I've reviewed Pho Haven before, but I had to come back with an update after trying something new and being just as impressed. This time, I stepped outside of my usual pho order and went for the stir fry noodles with rice noodles, and wow, it did not disappoint. The flavor was incredible, well-balanced, savory, and satisfying without feeling too heavy. It's always a good sign when a spot can execute multiple dishes well, not just their specialty, and Pho Haven definitely delivered. On top of that, the service was just as great as I remembered. Everything came out quickly, and the staff was genuinely kind and attentive, which always makes the experience even better. It's clear they take pride in both their food and their customer service. Safe to say, Pho Haven has officially earned a spot as one of my go-to places, no matter what I'm in the mood for. read more

Second time back (2/2026) and couldn't remember why I kept that one star off, but my family and I are in agreement that they might be catering to a more American crowd due to location. For example, I got bun bo hue for takeout and I noticed there were chili pepper flakes in the broth which isn't common. It made it 2 times spicier than regular BBH. I'll remember to ask no flakes next time. Chicken and rice plate had lots of good flavor. We placed a large order and they ensured we had all the right food and plenty of utensils. Happy AAPI month! I needed a good lunch spot for a meeting in the Lake Nona area, and my friend suggested Pho Haven. They have a wide variety of menu items in addition to pho, including bánh mì sandwiches, rice dishes, and bubble tea. The restaurant itself is very casual. You can either order at the counter to-go or dine in with table service. We decided to start with the coconut shrimp appetizer with sweet chili sauce which was very tasty. I appreciate when the shrimp are butterflied before they area battered and fried. I also ordered a fruit tea with passion fruit boba - yummy and refreshing on a hot day. For our mains, my friend got pho (one of the beef noodle soups) and I went with the # 38 Cơm Chiên Gà (Hoac Bò) fried rice with beef. I wasn't in a very soupy mood, so their rice dishes sounded great to me. We both really enjoyed our meals and even had some leftovers to take home. The space is bright, clean, and quiet. I recently had the opportunity to try out Pho Haven on my last trip to Lake Nona after hearing great things about it from friends.... So I came in with high expectations but left a bit underwhelmed. This spot is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Upon entering, I was sat almost immediately. The restaurant itself is a little smaller and quaint but still had a good amount of tables. My server was very nice and attentive throughout my visit. For food, I ordered the Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup). The broth was savory and flavorful but the dish itself didn't really stand out compared to others I had in the past. The price point was a bit on the higher end as well.. but I totally get it.... It makes sense for the location of the restaurant. Overall, I had just an ok experience at Pho Haven. This location is nearby my job so its located around Lake nona area by narcoossee. Food here is cheap & awesome! You get lots of meat for $16! I ordered boned in short rib and you get lots of tender meat! The pho had good broth. Lots of noodles and topped with onions and herbs. Request scissors to cut your meats. They serve smoothies here but not with boba. The other times I came here they did not have fresh coconut. Summer rolls are freshly made and you get 2 for the price. When I had vanpool staff eat here they liked the food. They sell dippin dots here in case you are craving ice cream. My go to pho for cheap instead of heading way out on colonial for pho! read more

This is my first time having fried rice at a pho shop and was kind of blown away. I associate fried rice with Chinese but the Vietnamese restaurants are equal. I'm shocked that I have not tried it previously but I enjoyed every bite. It was flavorful alone but still needed to add the chili garlic sauce. That just completed the taste. Unfortunately my BahnMi was lacking that Vietnamese flavor, had a sliver of pickled radish and veggies which I think makes it stand out from other subs/sandwiches. Sad to say I was not satisfied. Still give this place a chance as the grilled chicken was tasty and plentiful and as long as you don't have the craving for an authentic Asian sandwich. I heard the vegetarian pho was good, I would have ordered a pho but then they didn't have the option of egg noodles. It wasn't busy & service wasn't quick but it didn't take that long either. *UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT* This place just changed ownership a couple weeks ago and boy, does it bode well. Full disclosure, I never tried this place prior on account of the previous menu looking very lackluster and generic for the prices they were charging. But I'm happy to report that the new menu is extremely expanded and the flavors are on point--from what I'm reading from older reviews, a major improvement from before. This shouldn't be much of a surprise given that the new owners are also behind Vietnam Cuisine Quan Nho--a mainstay of the Colonial/Mills district. There are now expanded pho and appetizer offerings as well as com (rice dishes), bun (vermicelli noodle dishes), fried rice, and an impressive array of beverages -- when a place offers jackfruit and durian smoothies, you know it has to be legit. They even have che ba mau (3 color dessert)! On this particular night I tried the short rib pho and finished off with a che ba mau. I feel like my companion and I shared a look of surprise at our first tastes because, to be perfectly honest, we were not expecting it to be as good as it was. I must've been so excited about the dessert because I forgot to take a picture of it! A part of me regretted getting dishes so filling because it meant I didn't have room to try more things. Fish sauce chicken wings, beef papaya salad, shaken beef and bun bo hue caught my eye in particular. Pho Haven 2.0 might be the best Asian food to arrive in Lake Nona in the 3 years I've lived here and is miles better than a certain other Vietnamese place down Narcoossee. It might be a little more expensive than the places across town, but isn't everything in Lake Nona? Not to mention not having to drive 25+ minutes for decent Vietnamese food--I would say you can't put a price on that, but it's at least $3 in toll. Will definitely be coming back with a crowd to try more dishes. My only request is that more of the drinks are made the dairy free ingredients for us poor lactose-intolerants. New management since last month! And it's the same owners from Vietnam Crusine by mills and 50 which is my fav pho spot for years!!! The food is authentic and the pho broth was on point. We came with a group so we got a bunch of things. The owner is super nice. I had no hesitation in ordering because i know it will be good. I got to try their papaya salad with jerky and it was delicious. First time trying and I have to the say the jerky was a nice touch. I went for lunch with some friends because we were in the mood for warm soup, and this place did not disappoint. The broth was like a warm hug that filled my soul with the first sip. I got the vegan pho ($14) and the summer roll with tofu and peanut sauce ($3) and was full from that. The vegan ham in the pho was very salted and seemed cured, while the veggies were very bland and seemed frozen. The broth was very delicious though and brought all the ingredients together. Service was alright, there was a 15-20 minute wait for our food to arrive, with the pho taking longer, but the staff members apologized for the wait. They had also forgotten to bring utensils, so we had to go up and ask for them. My summer roll didn't roll out until the very end when we were done with the pho. The staff members were very communicative though and said they had just hired some new staff which would explain some of the imperfections. The outside of the restaurant is very simple, with hardly any signs on the windows, but once you enter, there are lots of tables and lights. Have always enjoyed dining in for pho here, especially on colder evenings. Service is quick and we never have to wait long for our meals. We usually get the veggie/tofu and the chicken pho which come with a decent amount of veggies and chicken, respectively, and always more noodles than I can finish myself. Their broth is on the lighter and milder side of flavors so I sometimes wish there was a slightly larger punch to it, but I always had the hoisin sauce and sriracha to spice things up to my liking! The banh mi was about 1/3 smaller than most. The roll was not very fresh. The sandwich was completely missing jalapeño and they put green bell pepper instead which completely threw the flavor off. The other vegetables were too soggy and didn't give that crunchy crisp flavor you love with typical banh mi. The daikon was almost completely missing. The meat was ok but definitely not too plentiful and needed more of a char on it. Overall I wouldn't order the banh mi from this establishment again. read more

I finally had an opportunity to visit this Vietnamese spot. I was hesitant because many of the local eateries have been sub-par (in taste, freshness or value). I am an Asian-food Foodie and have to give props where they're due. Pho Haven in Lake Nona tastes as good as the spots in NYC and Vegas. Sadly I will probably not be coming back again. First time when we dined the experience was ok, staff was friendly and food is average. It's like a fast food version of Vietnamese food. Quick and easy. The Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee is ok. Pho is ok, add some sauce and chili and it's fine! Under new management: My friend and I went after hearing they were under new management. We really love Quan Nho and wanted to support the broader menu and new management. Parking is reasonable to find since they share it with other businesses. News got out of their new management so we walked into a full establishment. Amazing to see! Luckily they have outdoor seating so we did that. The outdoor seating is really nice and probably quieter compared to inside - I would recommend it on a nice day. We both ordered Bun Bo Hue and I ordered a milk tea. The Bun Bo Hue was delicious! It could've been a bit more spicier - I'll have to ask for more sate next time. I've finally made it to this hidden gem! I can't tell you the amount of times I said I would stop and never did. I'm so mad I've missed out on all this flavorful food. Inside is nice and clean with a few tables. They also have a outside patio as well. My husband and I ordered so much food and left stuffed. We started with the summer rolls which were big as well as fresh and so flavorful. We also ordered their popcorn shrimp. You get a lot of shrimp which we were quite surprised. I ordered the fruit tea and my God is it good. I wish I ordered another one but, that would have been greedy! My husband got the pork fried rice and it was delicious according to him.
