Went with my friend and we found hair in her food. They only offered 20% off when she didn't eat all of it nor even half. We demanded for a manager and the cashier said "I don't know". Even said it's either $5 off or 20% off which is just $3 when there's a strand of hair in it. The cashier said to not eat here then and still demanded us to pay which is absurd. Overall the one thing you have to be prepared for is sharing tables. They don't mind sitting you next to other people.
