Very unpleasant rotten smell of A5. Grilled pork spring rolls (Goi Cuon Thit Nuong)
    Pavel T.

I did order via Uber eats 2 sandwiches, shrimp spring roll and pork spring roll. well the pork spring roll have a order is that makes me to throw all the food away something it's rotten. It smells very bad. I went to see the restaurants and the owner told me that's how they prepare it so beware unless you like really smelly food that smells like rotten beware of this place, also the bread for sandwiches were stale and old. It's not my first time bad experience in this establishment. They use a lot of MSG in my opinion for their soups

Lovely little restaurant with nice service and good food. Plenty of room to eat in or you can "take-out". Condiments on the table give you control of the heat! I love heat!

Enjoyed coming here for some good good food. Bahn mi was tasty. Loved the spring rolls and steamed dumplings. Hubby ordered the combination fried rice and my Dad had the chicken soup with noodles. Very tasty. Restaurant was quiet and clean.

Shrimp pho w egg noodles!! And a mango green tea! Yum!

Our normal place was closed so we decided to pop in for some of the healing magic in pho. We started with A2 fresh spring rolls with shrimp. My hubby got a fountain root beer and I got a to-go cup of their mango green tea. I ordered the M1 Shrimp noodles and my hubby ordered the P3 white and dark chicken with rice noodles. The drinks and spring rolls came out fast! I liked the spring rolls dipped in both the peanut sauce and their spicy chili oil. My hubby used sriracha and soy. I loved the simplicity of them: lettuce, rice vermicelli and steamed shrimp. I'd never had the mango green tea before. It was iced with a cute, happy faced seal on top and you puncture the straw through the top! I love taking a drink with me to the grocery store so I liked the sealed top for sure. My hubby's chicken pho was good. It had a LOT of noodles though and he prefers more broth. I'd likely scale the noodles to half a serving to enjoy the broth. My shrimp soup had thin egg noodles which I am a fan of! They're slightly chewier and the broth was very, very good. Lots of anise, thinly sliced white onion, cilantro and green onion. The shrimp were very plain so I dipped those in the chili oil too for some added flavor. It was too much for either of us to finish. I love the broth here and the flavored green teas. Their parent restaurant is in Plano - another hub for quality, authentic food. The restaurant is nice, clean and the condiment containers are not sticky. I'm looking forward to trying their grilled pork with egg roll vermicelli or the fried rice with grilled pork. There's something about the flavor of the Vietnamese grilled pork that you don't get in any other cuisine. So, if you're in this area, this is a solid choice. The menu is pretty simple but much lighter in sauce than other Asian foods. Go there. Get some. Life is too short for boring food!

Yup there's a Hair in it.

Oh NO. Oh NO NO NO NO NO. I found hair on my plate of garnishes. I was slurping the noodles and enjoying my soup. Then I saw something stringy and black. I looked closely and it was a HAIR. Ruined my appetite that I couldn't even finish my bowl of pho that I was craving for. Pho Luv was my go to because it was near my house and thought it was good. It looks like I have to venture out further next time for a bowl of Pho. Oh by the way, the restaurant also smells like it's been clean with a dirty mop/rag that was used in the restroom. Rant over.

We were welcomed immediately and was told to sit wherever we liked. The staff was friendly and attentive. Appetizer: fresh shrimp spring roll with peanut dipping sauce. Was pretty good and fresh. Meals: pho with beef broth eye round steak and beef tendon. Vermicelli with pork and shrimp Vermicelli with egg roll pork and shrimp All meals were pretty tasty and enjoyable. The noodles were over cooked. Too soft for my liking but the flavors were definitely there. The service was great and they made sure that our water cups were never empty. Overall I would definitely come back here.

A quiet establishment for those looking for Vietnamese dining. The area is sparse so this venue proves to be an asset as it's the only Vietnamese restaurant within a short distance of the freeway. Service was prompt and courteous and the food was decently good. A solid 3 from me.

We have frequented many Asian restaurants in Lewisville. We were nearby and decided to check on…read morethe ole Yelp! to see if there was something new to try or new to us! We noticed on the Yelp! map that there was a Burmese restaurant that we have never tried. We love Burmese food and thought, why not? What a gem of a place this was! From the moment we walked in to this immaculately clean restaurant, we had a feeling we had made a good choice. I ordered the Kyay Oh stew with pork meatballs and offal because I wanted something really authentic. My husband ordered beef flat noodles with added veggie stir fry. I have to say, my soup was so clean and fresh tasting. I took a gamble because not everyone can prepare the offal without an off flavor or scent. The flavor of this soup is something I will never forget and I loved the greens and quail eggs as well. My husband's noodle dish had an incredible flavor without being too heavily dressed or seasoned. Our waiter was very helpful in answering our questions. He was very friendly. I would love to return to this restaurant and try some more of the authentic Burmese items.

My partner and I ordered beef belly, beef curry, milk tea and iced coffee and it was all delicious!…read morethe food had just the right amount of spice and they actually left us more spice on the side incase we needed it. the girl who took our order was super nice and had a cool apron. The food came out in like 10 minutes and even though we had to drive back home before eating, the food was still nice and hot. Not to mention the inside of the store was super comfortable and clean. I could not recommend this place enough.

Place just opened so of course it is clean…read more Menu is very simple. Certainly there's nothing wrong with doing traditional foods but at the same time a lack of creativity with nothing really new. To go along with that theme it's just basic blocking and tackling when it comes to Vietnamese food with a lack of deep soulful flavor. They don't have tripe, nor did the waiter seem to recognize what that is. I don't know what to make of the service as on the one hand I believe they're trying to be helpful explaining the menu. But on the other hand, it felt like they were watching over me like a hawk for whatever reason while I was eating. About $22 for a bowl of pho ($16) and egg rolls ($6) seems to be on the high side given the lack of taste. Ironically, I feel like the place that occupied this space prior went out of business for mediocre food and high prices. The place is new so maybe a return trip at sometime might yield better results, but for now I would say there are better Vietnamese places albeit another 10-15 minutes away.

This place is just alright. Pho is all about the broth and this venue uses the same broth (chicken,…read moreI think) for all varieties of pho. That was disappointing since it doesn't enhance the type of meat/seafood you selected. Avoid the rib meat pho - it's very fatty. I tried the fish pho and the fish didn't taste fishy at all. The broth can use more flavor. The one thing I liked about Blazing Lotus' pho is that they didn't seem to use MSG. Price point is a bit steep and it may be due to the restaurant being open only a few months. The menu suggests they are still under "soft opening" so there's a chance they can increase prices even more. Venue is nicely decorated and clean. Great place to try once if you're new to this type of food. But there are other places with better price point and flavor. Service was ok. The server was very nice and respectful. We did have a challenge ordering our dishes when we asked for no onions and they seemed to miss the memo.
