Spring Rolls

This place was very nice. The pho and spring rolls were so good. And the people were very friendly. I'd go back.

Surprisingly great experience. The food was top notch with flavors that far exceeded my expectations. Bahn Mi and spring rolls were as good as you're likely to find outside of a huge city. I would return anytime I'm nearby.

For being the only pho restaurant here, it was pretty decent. I ordered the spicy Bun Bo hue which hit the spot especially for these colder months. The soup was spicy and savory, the beef slices were cooked how I like it, wasn't a big fan of meatballs but nonetheless it was overall a 7.5/10. Now I gotta try their regular pho!

Wow! So delicious. In my younger years, I worked in a lab with Vietnamese counterparts and this bright back so many good flavor memories.

I love Vietnamese food. I had no idea that this place existed until a few days ago. I dragged my husband there today to try the veggie banh mi! It did not disappoint. The bun was soft and chewy and warm! Inside was shredded carrots, pickled radish, tofu, mushroom, cilantro and a yummy sauce. It was fresh, spicy and full of flavor. We also got a side order of the spring rolls. They were freshly made, packed full of ingredients and served with one of the best peanut sauces I've had in a long time. The owner greeted us, did the cooking and serving! He was super friendly and we had pleasant chit chat with him. Ambiance: super relaxed spot with no pretense. The restaurant itself is fine, lots of tables (with all the good sauces on each one)!! It was nice and warm and friendly and the food was super authentic and super tasty. I'll be back for sure!

We found this little spot while visiting downtown Clarksville and really enjoyed it. The owner was friendly and the Pho was well prepared with a rich depth of flavor. The Thai coffee was a bit heavy on the chocolate and light on the coffee. Ambiance was ok, could maybe use a little light dinner music.

What a great recommendation!!! first off I have spent quite…read morea while looking for fresh spring rolls... and then I was told Sticky Rice Café has them! They do and they are delicious... served with peanuts sauce, of course From the moment we walked in the energy, vibe and passion was apparent!! Our server was Tre... He asked us if we had eaten there before which we told him we had not so he took the time and explained the menu the food and also his favorite pics. He explained grandma's sauces and gave us a great education on the type of food that we would be ordering! After the spring rolls, my husband ordered the dinner portion of grilled pork chops. BIINGMOO and I ordered PAD KEE MAO.... This is wide noodles in an amazing sauce and you have your choice of beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, or tofu to be added. I chose beef......Tre brought three little dishes to sample three at grandma's sauces which all had amazing flavors with a little bit of heat... our meals were brought to us and of course we tasted each other's meals and we're amazed at the freshness, flavor and the size. Oh my goodness this is a place that if you enjoy fresh food with an Asian twist, you need to try it. Grandma sauces can be purchased as they are bottled for sale as well. Service was wonderful to go food going out the door was nonstop. And we were lucky enough to sit at the far back of the restaurant next to the kitchen, so we got to watch all of the different platings coming out.... And we just need to start at the top of the menu and work our way down because everything looks wonderful. Happy people, happy servers, great vibe. There is a bar off to the side, which basically was full the entire time we were there. Really a very nice experience five stars and two thumbs up!!!!

Tonight I enjoyed a satisfying meal at Stick Rice with the beef pho and shrimp spring rolls. The service was excellent and even though the place was slam packed. The place it not like your normal hole in the wall joint the decor os rich, clean, and modern. The pho arrived hot and fragrant, with a rich, savory broth that had plenty of depth without being overly salty. The beef was tender, the noodles were nicely cooked, and the fresh herbs and lime let me adjust each bite to my taste. Legit pho broth 4.1 meat 4.5 veggies how is everything good thank you 3.0 The shrimp spring rolls were an excellent starter--light, fresh, and neatly wrapped with crisp vegetables, rice noodles, and plump shrimp. The peanut dipping sauce added a creamy, slightly sweet contrast that paired nicely with the fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a comforting, flavorful meal that felt both fresh and filling. I would happily order the beef pho and shrimp spring rolls again.

I'm giving this place a 5 because I can't give it a 4.5 and, in this case, I think erring on the…read moreside of caution is to the better benefit of other Yelpers. First things first - this place is best suited to take out as there are only four tables seating four people each, a drink case, and single (but clean) bathroom. Either way we found ourselves needing to dine-in as we live closer to Nashville and couldn't reasonably do carry out. All that said we dined in and had great experience. Food was delivered to the table vs just picking up at the counter. The service was very good, very fast, and very courteous. Two kiddos, DH, and I tried a variety of things: Pork Spring Roll, Veggie Spring Roll, Egg Drop Soup, H/S Soup, Fried Pork Dumplings, Singapore Rice Noodle, SS Chicken, Chicken Broccoli. Pork Spring Roll was the closest I've ever had to my vietnamese mother-in-law's egg rolls - EVER. They were really really good. Just nice, simple, thin shelled, pork egg rolls. Didn't even use any of the sauces. Veggie Spring Roll (2 per order) was good too but should cut them in half right away to let out some of the steam so the veggies do not get overcooked. The sauce served with these wasn't very good but they were very good when dipped in a little bit of the sweet and sour sauce. Overall, good and will try again. Sweet & Sour (SS) Chicken was what it normally is. Breading was little thick for my taste but DH and kids liked it. Was a little on the oily side but nothing that resting on a paper towel wouldn't cure. Nice texture and crispy. Had leftovers. Egg Drop Soup had nice light flavor and wasn't overly thick and yellow like you sometimes see with others that are largely artificially flavored. Had leftovers. Hot & Sour (H/S) Soup had good flavor even though I typically do not like the H/S soups that use black pepper for seasoning. This one had quite a bit but overall wasn't awful or anything. Was served with crispy wonton strips. Had leftovers. Fried Pork Dumplings were free (without even asking) with our order. They were nice and crispy and had really good flavor. The sauce served on side was a little bit sweet, not overly salty, and complimented really well. Chicken Broccoli - I didn't care for the mouth feel of the white meat chicken but I don't really like meat all that much. It wasn't slimy but was a little bit on the rubbery side. The kids and DH ate the meat. I ate the veggies. The sauce was a little thin but when served over white rice was absolutely perfect. The overall flavor was really good. Would get again but will try veggies or beef next time. Had leftovers. Singapore Rice Noodle - Seriously fantastic. The curry flavor is nice and light and it isn't spicy at all. I like the flavor of curry but don't always like heavy handed application or the spice of it. This was absolutely perfectly spiced, perfectly cooked and the white meat chicken in this dish was very, very good (not at all like the Chicken Broccoli). There was also LOTS of egg in it. Had leftovers. Total for all was $45. All leftovers re-heated VERY well. Kids loved it both meals, we loved both meals and the service. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

The server, whose name was Kam, was most gracious, and did his best to make sure we made knowledgeable choices about what we ordered, and he was attentive after we had our order. My partner had the chicken noodle soup, and it had such a fabulous broth and was full of noodles and shredded chicken. I had to have several spoonfuls of it myself. I chose the vermicelli with beef and an eggroll. Each table was equipped with soy sauce, sriracha, chili pepper oil, and Hoisin sauce. The overall lighting, ambiance, and cultural appeal of the restaurant is pleasant. I noticed that we had quality (not wooden) chopsticks instead of American utensils, but I'm sure they have forks for the picky or clumsy folks. I cannot eat Asian food without using chopsticks; it just isn't the same. His soup featured one of those lovely china/porcelain spoons with a glorious absence of metal. Possibly the only thing about this entire meal I could offer suggestion for improvement is the tiny scrumptious eggroll could have been larger. However, the servings overall were generous and reasonably priced. I even have a small to-go box of noodles for tomorrow. Additionally, I got to try my very first BOBA tea! I am not sure why they call it tea because it's more like a slushy with those little Boba balls and a wide straw. There are 15 different flavors offered, including avocado (which I was not brave enough to try). I had banana, and it was very good. I thought it mildly pricey at $4.50 but novelty drinks usually have novelty prices. I really wish we had visited this restaurant before, but as I said, we will be returning. I was concerned because there were only a couple other tables during our entire visit, although it was toward closing time on a Tuesday evening. I encourage everyone to try this restaurant!
