We sat in the restaurant and waited for 20 min before getting up and walking out. The one guy server/ hostess was so focused on a table of 8, with refilling their drinks over and over, and did not care to maybe take our quick order before continuing his refills. After we saw a couple walk in after us and get their orders in before us, we decided to leave. We went down the road to Pho Hoa, where our order and drinks were served in a timely manner. I will not go back to Pho Mania and I recommend to go down the street to Pho Hoa. read more

Usually when I go to a retail store that has no prices posted I usually leave without buying anything. I don't like the idea of one price for me and one price for you. Well that's how I felt about this place. They have a menu with no prices on any of their items. I had to come here to Yelp to look up their menu just to see what the prices of the food was. We were the only ones in there and that in itself is not bad but when you see the level of friendliness, I quickly understood why. The guy was not friendly. He stood so far away from us when he took our order and made me feel like we were contagious of something or another. I understand you can't be too cautious during these times of Covid but there's caution then there's overly cautious to the point of make one feel like they have something wrong with them. When he brought the food if he could've thrown it on the table and run away just as fast as it landed on the table I believe he would've. So much so that he forgot to give us any utensils and had to turn back. All we ordered was pho, Which was not even that flavorful or delicious. My husband complemented them on the interior and found out that this guy must've been part of the ownership because he said that he painted the walls 14 years ago. With so many pho restaurants available the level of unfriendliness and the mediocre soup this will be our first and last time there. read more

Absolutely delightful people! This is the place I go in town because the quality and flavor out performs the rest. The seating area is always clean and well kept. It's small but makes for more of a personal experience. They amazed me with how well the two of them handled a group of white women and their upset children, today. They were so respectful and poised as these women weren't the kindest to those around them. Let's say it was definitely nap time and not mommy get together time. They always keep everyone satisfied and happy to return! read more

On a recent quick trip to the lovely state of Washington I visited Pho Mania with my father-in-law. I really, really enjoyed my pho. I ordered my usual pho favorite, Bun Bo Hue. I like spicy and this pho is always made with a spicy broth. The broth was so yummy - even my father-in-law kept dipping his spoon in my bowl. He's a regular at this place, but had never tried the Bun Bo Hue. He's excited to come again and get it. When I ordered I was even asked the level of spiciness I wanted. I've never been asked that before. Of course, I got the spiciest and it was perfect. I got the runny nose and sweats just the way I like it. The brisket was perfect, thinly sliced and full of flavor. They didn't skimp on the tendon like a lot of pho joints. I got 4 really big pieces. The noodles were just fine. I didn't have any clumps in my soup as other Yelpers have mentioned. We got 2 large bowls and the price was $15.30 - not bad. The service was good and we didn't wait more than 5 minutes for our pho. Pho Mania makes me look forward to my next trip to beautiful Washington. read more

We have been here many times and on all visits the service has been great and the food has been terrific. I have tried most items on the menu and have found most of them to be great and exactly what I was expecting. The few that I did not like wee not because of the preparation or quantity, but because they were jsut not my taste but wanted to try them. I pretty much stick with the #3 or the #5 large bowl and almost always add a egg roll to the meal. Prices are inexpensive and they can always pack the soups to go. Ambiance is a bit strip-mallish, but the food is what I come for. read more

Super good pho, great customer service. Amazing bahn mi and coffee. Beat pot stickers around. Crunchy and flavorful. I love coming here! Yum!! read more

Not yummy at all. I don't know how this place is still open. I would really only recommend this place to somebody I want to suffer, and only because the lady/owner? is always very nice. I guess, I hope they stay in business it would be too sad if they closed down.. I just wouldn't eat here and neither should you when there's plenty of other places nearby to get at least decent pho! One of the worst places to get pho most definitely. read more

Went to lunch for some pho and wasn't impressed. First of all, after I sat down the waitress came and tossed the menu on the table and walked away. Not to polite. Then came back and asked if I was ready and so I ordered. I had a spring roll which was not that great. It was big but didn't taste very fresh. I didn't particularly enjoy the peanut sauce it came with. It was kind of thick and old. The pho wasn't that great. The broth didn't taste like any pho broth I had before. No taste, what so ever. They did put a lot of meat in it though. I was never asked how I was doing or if I needed anything else. Just food delivery and walk away. Overall not that great of a lunch experience. I wish I could say better since they are fairly new, but poor service is poor service. read more

The proprietor is always at the restaurant and is very conscientious about the cleanliness and the quality of food. Even though the place is Korean owned, the pho tastes very authentic. The soup is very flavorful yet clean (not oily like other pho places I have tried in Lacey). The meats (brisket, steak, meatball, etc.) are also very clean cuts without fatty parts. 5 stars for the pho. However their fresh spring rolls are less than stellar. The roll is filled mostly with bland noodles and small pieces of shrimp. The shrimp flavor is barely noticeable. If pho is what you crave, I would highly recommend Pho Mania. read more

I have visited this restaurant many times mainly because I enjoy their delicious food! Their service is as good as it gets and the atmosphere at this place is warm and the also have pretty good decorations too. Their restaurant is clan and tidy and the staff is always friendly as well. In my opinion their spring roll is fresh and also tastes yummy. I've been to other pho restaurants in this area, but none of them are as close to being as good as pho Mania (the reason I don't go to those places anymore). In some of the other pho restaurants they give me a spring roll and I can definately tell that its a bit old. Also other pho restrants give small portions, but pho mania gives me a good portion. Their soup is always warm and the noodles are just rightly cooked and the brisket is so tender. My friends also go there too and they agree. Most of them think the seafood pho is good too. I really think other pho restaurants should convert to be similar to Pho Mania because its so awesome! Pho Mania is an exellent place to eat! read more

I've tried a few places in the area and this one has the most flavorful broth of all! Fast, friendly service too!

Pho Mania is officially open for dine-in food. They have everything very clean. The waiter is very friendly and conscious of personal space to avoid spreading germs. The food was delicious (steak pho.) I ate my whole bowl! read more

I came down to visit my ex-coworker who had purchased Home-Town Services, a house cleaning business across the freeway. He and his wife took me out for lunch and we came here. I love Pho, but sadly, I can't eat it because the rice noodles kill my blood sugar levels. They had teriyaki options on their menu. I usually get brown rice if available, but they didn't have any. They gladly gave me double salad. I had the Chicken / Pork combo plate. Both were great, Their Pho looked wonderful too. read more

One of my favorite Pho spots in Lacey. I've been going here since my high school days, it's pretty welcoming. I personally enjoy their food, especially their chicken vermicelli bowl! They also make pretty good bubble tea, not the best in town, but it's tasty! read more

Is this place for real? This is one of the most disgusting pho I have eaten. My first time here and my last time eating here. Not authentic at all. read more

This is a Korean run and owned restaurants. The pho is not that great and it taste like they took shortcuts to make the broth. You can simply taste the fish sauce and tell it's not authentic. Would not recommend if you are actually wanting Vietnamese or good Pho. read more

Very good. I had the noodle bowl with beef. Loaded with meat and veggies and the sauce was delicious. Will definitely go back.

This is my favorite place to go for pho! It's perfect every time I order! I just wish I lived closer lol

I'm a frequent visitor of this restaurant and to my honest opinion this place truly deserves the 5 stars. I'm a Vietnamese decent and I've tried various pho restaurants in Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle and I've found that this one is exceedingly delicious based on their food, service, and the overall atmosphere. Unlike numerous pho restaurants where they aren't considerate of the customers' satisfaction, THIS restaurant number one goal is the customer's satisfaction. They put lots of meat and noodles in their pho so that the customers have more than enough. The owners are nice people and kind. Ample times they wouldn't charge me for a side of rice for my child or bubble tea. read more

Fast service. Pretty good pho owned by Koreans. Soup is not oily and not too fragrant. Would stop by again when in the area.

When I go somewhere, I think about these things; Overall atmosphere Feeling welcomed Service Food quality Food taste Not to toot my own horn but I do know how to cook. If I want something I like eating, I will just cook it. Going out even to small places is as much of an experience if not more so than eating the food. First time I went here was about two years ago or so. There was a lady working at the counter who obviously had kids. The kids were there and were running all around the dining area, out the front door, in and out of the kitchen, and really everywhere. I should have said something as I really was concerned about sanitation but did not. Anyway the dining area was not super busy but was a little less than half full during normal dinner time which was pleasant. The lady with the kids was prompt with service and very courteous. I had the beef pho including tripe and tendon. The broth was great and the steak, and flank steak were awesome cuts. I was not impressed with the meatball, it seemed like it was poor quality freezer bag meatball. While trying to enjoy my meal these kids were running around and the mom, the lady behind the counter, was constantly trying to deal with them. While managing kids the service was still very prompt but you can guess I left with a negative overall experience. I would give this one a 2.5 I skipped this place for quite a long time afterwards until I was in that area and decided to just stop again, same dinner time frame. Some point before this, I have finally realized that I do not actually like tripe or tendon. I only like the steak, flank steak, and meatball. I have found myself picking these out as many places do not offer pho only with the other three. Pho Mania offers beef pho with only these three and it is #1 on their menu. So I ordered this. The same really great broth and same really good quality of meat but again with the exception of the meatball. This waitress was young and seemed somewhat inexperienced. She was very courteous and prompt. Funny how someone who does such a great job shows the inexperience. I think it was mainly the unsureness and lack of confidence. I really did not mention much about the sense of feeling welcomed in the first visit. Even though what I took as a bad experience the first time, the waitress did make me feel welcomed. That is a feeling that is very difficult to describe. The second visit I was a customer. I gave them my money and they gave me their product. I am not sure when this became a quality that I measure, but I have discovered that it is important to me. There is a big difference between exchanging cash for goods and services and being somewhere that I feel like they really want me to be there. I would give this experience a 4. The main thing lacking is the sense of welcoming. I had jaw surgery. I am not allowed to eat anything but soft foods for ten weeks. Coming off of two weeks of basically fruit I want meat. Stop at Walgreens to get my prescription and then decide to hit up Pho Mania and get it to go. Yes #1 with the stiff I like, take it home so I can cut it up into itty bitty pieces so I can try to eat it. When I have a bad enough experience I feel compelled to tell everyone about it so they can avoid it. I feel like that is common with a lot of us and we neglect to give praise when we are pleased. Holy cow I get this thing home and they sent everything they had but the kitchen sink. I expected so much less for a to go order but this way exceeded my expectations. Again same awesome broth and cuts of meat. Again same meatballs that I do not care for. This was so good I felt compelled to write this. Bottom line is; Food kicks ass Service is above average Atmosphere is nice Sense of belonging is subpar. read more

Last year we decided instead of cheating on Pho Mania with less worthy pho spots, we would commit to an exclusive relationship. Why? Because they are consistently friendly and the food is always delicious! None of the unpredictability of Pho 111, crazy hours of Pho Vy, unwelcoming environment of Pho Thien Brothers, or the "pimpin' aint easy" scene of Pho Thai in Tacoma. read more

Delicious pho and great service. Reminded me of California. And the broth was on point. Def will come back

What I experience the most by coming here is consistency. Which is in stark contrast to some of the reviews I see here on Yelp. I find a certain sense of comfort in this place and I keep coming back. read more

Pretty good Pho. nice service. Not as good Pho as my regular place down in vancouver... But helped my pho craving. :)

I've been to pho restaurants all over and Pho Mania is still my favorite thus far! Excellent, friendly service, big portions, lots of meat, and great prices. The place is cute and clean. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Honestly, this is maybe the first or second worst pho that's around in lacey. When I ordered their Pho, I get a bowl with so much soup that I can barely see the noodles. Also they recently just added 'Banh Mi' on their menu, and let me say it is NOT worth it. For$4.99 plus tax the sandwich was completely empty. What I mean by that is that they barely put any meat on it, seriously I felt like I was just eating the bread. If you drive down a little further there's another pho place, Pho Tai and their servings is WAAAAYYYYYY way better. I Do not recommend this restaurant at all. read more

Addicting pho broth. Wait time 10 minutes max. Huge massive portions, enough for tomorrow's lunch.

What? 4 Stars? If this place get such a rating, I would fear eating out ever again. Order 4 bowls of soup: Pho "Mania" should be changed to Pho-"Meh". Didn't see the tiny plate of herbs hiding behind glass of water. Maybe they were having an off day, I'm not going to give them a second chance to find out. Took a chance giving the Korean guy a chance to make Vietnamese food because of reviews. Authentic? Nope. I'm not going to go into a rant about the charm of what south Asian food is suppose to be, but this guy doesn't get it. read more

I've continued to venture and try other pho places (at the request of friends) but Pho Mania remains one of the best. The quality of the broth, vegetables, noodles (and their chili oil is probably the spiciest I've had, which is what I LOVE) are second to none around the surrounding areas. Their prices did inflate by a marginal amount since my last review, but honestly I don't personally mind it. With the overall service and food you're getting, it's well worth it. read more
