We have been coming to the place for years but likely won't be back now.. We have a $100 gift card that we got about 6-8 months ago. We came to use it today and they told us they could not accept it because they got a new system. They reached out to their manager and he would not do anything to compensate, he said that the gift cards expire yet there is no expedition date on the card. So really they got $100 for free and refuse to take care of loyal customers when this is something that happened on their end.. Honestly ridiculous that places can get away with stuff like this..

I asked for extra meat and this is how much they gave me total.. what?? Is this not the standard amount? This is like 3 bites of meat. Very disappointed

Ilove this place. I wish there was more varieties of meats and vegetables. But l'm a vegetable gal. The prices are great.

Our order: pho dac biet, bun bo hue, banh xeo The 37F morning chill hit us wimpy Californians like a truck so we searched high and low for pho for brunch. The banh xeo (Vietnamese egg crepe for first timers) is a MUST. First, it is humongous AF. Second, everything from chicken to prawn to egg+flour blanket was made-to-order fragrant. Third, the combination of grilled meat, fresh lettuce+bean sprouts and fish sauce is just chef's kiss. My bf's pho was heartwarming and filled with all the must haves. My bun bo hue... well I can't say it was bun bo hue. First, it was NOT spicy or umami. Second, the consistency and colour of broth was off. Third, shape and texture of noodles was too thin and too al dente. It was like a bowl of their regular pho with a splash of chili oil. I added another spoonful to give it more heat. Minimal service as expected, which I didn't mind. Not familiar with the Asian food scene in Knoxville so this rating may be skewed high. But the banh xeo is yummy and deserving of 4 stars on its own.

What a great recommendation!!! first off I have spent quite…read morea while looking for fresh spring rolls... and then I was told Sticky Rice Café has them! They do and they are delicious... served with peanuts sauce, of course From the moment we walked in the energy, vibe and passion was apparent!! Our server was Tre... He asked us if we had eaten there before which we told him we had not so he took the time and explained the menu the food and also his favorite pics. He explained grandma's sauces and gave us a great education on the type of food that we would be ordering! After the spring rolls, my husband ordered the dinner portion of grilled pork chops. BIINGMOO and I ordered PAD KEE MAO.... This is wide noodles in an amazing sauce and you have your choice of beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, or tofu to be added. I chose beef......Tre brought three little dishes to sample three at grandma's sauces which all had amazing flavors with a little bit of heat... our meals were brought to us and of course we tasted each other's meals and we're amazed at the freshness, flavor and the size. Oh my goodness this is a place that if you enjoy fresh food with an Asian twist, you need to try it. Grandma sauces can be purchased as they are bottled for sale as well. Service was wonderful to go food going out the door was nonstop. And we were lucky enough to sit at the far back of the restaurant next to the kitchen, so we got to watch all of the different platings coming out.... And we just need to start at the top of the menu and work our way down because everything looks wonderful. Happy people, happy servers, great vibe. There is a bar off to the side, which basically was full the entire time we were there. Really a very nice experience five stars and two thumbs up!!!!

Tonight I enjoyed a satisfying meal at Stick Rice with the beef pho and shrimp spring rolls. The service was excellent and even though the place was slam packed. The place it not like your normal hole in the wall joint the decor os rich, clean, and modern. The pho arrived hot and fragrant, with a rich, savory broth that had plenty of depth without being overly salty. The beef was tender, the noodles were nicely cooked, and the fresh herbs and lime let me adjust each bite to my taste. Legit pho broth 4.1 meat 4.5 veggies how is everything good thank you 3.0 The shrimp spring rolls were an excellent starter--light, fresh, and neatly wrapped with crisp vegetables, rice noodles, and plump shrimp. The peanut dipping sauce added a creamy, slightly sweet contrast that paired nicely with the fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a comforting, flavorful meal that felt both fresh and filling. I would happily order the beef pho and shrimp spring rolls again.

My mom said Asia Kitchen is the best Chinese in the city now. Unfortunately if that is correct, then it makes me very sad. I have eaten at "Real" Chinese restaurants before and this is not close imo. I got Szechuan Beef...this is supposed to be a very spicy dish. My order was not spicy at all...not saying it was bland, but it didn't have the "kick" I was expecting. My mom shared a whole steamed fish with her friends. They did enjoy it, but it wasn't for me. I have decided to bump my rating up to four stars because of the wonton/egg drop soup. I didn't even realize this was a thing. We got one large serving and it was plenty for the table. Finally the reason i didn't give 5 stars was because of the table service. The others brought wine , but i ordered a Diet Coke when we were seated. Unfortunately it never arrived...our server acknowledged my order, but I guess she forgot during the dinner rush. I did have water so I didn't complain. Overall dinner was ok...it was very nice that we were allowed to take our time.

The marble mango slushie with rainbow jelly was very refreshing on a very hot July day. I try to reduce the sugar whenever I order so I asked for no sugar. The owner said I really needed more for this particular drink so I said 25%. Somehow she convinced me that I needed at least 50% sugar. The drink was good and I liked the swirl of (I'm guessing here) condensed milk? The place is very Instagrammable with cute decor.

I ordered a Marble Strawberry drink with strawberry popping boba jellies. They provide an order number and took about 5-10 min in the kitchen to bring the drink out and call our number. I will admit that this drink was not what I expected. I thought it would be a strawberry milk tea swirled with milk foam or whipped cream. Nope. It was like a frozen strawberry slushy. It tasted a bit like a (strawberry) creamsicle. My daughter drank the majority of this drink and loved it. I, personally, would not get it again, as I am partial to milk tea at boba shops. I may try their brown sugar or coffee varieties next time I stop in. Don't forget that they also serve savory Banh mi sandwiches. Friendly service and a nice spot to meet a friend. Great IG/selfie areas, if that's your thing, too!
