Today was my return visit to Miss Saigon. Again, I ordered phó dac biet and bbq pork gôi cuong and was COMPLETELY satisfied with my meal and the service. When I get my bowl of phó, the first thing I d is savor the broth as it comes to me, before adding anything to the mix. The broth at Miss Saigon is rich and deeply aromatic. I asked for another sprig of basil and a small dish with which to mix the sauce combo (sriracha and hoisin) I use to add extra flavor to my dish. The bbq pork goi cuon was a new taste for me and I liked it. Needless to say, I will be returning to Miss Saigon in the future...kudos!

I have been going to this place for a very, very long time. Go to pho spot. Management is different from when I originally dined here, but not much different in taste. Always go to order is pho with all the meats (23), springs rolls with shrimp and pork, and sometimes bahn xeo, which is the crispy pancake! Parking is abundant and the staff are nice. Lots of seating and the interior is themed like Vietnam. Pho is a personal taste, but I was once told that you can tell you had good pho, if you walk into the restaurant smelling it and walk out smelling like it

Ordered pickup and the first thing I want to note is how eccentric the exterior is. It's kind of fun, and the interior is big and open. My order was a bit late but I was impressed by the portion size of the noodles I got. The tofu stir fry was really great, and the egg noodles were thick and chewy. The sauce was sweet and savory and full of vegetables too. I also ordered the quail because it's not often you see that on a menu, and while they were small, and somewhat hard to eat, the flavor was SO good! They're perfectly roasted and seasoned. I'd definitely come back for more authentic food.

It's kind of a dirty hole in the wall, but the service was good, food comes out fast, it's no frills and the pho is great. A bit turned off with the cleanliness. My straw tasted like lime juice, when I was presented with my pho, the servers thumb was inside my soup, and there were flies. I got the seafood pho with broccoli. The shrimp is fresh and big! And the size is pretty good too. Slightly sweet broth, and full of flavor and salt.

Our go to spot when we're wanting Vietnamese food. Food is always delicious. The hour drive is worth it.

Miss Saigon is one of my favorite restaurants in Nashville. I have been so many times and will go back so many more times. I usually get the same thing every time which is the vermicelli bowl with BBQ chicken and an egg roll. It's hard to choose something different when the go to option is so good. I've tried a few of the different appetizers and want to keep trying more. This time we got the shrimp tempura and shrimp spring rolls which are another very yummy go to option for me. I've also gotten the chicken wings before and they are also so good! My boyfriend got the Egg Noodle Soup with Pork, Shrimp, Squid, and Quail Eggs. So many things in a single soup! It was also really yummy. Outside of the food part, service is great and you can usually get a table pretty quickly. Parking is very easy because they have a huge free parking lot. Fun additional perk is that K&S international market is right next door so you can get a meal and groceries all in one trip. Can't wait for my next time there!

    42. Bun Miss Saigon. Fresh noodles, vegetables, pork, chicken, fish sauce. DELICIOUS!!!

I didn't know I loved Vietnamese food! This restaurant is one of the best hidden gems in all of Nashville. I didn't know what to expect when I visited for the first time, honestly, it's Vietnamese food, served in a very nondescript restaurant in a strip mall that I've passed hundreds of times and never noticed. But, I promise you, I will be back again (hopefully soon and often)! I visited at lunch time and expected the restaurant to be empty. Nope, most of the tables were already taken, and many of the diners looked like regulars. Our server was super nice and very knowledgeable about the menu. We also met the owner who was so nice. I really wanted to try something different, because there are so many Pho restaurants in the area. So, I ordered the Bun Miss Saigon (#42). If you know me, you know I love noodles. And Vietnamese Bun is a very large bowl of Vermicelli Noodles with fresh lettuce, pickles, cucumber, bean sprouts, scallions, and crunchy peanuts. It's served with a delicious sweet & sour fish sauce for dipping or to pour over the dish. #42 also includes a sliced egg roll, BBQ Pork, BBQ Chicken, Shrimp, and a Shrimp Paste Roll (it's flaky and delicious). I loved my Bun Miss Saigon! It was loaded with freshness and deliciousness. I began by dipping the egg roll and the shrimp paste roll in the fish sauce. Eventually, I poured the fish sauce over the dish and added some chili sauce and chili oil to give it a little kick because the dish is served without any heat. It was so delicious, that I ate the entire bowl. My friend was unable to finish his, so he took a little less than half home for dinner. My friend also had a Vietnamese Coffee that he said was delicious. Their menu is large and is loaded with really nice pictures and descriptions of their many dishes. I can't wait to try more of them. I highly recommend Miss Saigon, especially if you're looking to try something different than your regular Thai or Chinese dishes.

Miss Saigon is a great hole in the wall for Vietnamese food! Very authentic and delicious. The beef pho is phenomenal, the broth is cooked to perfection and you can tell it's been simmered for hours. I like that it isn't too salty and super flavorful. The beef selection is nice too as they have some "semi-raw" pieces and you can cook them longer in the soup if you desire. Huge portions, I could barely finish it! Definitely get your money's worth. I also recommend the Bo Luc Lac, which is shaking beef, think of pan seared marinated beef. The marinate is so delicious and they cook the beef perfectly. If you are looking for a meat and rice dish, definitely get this. I got the Vietnamese iced coffee and it was really good, Vietnamese coffee is so flavorful and strong and then they top it with condensed milk. It's located in a big lot with lots of parking and there are a few other restaurants and an international Asian market. When you try to pull in from Charlotte Pike, the entrance is kinda hidden but then you go up a ramp and you are there.

I honestly think this is the best tasting pho in Nashville. I think some others are good but I do make the 30 mins drive and don't blink... the service is average, not bad. The restaurant made updates and gave more tables available. Super chill atmosphere. Good for the family too.

    Shirin L.

We were 10 of us that came here very hungry. The server did a good job of accommodating all our orders and getting everything b quickly. Their pho was quite flavorful and the meat was very good. We ordered their spring rolls that everyone liked as well. This is a small place that has a few tables and chairs. They also have a few very interesting snack items that they sell at the counter. Small place with good management.

Bun bo hue with oxtail option. Not bad, but would have liked it a little spicier.
    Mark F.

Had the Bun bo hue with the oxtail option, but I really wanted it with the pig's feet and pork blood but they did not have. You get a lot for your money but the spice wasn't quite there for me or at least for what I'm used to. Still, plenty of stuff inside, lots of nice soft noodles. The menu looked quite extensive and there were a lot of selections on there I would have tried if we lived here.

yummmmm!! The veggie and tofu pho was excellent. Don't be discouraged by the outside of the building - the food was great.

Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. There were two staff members present: one behind the bar and one in the dining are. After being seated, no one acknowledged us. We waited about 15 minutes without anyone offering water, taking our order, or even checking in. What made it more frustrating was when another guest came in and was immediately greeted and served water, while we were still being ignored. At that point, it became clear we weren't going to receive service, so we decided to leave. As we walked out, the staff watched us go without saying a word or attempting to address the situation. We ended up going to The Smiling Elephant, where we had a completely different experience--friendly service and great food. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Wasted Soup dumplings are so damn cool. It's also either an engineering marvel or some sort of biblical miracle. How is the soup born inside the little dumpling?? So many questions!! I had some here and they were sure tasty!! I also had some killer crispy fried pork belly and some kick ass twice fried Korean wings!! Pork belly had tremendous umami flavors and was sticky sweet and yummy all at once! Loved it! But then came the Star.... I love chicken wings as much as I love life! The Soup Dumplings were just as amazing, but the Roti Canai (Malaysian flatbreads with curry sauce) stole the show. The curry was rich with the perfect amount of spice.
