You are my neighbor. That is what neighbors do." That stopped me in my tracks. He had every reason to be annoyed. He could have left. He could have canceled the order. Instead, he stayed late, waited in the cold, and treated me like a friend. In a time where people feel more divided and rushed than ever, that kind of simple human kindness is rare and really meaningful. And here is the thing, this is not a one off. Every time I come here, they ask how I am doing and they actually listen to the answer. Whether it's the person making the sushi, running the register, or the owner himself, I have never once felt rushed or like an inconvenience. They genuinely care. As for the food, it is exactly what Sushi Go is supposed to be: consistently good, fresh, affordable sushi done right.
