Came for a weekday lunch. Nice, clean, relaxing, and quiet atmosphere with light music. Menu and ordering is in tablets/online. Bathrooms are clean, though wish they had the disposable toilet seat covers. Excellent pork and shrimp vermicelli bowl with quick and pleasant service. Can definitely recommend if you're looking for reliable, Vietnamese staples. Had a banana matcha latte to go and it was very nice. Bonus, noticed they actually disinfect tables after diners are done! Very clean location.

My family and I were at T&T Supermarket to check out their new market. However, the line was incredibly long. My daughter was hungry, so we decided to eat pho at this restaurant which is nearby. They hand you a tablet, and you place your order. It's then sent to the kitchen. The food arrived a bit later than usual, but the pho and wontons were decent. However, not the best of pho in San Jose.

Great local eatery. They have a variety of Vietnamese foods featuring pho, bun bo hue, banh mi, and Vietnamese rice plates. They have various appetizers too like takoyaki, shrimp tempura, and Taiwanese popcorn chicken. I'm all for the variety. Popcorn chicken comes with a generous amount of basil but missing the signature spice for popcorn chicken. My 2 year old loves it so I guess that's a win. Don't sleep on the dessert menu they have croffles (croissant+waffle) and bingsu and serve alcohol. Order on an iPad, the staff is very friendly. No high chairs but they do have boosters. I like to get the pho with fresh noodles and bbq pork with egg rolls here. I always want to try the dessert but never have enough room.

Came here Wednesday night. Almost no wait. Typical pho and bbh. Wings are nice are crispy. I like that the dip came on the side. I actually liked it better without the dip. Viet friend says bbh tastes as good as home. Good experience!

My husband and I ordered Beef and Meatballs and BBQ and shrimps noodles. It tastes pretty good. Very flavorful. I like how they have the iPad for us to order our food so we can see the pictures and description of what in our foods also upfront cost so that you know if there will be any additional cost. I like the music playing and the lighting. Very modern.

The Pho Kitchen is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking. It's a clean restaurant, with friendly and accommodating staff. I ordered the Chicken Banh Mi. It was tasty, The bread was soft on the inside, with a good crusty crust on the outside. The vegetables were julienned (like they should be) and the chicken was flavorful, and moist. I wish it had a little more chicken. I will try again.

I came here for lunch and the beef combo pho hit the spot! I ordered it with the spicy option and it had just the right kick. The chili they used seemed to have lemongrass so it was a nice flavor. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the Bun Bo Hue next time.

We are excited to try the new pho place opened up recently so near to us. Came for an early dinner a couple of days ago and had a good experience. The place is clean with high ceiling, ordering was easy with the ipad and the two young staff were friendly and provided good services. We ordered a combo pho, a meat ball + rare steak pho and one order of crispy egg rolls to share. Food delivered within minutes after ordering. Both of the pho orders came hot with good amount of protein which we liked, they could be a little more generous with the condiments. One thing I noticed with my sensitive taste buds was the slight sour note in the broth instead of slightly sweet taste in most of the other pho eateries. The egg rolls were fried crispy which we enjoyed but a little oily. Over all it was a decent experience especially considering the good service and convenience location.

This business has multiple locations. If you're in the West side, come stop by. We're adding it to our rotation. We ordered to-go and they provide a hearty portion of protein. The place is clean, staff are friendly. Ordered at the restaurant to-go and it came out quick. I think this place is slept on. Prices were good and food was amazing. Will need to come back to dine in for the full experience!

We were looking for some Vietnamese food, and Pho Kitchen had 4+ stars so we decided to give it a try. Service/Ambiance 4 stars: It has a casual strip mall restaurant nice ambiance, and it was very clean (they use Lysol disinfectant to wipe the tables). We were seated quickly, and the service was immediate and friendly. We ordered our food from a tablet, but they also provided a physical menu, which was appreciated, and our order was delivered promptly. Food 3 stars: was good, but not great. There are ~100 food items and ~50+ beverages on the menu, which are WAY too items many to prepare all of them well. - Taiwanese Basil Popcorn Chicken was very well seasoned and the crispy fried basil was a nice touch, but the breading was so "crispy" it cut the roof of my mouth and the chicken itself was very chewy. - Bbq Pork Vermicelli Salad had lots of fresh veggies, and the bbq pork was very tasty, but the vermicelli noodles themselves were pretty thick and served really warm. Bbq Chicken and Shrimp Vermicelli Salad had the same fresh veggies and warm noodles, the bbq chicken was tasty, but there were only 2 shrimp (mentioned in another review, and there are other photos of this dish with 2 shrimp). We plan on coming back to try the pho and bahn mi so hopefully the menu can be improved/reduced and this review can be positively updated.

The mam tom had a strong flavor (as expected), but it was balanced well and tasted authentic. Mixing it with the noodles, herbs, and peanuts made for a great combination of textures and flavors. Portions were generous, service was friendly, and the food came out pretty quickly even though the restaurant was busy. It's not always easy to find Vietnamese dishes like these done well in the South Bay, so I was happy to find a spot that delivers. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Despite it being in a big lot, parking still took a while to find. Thankfully, we had thankfully just beat the lunch rush and not had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a table. My friend and I shared a Northern spread (Bun Cha Ha Noi) and a Southern style Goat Curry (Banh Mi Cari De). Service was definitely on the slower side that day, but thankfully we were proactive at getting the orders in. The Bun Cha Ha Noi was delicious - pretty much a DIY spring roll - all the fun, all the mess, with none of the clean up other than licking the plates clean. The pork belly was delicious; I was surprised how much I liked it, since I'm not a fan of pork. I devoured numerous rolls, and we also had some extra vermicelli to finish off the rest of the protein. This single meal was definitely more than enough for two! The Banh Mi Cari De (goat curry) was unfortunately quite the opposite. The goat was cooked very well - tough, gamy, and difficult to eat. There were probably six pieces in total, our first was tender, our second had bone, a little harder to chew, and the last was best compared to rubber. The curry was a bit watery, which made the banh mi soggy when dipped in. This was probably an adventurous try, but not a dish I'd ever consider ordering again.

It's a grilled tumeric fish dish that packs a ton of flavor, and you add noodles and herbs to make a delish spring roll (or in my case a fat burrito). It comes out on a sizzling plate so you have to let it cook a bit to render the onions and dill to get that perfect texture. The sauce might be a bit fishy to some, but it's what ties the bite together! It's def an acquired taste, but if you are open to trying new things, please come try this speciality dish. Tip: on Wednesdays, this dish is only $28, whereas the OG price is around $36. The fried rice here was surprisingly super flavorful! You can taste the separate grains (which is when you know the cook on the rice is good) and the salt levels were top tier. I would come back and get this togo if I was too lazy to create my own food with the spring rolls. Overall, you are here for the food, not the service and decor. If you can't find parking in that plaza, there's more parking across the road where the Target is. After spending about ten minutes on the written wait-list, our names were called. It's definitely a little easier communicating with much of the staff if you speak Vietnamese, and I find that waiting right outside the restaurant is best because they default to calling your name from the door once it's your turn. The interior is crammed with tables; the atmosphere feels busy and warm. There is a single room women's bathroom and men's bathroom in the back as well. The decor leans toward being classic more than trendy, which I liked. The menu is pretty big, offering a variety of items ranging from mainstream Vietnamese options to ones I don't encounter as often. I recommend eating family-style for many of these dishes, including the Bún Chả Cá Lã Vọng, which I enjoyed with my partner. The prices are pretty average, and their portions are generous. That said, they are cash or Zelle only. There is an ATM that you can use if you forget to bring cash, but this is still something to keep in mind. Overall, I can definitely see myself coming back. I wish I had the stomach capacity to try more of their dishes at once, and I 100% recommend that anyone give this place a shot.

Of course, I had to order all the essentials: banh beo, banh nam, banh loc, banh ram it, and cha. I was especially craving Bun Bo Hue, so that was my main dish, while my friend ordered the Mi Quang. The appetizers were all good and definitely satisfied my craving for Hue-style snacks. Unfortunately, the Bun Bo Hue was disappointing. The broth had a strange flavor and was missing the rich, hearty depth that makes Bun Bo Hue so comforting and memorable. I honestly found it surprising that a restaurant specializing in Hue cuisine would miss the mark on one of its most iconic dishes. Another thing I noticed was that the vermicelli noodles were broken into many small pieces, which made me feel like they weren't particularly fresh. It definitely affected the overall eating experience. Before leaving, I also ordered a banh canh to go. That ended up being really good, though I personally wasn't a fan of the fresh-cut noodles. By the time I got home, they had expanded quite a bit in the broth and became softer than I prefer. Overall, I enjoyed everything except the Bun Bo Hue. The appetizers were solid, the banh canh was tasty, and I'd come back for those items. However, the Bun Bo Hue is one dish I probably won't order again.

The standout dish was the egg rolls. They arrived hot, golden brown, and perfectly crisp, with a satisfying crunch and a flavorful filling that made them the best part of the meal. I noticed cobwebs that appeared to have been hanging in place for a long time, along with dirt and grime collecting in corners throughout the dining room. Even the menus felt sticky, with a visible film of grease and small food particles still clinging to them. The faded print and worn condition made them look as though they hadn't been replaced in years. Those details created an impression of neglect that made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. With a thorough deep cleaning and some updated menus, this restaurant could create a much more welcoming dining experience. Until then, the cleanliness issues overshadow what was otherwise an average meal.
