Not only great food, but amazing service. One of the best grilled shrimp spring rolls I've had. Tightly rolled, nothing spilling out everywhere so I get a nice solid bite. Great ratio, not just filled with noodles. Order online on their website, not door dash or grub hub if your picking up. Give to the buisness instead of a third party. Decent enough restaurant. I'd probably give the flavor of my pho soup a 3.5, but the service and the efficiency deserves a 5. I have ordered both the Small and Medium Sized Pho w/ Rare Steak. The portion sizes are definitely on the smaller size and they really skimp on the meat but it all tastes good, just wish they would be a little more generous with the serving sizes. Just awesome. Really, really awesome. There are several Pho restaurants within delivery range but Pho Lang Co is our default restaurant. Delivery has always been fast, effective, and with minimum spillage. The beef Pho broth is near perfect. The quality and quantity of meat and rice noodle is excellent at all sizes, and the amount of included sides (basil, sprouts, jalapeño) is great. Maybe a little more hoisin + hot chili would be good, but all in all it's just very good quality and absolutely delicious. We've also had a few spring rolls of varying types. From grilled pork to shrimp to a combo of both - they're always fantastic. They're just such a great pho shop from top to bottom - while I don't hit them up much during the summer, every three nights during a chilly winter some hot soup is infinitely welcome, so we've been getting down with Pho Lang Co a lot lately, and just writing about it makes me eager for the next order. read more

Overall, this place has great food and service regardless of how many tables are full. The music is great, and during these chilly months, their table by the door is the only uncomfortable one. I voluntarily chose to sit here though due to the available space for luggage. I found this little place by accident, but am so glad I did! Update: the pho is delicious, we've had it twice now and are really happy that the broth is flavorful and ingredients are fresh. Portion is great and you can customize to get multiple meats in each pho which is awesome! I ordered the veggie pho, pan fried wanton and a shrimp roll. The food did not meet expectation. The wanton were way too fried, it tasted oily and the filling was dried. I did not even finished eating one. Now onto the pho, the broth was okay. The mushroom included were canned or other because they were filled up with water. The rest of the veggies were mostly fresh so I give them that, but the noodles were a little undercooked or not fresh so I'm not sure. I paid for the extra shrimp and got 3 shrimp added to my order. I did not yet eat the shrimp roll so no comment there. I also ordered their mango smoothie, it's a bit too sweet so can't drink it all in one setting. We met Tan the owner and had a nice conversation with him. The food here is fresh and tasty. I loved the deceptively simply named "salad" with shrimp and pork. It vaguely reminded me of a papaya salad one might get at a Thai restaurant, but I liked this salad better. It was a full meal. My wife tried the noodle bowl and found it fine. Anyone knows that take-out pho isn't like the dine-in version. But they're broth is always piping hot and flavorful, just like when one dines in. We decided to dine in instead on Monday. They follow COVID procedures pretty well, I don't feel unsafe. They provide natural straws from some plant in your drinks. The pho came out hot and fresh. Came here with my family because of its high ratings, but it was a disappointment. We ordered bun bo hue, but they put pho rare steak in it to make up for the small amount of protein they provided. It was completely odd to us since we ordered 2 bowls of it and it had it in both bowls. There wasn't a lot of noodles either. I think it was overpriced for the quality. When there are so many choices of pho places to eat, we decided to try this place out since it was on the way. We thought menu was strange because they charge 50c extra for combination or any extra items outside of 3 choices. Then we got the simple 2 medium meatball, brisket and tendon, it arrived shortly. To our surprise the bowls came with full of soup but only half of the noodles and literally 3 meatballs, 4 brisket and 3 tendon slices. I asked the wait person to see if this was their normal serving size which then she confirmed yes. She then brought extra noodles without us asking for it which was sweet of her. Overall the flavor was average, serving size was way less than the most standard places along with their prices being on high side. The noodles and meat were swimming nicely in the broth.
