Called to order takeout. Was very difficult to understand the person on the line. After order complete, I had to give my credit card number 3 times. I show up and they didn't make my order because my card "declined" (they had number wrong). Had to wait 15 minutes. No phone call, no warning. Asked for tea with light ice, came chocked full of ice. Asked to remake it and was told "don't make with light ice. Only ice or no ice." So I asked if they could make with no ice and give me a cup of ice with it. So they poured it out and gave me a cup with the same amount of tea. Wtf. Also, they charge $16 for a side of fried rice that barely feeds 2 people. Food was just okay. Def overpriced for what you get. Wouldn't recommend you eat here. read more

I ordered Uber Eats from this location of Pho Mac and had a pleasant experience. I got the classic banh xeo with shrimp and pork and despite it being delivery, it was still so crispy. All the veggies were fresh. I also ordered a couple of banh mi and while they weren't my favorite banh mi, they were fine and rounded out the meal. Came here on a Saturday for dinner and was impressed by how clean and pretty the interior was! The service was super fast (we all got pho so maybe that's why) and the worker was nice. I got a medium pho and thought it was really good! Flavorful both and fresh cuts of beef. I liked that you could choose the different meats that you wanted. I thought that medium was the perfect size and what I would say is a standard size you would see at other pho places. Upon our 11AM arrival, it appeared that this place was closed for the 4th of July. Mom and I have both been wanting to try their pho since the soft opening a few months ago. The open sign was illuminated, so we waited outside for just a few seconds before being greeted by David, the owner. Crisis averted. We were the first customers of the day. As we entered, we were promptly seated by Vincent and Jason, who walked us through the menu. I was truly enticed by the smells from the kitchen and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Delightfully adorned to achieve an upscale and modern vibe which I appreciated. You can feel the good energy here! To cool off from the heat, Mom and I both had the Jasmine Unsweetened Iced Tea. For the appetizer, we ordered the Grilled Chicken Spring Roll. It came with a delicious and flavorful/well-balanced peanut dipping sauce - which was just right for the two of us. Our food came out piping hot to our table within 10 minutes. Service was highly attentive and right on point. It made for a great first impression. Mom ordered the Mixed Chicken Pho and I ordered the Beef Pho with Brisket and Meatball. A plate of Basil, Bean Sprouts, Cilantro, and Jalapeños enhanced the flavor of both dishes. The broth was some of the best we have tried. Just that on its own is enough for us to return for future and subsequent visits. Can definitely see this as our regular place going forward. We will certainly return to try other menu items as well- most likely, the vermicelli with pork egg rolls will be next! Pho craving satisfied. Wow! I was craving pho on one of our first cooler nights this "fall" and I've never tried this place but it always comes up so tonight I decided to bite the bullet and I am so glad I did!!! I actually ordered through DoorDash, so keep that in mind when I talk about how FRESH everything was! The color of the raw meat in the box was impressive and actually had me take a pic because of how pretty it was! The basil, the cilantro, the lime, all fresh and beautiful in color! My first time at their 2nd location. Happy that they opened a Pho place by my house, don't have to drive 20 minutes for Vietnamese food now! When you walk in, you're greeted with friendly staff! This restaurant itself is pretty small compared for their first location. I do like that they have bar seatings for small group, 1-2 people. I got the eggrolls and Bun Bo Hue. The eggrolls were crispy on the outside but mushy on the inside. Not sure if there's taro inside but it tasted very starchy. Probably won't get that again.
