, but I hope there is a better way of having that information available. We dined during a very quiet and slow Monday evening where we were the only diners present. The vibe would have been a little better if more people would have been present. I am not sure if the place gets busier and more alive during the weekends or during weekday lunch hour.

A few highlights from my recent visit: - The manager at the cashier is super friendly! - Food (especially pho) comes out quickly, tasty, & satisfying. The broth is rich though looks unassuming at first. Portions are reasonable and balanced, meaning that you're not getting a few slices of beef to a large amount of noodles. - Price wise, it's reasonable (though I wouldn't say it's the cheapest pho in the area, but the quality is there!). Note that they do have a 1hr seating time limit, which I appreciate because it probably helps shorten the wait time :)

As soon as I walked into the doors, the aroma of the pho overtook my senses and my mouth was already salivating and my palate was excited. Everyone knows the rule of eating pho is eat the first spoon of broth alone. After I sipped my first spoon, I squeezed a bit of lime and dived in for more. The broth was perfectly seasoned and had a depth of flavor that was evident that the broth was made over several hours. Just a nice simply beef noodle soup that reminded me of my childhood eating pho at home. It's very rare to say pho at a restaurant is comparable to one made at home. When good food makes you reminisce of your younger years, I totally understand what "food is love." The interior design really takes you back in time with the old TV and radio equipment. I thought it was pretty cool. The service was adequate. Overall, one of the best pho I had in Toronto.

Not sure if I'll be back to try the pho as it doesn't look overwhelming judging by this appetizer platter. It's a shame, I really love pho and wanted to love this place. But, there are many Vietnamese restaurants around and I don't think this one will be in my rotation. Sorry folks, my recommendation is try Pho Anh Vu or Ngon Corner which are nearby.

It feels very welcoming and the staff were all very friendly. I decided on the 5 Spice Pork Belly Banh Mi and a Thai Iced Tea, and I split the Deep Fried Spring Rolls and the Dry Crispy Wings with my friends (they ordered pho for themselves which I didn't take a picture of). The wings were amazing, with a kind of crispy texture that I have never had anywhere else, and the spring rolls were a classic and definitely hit the spot. I liked the Thai Iced Tea, but I felt that the use of crushed ice kind of took away the flavour of the tea itself, but overall, I would definitely come back here. I can't wait for soup season to come along so I can come back for the pho!

Its one of very few dine in Vietnamese restaurants open late in Markham. Open til 1am! When you enter, the music is blasting. The decor a bit outdated but consistent with the cute theme (hanging lights, colorful artificial plants, retro brick wall.) The food was alright. I had high expectations for the place but the experience did not quite live up to them. The famous dry wings were interesting. Nice and crispy but saltier than I would like. They were also coated in some kind of sugar which was unique. It was served with a lime sauce for dipping which really just tasted like pure lime juice. I think Im partial to the plain wings which is why this menu item wasnt a hit for me. The banh mi was great. Nice size, great crusty bread yet soft on the inside. The sandwich was packed with beef and then piled high with fresh pickled carrots and daikon. The butter spread was tasty. BUT the sando was missing a key component! Did not have pate which is the rich flavor I look forward to and in my opinion seperates the banh mi from other sandiwiches. The banh xeo was huge! Comes with all the fixins(mint, rice paper, lettuce, pickled veggies, beansprouts) and stuffed with pork and shrimp. I prefer the crepe to be thicker than how it was served here. It was paper thin, so crispy. So it lacked that texture I craved but the coconutty flavours were there. This is one of 2 Nam locations - the other in Richmond Hill.
