Overall the one thing you have to be prepared for is sharing tables. They don't mind sitting you next to other people. We usually come here for pho because they're open late, but unfortunately they mess up my order almost every time. I always order flat noodles, but they keep giving me the small noodles instead. This is my go to with most pho places (unless there's a specialty that I should order instead). Just a great, consistent bowl of pho! Get this a regular here and this had to be either a new server or lady working here but me and my partner usually always come together and we got sat a table next to the cashiers and restroom and while eating everything seems to be going well however once it finally got to the time my partner had finished eating his food he excused himself to go use the restroom and I continue finishing up the food this server had came to my table asking me "if my friend was using the restroom" hence never in my life have I or my partner been asked this before at a restaurant so I was taken back to the response and baffled since again I've been coming here for years and they've never questioned me or ask this because this is a complete strange inappropriate thing to say especially to a customer who does not look suspicious or callout whatever the case may be. So after my partner came out I told him what had happened and let it be known that it made me very uncomfortable that I was going to speak on it why they were asking this and when we went to pay he payed actually !! I asked her why did she asked me that question and had it been because maybe we forgot something or he dropped something what was the reason and the lady had nothing to say she had put her hand up and looking down like she messed up accusing my partner and manager had to step in and say that it could've been that oh cause sometimes people want to get something to go when that's not the case because they usually asked while you're still eating and the girl wanted to avoid looking at us and not responding to the question. The service has changed, the waiter who took our order never returned to our table to ask if we needed anything else. We tried to waive him down but he would go around the other way and would eventually end up taking another tables order. We didn't get the chance to ask for refills until we were ready to ask for the bill. Finally when we asked for a refill, the waiter came back with only half the cup filled.
