Food: I've ordered their Tofu banh mi, Veggie pho with veggie broth, and fried rolls with veggies. I definitely enjoyed the fried rolls and the banh mi, those are staples for me. The pho was delicious regarding flavour, 10/10 but the noodles were pre-cut and I wasn't the biggest fan of that. Nonetheless, that wouldn't stop me from ordering it again!! This place is about 3 blocks from my apartment. I stopped in for their House special Pho - large today. It had all the right stuff neatly packaged for takeout in about 5 minutes. My wife and I filled 2 large pho bowls and had a very filling lunch. I spent 10.5 months in Vietnam during the war and have returned 3 time as a tourist. I have eaten pho from Hanoi to Can Tho and this was very good and very authentic. It did not disappoint. We will definitely be back to sample their other offerings. read more

Pho is ok, broth is better than some places I've been to around the area but not amazing. Kinda pricy for what you get. Got a small Dac Biet, $14 and an order of fried egg rolls (2) $8. I've been here a few times recently so it's past time to write a review. Overall, it's quite good. The last few times I've had take-out so I can't speak to the table service but the food is really good. On one visit, I got pho with tofu (wife's tummy was upset and wouldn't have handled animal protein) and boy, was it yummy! In pho, it's all about the broth and theirs couldn't be better! And the portion was generous, so we got a couple of meals out of it. Another favorite is their fresh rolls. Made to order and served with a hoisin sauce, I also feel virtuous eating my veggies this way. My most recent visit was for a banh mi. Again, made fresh, I chose the Combination: a baguette filled with a variety of cold cuts with pate, cilantro, jalapenos, pickled carrots & daikon radish. It was not the best I've ever had but still very good. If you like Vietnamese food, give it a try! read more

My sales team wanted to get pho for lunch so we decided to go to Pho Dinh. I ordered a banh mi & crab rangoons. The crab rangoons came out in a reasonable time frame, however, the issue came w/ the banh mi. After an hour of waiting my colleagues and I decided to ask the waitress the status of our food. She was confused when I told her I ordered a banh mi. After realizing that I ordered a banh mi, she apologized and said "We are out of banh mi's." I was dumbfounded because I don't understand why this was brought to my attention an hour later ONLY when I asked. Why was this not addressed when I ordered? What was worse is that she also failed to input the orders of 2 of my other colleague's who ordered pho. So 2 out of the 5 orders ended up coming out, while the other 3 waited an hour for food that was never recieved. Imagine how bad that is when you go out for a work lunch w/ your team. The customer service was terrible and the overall experience was unacceptable. read more

This review describes the rotten treatment I received from the owner of the Pho Dinh. My wife and I called in an order for pickup. I dropped her off at the door. Since it was a rainy day and the parking lot was empty, I circled around the lot, and stopped in the center, facing the restaurant door, foot still on the break, waiting to see my wife emerge with the to-go order. Instead, the really nasty owner came out and started waving her hands and shouting at me. I rolled down the window to find out what she was getting at. She began screeching about how I'm not parked in a spot, and started swearing that "...you ##### people think I'm bad because I'm an Asian driver and you can't even blah, blah, blah..." Keep in mind that I am on an EMPTY parking lot. Just then my wife came out with the food and I pulled forward to pick her up. The owner scowled as my wife got in the car and we drove away. This use to be my go to Pho spot nearby for years but I probably won't go back again. I feel their service and food quality has gone downhill the last two visits. Tables were dirty even though it was nearly empty. Had to move twice to find a somewhat clean table. The veggies served didn't seem like they were washed. I could still see dirt on them. Also check your receipt. I ordered a small pho and when I got home to scan my receipt, I noticed she charged me the large despite being served their small bowl. I really love this place! The food is always top quality from the pho to the vermicelli bowls and spring rolls. A must try is the crab Rangoons they were the best I've had in a long time. So-so Pho. Pho Dinh, is average priced. However, the food is bland/mediocre. The spring rolls were vermicelli with iceberg lettuce and bland meat. Where's the basil/other herbs? Perhaps some spice on the meat to add flavor? The Pho tasted like basic bullion. There was a salty flavor but no nuance. It's like they left out the spice packet that makes Pho such a great dish. The vermicelli dish, had a weird gas flavor to the meat. Go to Rose Pho in Normandy Park to the North or Pho Saigon Garden to the South. Life's too short to eat mediocre food. read more

So the food here is very tasty, but if you order to go you NEED to check to make sure your order is correct. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered something only to come home and realize they gave me something completely different. The chicken sandwich is very good. I love that they add jalapeños on it, it truly makes a difference in a sandwich.
