Spring rolls are very good. Tried a few other items and the Pho and decent. I only had take out but the place has an old school atmosphere.

We came in for dinner tonight - everything was great. The restaurant was pretty busy but we were greeted and sat right away. We ordered bun Bo hue, kids pho, and a bun noodle salad - everything came out perfect, the food was delicious. The bun Bo hue was rich with substantial pieces of meat, and wonderfully spicy, the pho broth was flavorful, and the bun salad was so fresh and delicious. Their new location is large and modern with plenty of seating. The service was excellent. A great addition to the west 7th neighborhood, we will 100% return to try some of their other items!

This is their grand opening week. Nice loving space with bar style tables and stools as well as booths and low top tables. The restaurant was first walk in looks like it used to be a bar and grill restaurant. Nice decor. Friendly service and reasonably prices for their food. They don't have an official sign up yet so you could miss the restaurant as it's on the corner with a sharp turn. I had the spicy beef noodles soup. The broth at first taste was a little sweet with a few drops of fish sauce available on the table made it tasted better. I love the mixed of herbs and veggies. The beef was tender and not tough. Definitely will be back for done other dishes to try with friends and family. It's very cool that I got to add their Yelp business profile.

First off, what a beautiful space and located in a nice space with lots of parking. Also, friendly staff but the Pho fell short for me. This had to be one of the most bland broth I've had. The noodles were also tough and not blanched well. The best part avoid the meal was the chicken wings. This space has so much potential but lacks in what their specialty is -- PHO!

Very delicious soup, came here with my family and we got the build your own pho with squid and quail eggs, as well as the bo bun hue and the prices were reasonable, this is where Pajarito used to be located. I highly recommend this new restaurant!

However despite what people say I think it is too pricey for the food and service that you get. You go in and take a seat, eat your food, then walk up to the cash register on the left side of the restaurant when you're done. Oh and it's cash only, no check or credit card here. So I had the House Special #2 Pho whoch included beef steak, flank, tripe, and meatball for $13.95. I also ordered a side of egg rolls for $4. And the Bubble tea for about $4. I'm not sure why the price all of thar somehow became $26 which annoyed me that the fees weren't transparent. Pho: 9/10 Solid option and the broth was rich and flavorful, noodles were thin and tasted great. They gave lots of meat and honestly makes the trip here Egg Rolls: 8/10 Crispy and delicious, my obly gripe is that the sauce that I got was kinda mid. Must have just been old sauce because the flavor wasn't there. Bubble Tea: 7/10 More like dessert and a slushie texture so keep thar in mind. The taro is fine but not something I'd go out my way for. Now despite expecting hold in the wall prices, Pho Ca Dao is pricier than expected. I could compare to Lotus which I had a month ago for about the same price but they provided a far larger portion of sides including chicken wings compared to here, not to mention superior service. Overall if you're in the area I guess this works but note there are better Pho options.

Doctor it up with the bean sprouts, thai basil, jalapeno and lime that served on the side, and maybe an extra touch of hoisin and Sriracha. It's a steal for a quality pho. Service is as unassuming as the spot. Don't expect to be checked in on, water refills, etc. You'll eat happily in peace and pay cash as register on the way out.

I even asked one of the male workers about it, and he told me, "Oh, we're making it, there's a lot of drinks." I understood because the restaurant was packed, but I noticed people who came in way after me were receiving their drinks while I was still waiting on mine. I spent over $60 there and was really looking forward to my drink, so it was frustrating to basically be forgotten about. I understand being busy, but when you work in customer service, you still have to make sure customers aren't being overlooked. The food was good, but the customer service definitely took away from the experience. Hopefully this is something they can improve on.

Blaine was a bit far for me, so Im glad they are opening up new locations! Its been a few years, but I remembered that I loved their pho broth, and when I tried out their Special Pho, it did not disappoint! Its a bit pricey, but you also get a huge bowl. I can eat a good amount, but I was struggling to finish everything. Easily could split between two if you wanted. Service was quick. I arrived on a weekday evening and was seated fast and got my food quick as well.

The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, the curry was warm and comforting, and the pad thai had that perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory. You can tell they're making everything fresh. But the best part? The service. Lar and Sony, the two brothers who run the place, treated us like family from the second we walked in. They were so warm and genuinely happy we were there, that kind of hospitality is rare. The place itself is really cozy too, plants everywhere, dark wood tables, soft music in the background. Prices were fair and our food came out fast. This is exactly what downtown needed. Go try it before everyone else finds out, we'll definitely be back.

The restaurant was clean, quiet, and welcoming. I also appreciated the simple, thoughtfully curated menu. Instead of pages of choices, they focus on what they do best--noodles, curries, and appetizers--and it shows. I ordered the Pad See Ew at the "Shy" (Level 1) spice, and it was perfect for me. It was just the right amount of 'bite' for my taste buds. The spice levels are cleverly named, progressing to "First Step" "Brave," and "Native." The Thai tea was excellent--freshly steeped and clearly a labor of love. It took a little longer to prepare, but it was absolutely worth the wait. The mango sticky rice was to die for and the perfect way to end the meal. Combined with our friendly server and relaxed atmosphere, this was one of those unexpected finds that makes traveling so enjoyable. I'm so glad we decided to stroll in. Highly recommend! If I'm in the area again, I will definitely visit. As we say in Hawaii- Mahalo and a hui hou!
