Grateful to add that I've visited Vui's a second time now with a takeout order for Pad Thai and Spring rolls. The food was delicious and hot and ready on time. Yet another amazing visit and I'll be back again!

Ordered food for delivery right when the store opened. It arrived so quickly and was very fresh! I read other reviews commenting about how the produce was old, but I didn't experience that at all. Everything was the right temperature and the bases of items may have lacked flavor, as expected, but the broths and sauces were explosive and bright. Beef noodle bowl: very large portion. I also ordered with a small bone broth to just put the noodles and beef in the broth with chili oil (the only thing that spilled all in its separate bag). The veggies that came with the bowl I ate separately, like a salad, with chili oil and the dressing - so good!!! I could have done that salad a million times over! The fried scallions and cilantro were so nice. I also ordered a side of mushrooms. They were quickly cooked and not even all the way, I'd probably pass on those in the future. Chicken dumplings: these came in a serving of 4, tossed in chili oil and quite large. The filling was a little on the salty side, but not too much. I still thought they were good. Summer rolls: as imagined they were very fresh, soft and crunchy. The sauce they came with was sweet and spicy, we also added some of the dressing from the noodle bowl. The only thing that would make these perfect is if there was cilantro and sliced avocado inside the roll. Basil limeade: okay, so I was a little unsure about it saying there were chia seeds inside. Was this drink going to be thick, would it be too much? Well I'm here to say it wasn't. There aren't that many and the basil is very muted. But the citrus is right in your face! I personally found it to be much too sweet, but other that that it was a nice limeade.

    Chicken dumplings were not great.

This was a hard no for me. It sucks to write about how bad something is, but man the chicken dumplings were just a mush of maybe chicken with no flavor and a weird mouth feel. The pho was better, but not the best I've had.

This is my go to dinner meal. I order takeout 2 to 3 times a week. The past month they've changed their take home box's to a new box that's WAY smaller than the normal larger one. Yet they're still serving the in restaurants meals in the same large bowl. This is definitely just a sneaky way to screw you and save them money. Please return to the normal size boxes.

Rice bowl with Chicken & cookie

Ordered through Uber eats, my ordered was prepared very fast and delivered within 30 minutes - got the chicken rice bowl & cookies. The chicken rice bowl was alright, give it a 3.5 out of 5. The chicken and fried topping was pretty good but the rice tasted stale/old & the daikon and carrots had a really bad after taste - like the carrots were old. The lettuce was brown and not fresh either. The "fish sauce" that it comes with - definitely on the sweeter side and not the OG fish sauce from a real viet restaurant. Chocolate chip cookies... very mid. they were on the crunchy side and were pretty small. Yes, they give you 2 cookies - $1 a cookie. Kind of taste like pre packaged store bought cookies. I would say this place is more of an Americanized Vietnamese restaurant. As someone who lives around Vietnamese cuisine in Houston, this place is super mid. Tried East Side Banh Mi in Nashville my last visit and it was better than this place!

I was in town visiting my cousin and we had lunch here one day at the Hunter's Station Food Hall. I love the concept of food halls and this was one of the options there. We started with the SUMMER ROLLS: Shrimp, noodles, green leaf lettuce, arugula, carrot, cucumber, fresh mint and scallion, wrapped in soft rice paper. Served with peanut sauce. Nice flavor, lots of fresh veggies, good peanut sauce. My cousin and I both had the NOODLE BOWL with shrimp: Choice of protein, vermicelli rice noodles, green leaf lettuce, arugula, pickled daikon and carrots, cucumber, fresh mint, cilantro, fried shallots, crushed peanuts and scallion oil served with chile lime dressing. I really liked this. Lots of fresh veggies, fresh shrimp. Love the scallion oil on top, along with the peanuts. Very filling. Overall a nice spot for Vietnamese food. I would love to go back to the food hall to check out the other options.

Was craving some pho while on vacation in Nashville, TN. Found this place in the food court and thought i would give it a try. It was really delicious for shrimp pho made in the south. They gave a lot of shrimp compared to most restaurants I've dined in for pho and that is saying a lot. The bowl was also very big. I would definitely go here again if I come back to visit for some quick pho. Also my sisters bowl looked really good too!

    Chicken Banh Mi and wings

I wish I could give this meal more stars but I got food poisoning from this meal. I really think it was the chicken wings. I believe they were undercooked because the wings were pink in the middle in each one. I just assumed they were supposed to made that way. I did like the drink and the sandwich. The staff were super sweet. I'm hesitant to try again given the experience I had.

We had a Vui's here in Germantown and it was consistently good! Cooked to very tender delicious meats, and of course I lived on the pho during cancer. One of their employees even offered to deliver an order to the hospital himself before Vui got really involved with the dash deliveries. They've since left our neighborhood, sadly. We were happy to hear they opened in another neighborhood and offered delivery services! Tried tonight and are absolutely disappointed. Even the pork belly in the bao is inedible - completely overcooked- as are the wings and the dumplings. They taste as if filled with chicken baby food - mush puree. It's not ravioli, it's supposed to have texture. I've made hundreds of dumplings. THIS IS JUST SO SUBPAR FOR Vui's. She needs to know you're neither representing her nor honoring her well. We couldn't even eat what we bought. Very sorry because at one point it was phenomenal and I'd always recommend it to everyone who asked. Tonight, hopefully, is a one time utter failure. I love you guys but holy S... wtf happened tonight? We're chefs too and would like to know our name was attached to such a haphazardly prepared product.

This restaurant has amazing food, fresh, tasty - every single time. The food is beautiful- even the to go meals. The service is fast, employees are great. I treated myself to a birthday lunch Rice bowl with Pork Belly which was absolutely incredible- melt in my mouth. The afternoon was perfect- I sat outside in the sunshine watching the world go by. Don't miss this one. Parking us the biggest challenge but oh-so worth it

That my friend, is a whole fucking lot!! I am more full of myself than you could possibly imagine. I loved these particular chicken wings a little more than life. I walked through downtown Nashville alone, on a random weeknight, just to eat these wings because I saw them on Yelp. I had already eaten dinner at Eddie V's earlier in the evening, but these wings called me from more than a mile away... Come eat me, Adam.... The ambience is bright and energetic, with fun neon signs and decor. The space feels open and spacious with plenty of seating. We started our night with the Pork Belly Bao Buns, but since they were out of pork belly, we tried the Chinese BBQ Pork instead. I wasn't upset because they were phenomenal. The Soup Dumplings were just as amazing, but the Roti Canai (Malaysian flatbreads with curry sauce) stole the show. The curry was rich with the perfect amount of spice. You're missing out if you skip the appetizers here. For my entrée, I ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Noodle Soup, and all I can say is wow. The broth and tender wontons were the perfect combination. My boyfriend loved his Pad Thai as well, and the only downside was the portion size for the price. I want to give a huge shoutout to our server, Jaylen, for making the experience top-notch. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and offered great recommendations through the night. Hawkers is on my list for date nights, ladies' nights, or a casual evening out (especially for drinks and appetizers!)

The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the tofu was browned to perfection. The grilled broccoli and cauliflower were snappy and contrasted well with the rest of the ingredients. The dish had a spicy yet tolerable kick to it, but I have a very high threshold for spice and heat (I added chili oil to take it up a notch!). Also, the portion size is BIG. I was very hungry so I had no issues finishing most of it, but it could easily be shared between two adults, especially if you order an appetizer or side. I loved the interior decor, which was simple yet eye catching. The mural encompassing the entire space in particular looked really cool. They do everything well - the other curries, the standard noodle dishes, the dumplings - and it can be tempting to just go with your regular go-to dish like Pad Thai w/Chicken (BORRRINGG, but they do it well nonetheless.)
