I really liked this place. I would say this is one of the best pho places on this side of town. Our food came quick and it was fresh and nicely presented. Luckily we beat the crowd for rush hour - and still then I think the restaurant did a good job flying the food out the door. This place is one of the best vegan pho. I've tried vegan pho at several different restaurants, they are good but not as flavorful as regular pho. However, this placce's vegan pho has changed my mind about vegan pho that usually they aren't as flavorful as regular ones and somewhat blend. The one I had here was really flavorful, the broth was rich and tasty, tofu was chewy and delicious, and had plenty of veggies to chew. The broth tasted somewhat like udon broth and it was really good. The lady here is super friendly too. I think I'm going to be a huge fan of vegan pho from now on :p read more

I seldom get in this part of town unless it is to give blood and none of the restaurants are open at that time. But I had time so off I went. My testing was a multi meat/vegetable stir fry with soft rice noodles. It passed quite well and I could definitely see going back at some time. Service was good. It was a cold cloudy day and pho sounded delicious, this was close to our house so we gave it a try and so glad we did! The crazy spicy undon with chicken, steak, and shrimp was SO good! We came here with family and we're glad we did! Such a cute small restaurant with great service and food! Everything we ordered was correct and the taste was really good! They have a big menu of items so there's something here for everyone. A family member of mine is vegan and she is able to eat here comfortably and that's a huge plus! They're so accommodating. Their dining room is open to sit and eat or you can order and take it to go. I'd you do decide to eat there, they have plenty of tables available and they have restrooms as well. It was an okay for me. The soup was a little bland and the chicken was very dry. Their spring rolls were soft and one thing I love is a good crunch in a spring roll. Can I recommend more lettuce perhaps? Or adding in cucumber or spearmint? I feel like the food could have been a little fresher. Everything about this restaurant is great! We recommend this place to anyone. Spice level is 1 to 10. We had five . We like spicy and five was pretty hot. Came with the family to try another local pho place! It was busy on a Monday morning which is a good sign. I got the #10 which has everything. Everything seemed like really good quality and all the veggies that came with it was super fresh! The lines were especially green and juicy. Yesteday was my second time enjoying the wonderful flavorful food form Pho KC. Yesterday I ordered a bbq pork bang mi sandwich. Usually I'm a sucker for those going over to Lee's. But I had two cranky kids and driving there was not happening. Phc KC is literally down the street from my house. So let me say the pho is amazing here the wontons are tasty the sweet and sour dipping sauce is great but but but the sandwich was over the top amazing and im going to say this... it's way better than Lees!!!! I'm heartbroken. Bc I have been a huge fan of lees and this place blew it out of the water. Everything just tasted so fresh and it wasn't just mainly bread. Pho KC puts tons of meat and veggies. We are visiting from Los Angeles and am very pleased with this PHO KC. It's better than most of the places in LA, shockingly. Pho KC has an excellent soup base and had zero MSG taste. The plate of herbs came with both cilantro AND Thai basil, which isn't common to see. Unfortunately the bean sprouts have seen better days as it was slightly grey in color, but not bad enough to take it down a star rating. The seafood pho was fresh and the shrimp was full-sized; the same ones used in their spring rolls, which was also fresh and accompanied by a homemade peanut sauce. I'm staying around this area for a month or so and wanted some pho and ended up here. I must say it was so delicious! I always get spring rolls with my pho. The spring rolls were so good. Tasted fresh and the grilled pork was full of flavor. I'm very picky about peanut sauce cause I make my own and it's amazing so I'm very critical and I haven't liked any Vietnamese restaurant peanut sauces until now. The peanut sauce was so good! I was surprised. The pho was delicious too. I always taste the broth before I add things to and it was delicious. Really good place for pho. I need to go back before I leave this area. What a gem to find in Glendale! We ate in the restaurant. It was clean and quite busy on a Sunday at dinner time. It seems they get a lot of takeout business and we can see why! The food was fresh, tasty and very authentic. As good as any pho I've had in other major cities. I'm very sensitive to food allergies, and I had no issues with the rare beef pho that I had here. The crispy chicken wings were delicious and my husband enjoyed the tofu pho. The server was very friendly, all while she was waiting the tables and distributing takeout. The place was fairly quiet considering it was a packed house with a couple of children there there too. I think the interior of the restaurant is treated so it's not very noisy. Best service! Best Pho and crispy noodles we have had. I hit a Pho craze and few years ago and I have tried at least 12 Pho restaurants. This place is the best hands down. The flavor of the Pho is so good I always order extra. The main hostess/ server is a woman ( I'm so sorry I forgot her name) she can remember every customer and their order even as weeks, months and years go by. For example, we moved up north and haven't been in in over a year and a half and she remembered us and knew what we wanted before we requested it. It makes you feel good when the staff remembers you. This place is legit! I can only speak from a vegetarian perspective, but anything vegetarian I've ordered is phenomenal. The tofu fried rice is the most delicate and flavorful fried rice I've ever had. The salt tofu (#55) is amazing. The bhan mi tofu (sans patè, unfortunately) is unbelievably good. Kim (the owner) is so friendly and has such an extraordinary memory...and works her butt off! Friday and Saturdays are always packed, so a to-go order is usually what I do. We've been ordering take-out from Pho KC for many years, and every time, our experience here is outstanding! Kim, the owner, always remembers us, and also remembers how we like our meals. We order the beef-brisket Pho often, the quality of the meat is excellent, her broth is rich & flavorful, and never too salty. All the vegetables are always super-fresh. Kim knows I like extra bean-sprouts, we mentioned that just one time, years ago, and with out asking ever again, Kim has remembered to add extra sprouts every time we order Pho. Often, when Kim's mom cooks up some special Vietnamese dish, she will call or text us so we can come by and pick some up. With inflation, Kim has done a great job of still serving good sized portions at a fair price (something other restaurants are failing at). She is always friendly, her Vietnamese menu options are authentic, and the food is always served hot and fresh, and with a smile! We will continue to eat at Pho-KC for a long time. read more

This place is one of the best Vietnamese restaraunt in Phoenix! The menu is extensive and creative while still offering all the traditional Vietnamese dishes. We had the coffee which was great, the spicy udon noodles, pho, and the crepe which were all sooo good! The staff is friendly and attentive even when it's packed. Wow, this place is good. Started off with the shrimp spring rolls and the over stuffed roll to the perfect dipping sauce that went with it was such a fresh starter. Split the shaken beef and the chicken pho. The shaken beef had to be the most tender beef I've had in months and with that fried egg and gochujang it was like the most elevated street food.
