P3. Pho Chicken Soup (Pho Ga)
Tiffany L.

The broth in this pho is absolutely incredible--rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a delicate touch. I tried the pho ga, which is made with tender chicken, and it came with all the classic fixings like noodles, fresh mint, and crunchy bean sprouts. As a pho lover, this dish did not disappoint. Everything was so fresh and satisfying, I could easily eat it every day! It's comfort food at its best.

This is awesome for a chilly fall day. The broth is seasoned just right. Our food came out hot and quick. Our server was fast and knew a lot about the dishes on the menu. The place is clean and great for families. The prices are fair. Perfect spot for a weekday dinner out.

Now I get why they call It D'lite because that's what it was, DEEEEEEE-LIGHTFUL!!! Took my Son and daughter as first timers last week and we were MORE than satisfied! My son took his girlfriend a couple days later. Trust when I say my whole family and I are foodies at heart and will say when food or beverage isn't good or well seasoned! Good food ohhhh almost forgot the price was right! In my Arnold Terminator voice impression, "I'll be back!" :)

P1. Pho D'lite Soup (Tai, Nam Gau, Sach)

Best pho anywhere. I came all the way from California just to eat it. The broth is rich and flavorful, the meat is always tender, and the portions are generous. Worth every mile.

This place has really fallen off recently. Went in and ordered the crispy wings and it took over an hour to get them.

They still have great food. They fixed their past issues with poor service so this is a must visit place again!

We stopped at Coco Bay Kitchen & Tea House while heading home from Richmond. We were curious to see…read morewhat Waldorf had to offer when it came to Vietnamese food, and this little spot caught our attention. We ordered a mango peach smoothie with peach popping bubbles, garlic noodles, pineapple skewers, and a few other items. Our total came to just under $60. The atmosphere is casual, and I like that the restaurant is part of a small shopping area, giving it more of a neighborhood hangout feel. Unfortunately, the food was a mixed bag for us. The garlic noodles were disappointing. I've had some outstanding garlic noodles before--especially the ones we first discovered in California--and these just didn't come close in flavor. The pineapple skewers were better. They had a nice combination of pineapple and vegetables, although there was more vegetable than meat, with only a few pieces of meat on each skewer. I would order them again, but I wouldn't make a special trip to Waldorf specifically for them. We didn't try the pho or enough of the menu to give a complete review, so I'm definitely leaving room for the possibility that there are some hidden gems we missed. Overall, our experience was just okay--nothing bad enough to keep us from trying it again, but nothing that made us say, "We have to come back." If you've been to Coco Bay, I'd love to know what you recommend. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things!

I was really excited to try the brown sugar latte because I had an incredible Vietnamese coffee while visiting Tennessee. Unfortunately, this one was a letdown. It tasted mostly like milk and syrup, with very little coffee flavor, and it was overwhelmingly sweet. I was disappointed because I had such high expectations. I also noticed they have a "no refunds" policy posted, so I didn't bother taking it back. Even though the drink wasn't for me, I'd still be willing to return to try their pho, as I've heard good things about it. It just won't be anytime soon.

The menu has some vegetarian selections, and I opted for a unique dish of tofu with pineapple and some savory sauce. I was not convinced this combination would work, but the sauce was excellent and the pineapple stood out without clashing. They offered me a house hot sauce and it was powerful stuff. A Thai tea came with rice-based creamer; most of these use dairy and occasionally coconut, but I think rice was appropriate and was filling without being heavy. And they claim to source their tea from Vietnam and the tea flavor came through strongly. I was surprised that they didn't have more rolls on the menu, and there aren't a ton of places like this in Annapolis, but the fresh and intriguing flavors are clearly a draw.

Both came with lots of protein, but the broth wasn't it. Also, the bun bo hue came with skinny noodles instead of thick noodles. It also doesn't have pork knuckle, and the pork blood isn't good quality either. The pho meat came with fatty pieces and a salty broth. When entering, you're free to sit wherever you'd like. The server interacts with you when you order, and serves you the bill mid-meal making you feel dismissed. Overall, it wasn't a huge disappointment, but I don't see myself coming back.

I figured the fried rice and salt and pepper wings would be a good place to start...figured I had worked hard that week and topped it off with a fresh squeezed lemonade.... I arrived in 20 min and my food was there ready to be picked up...unfortunately I also ordered and extra drink...a half and half (blame it on my quick fingers I guess)....I drove home but decided to try the half and half in the car...few sips and I looked to see what happened.......straight fire, no self control lol....expensive but well worth it...very refreshing...I hate to type it...but I believe they have chic fil a beat.. Wings were decent a solid 7.8 out of 10....but it was the beef fried rice that impressed me....it actually tasted fresh...I might have found my new local go-to....I believe they specialize in Vietnamese food but I'll have to explore the menu a little more to give you the ins and outs...when it comes to quick and efficient but fresh...I'm willing to certainly try them again....

Let me tell you, it was anything but good. We walked in with 6 people and were just pointed in a direction to grab a table. Instead of the side with tables big enough for six, we had to go where the small tables were and pull them together ourself. Then the host/server came with menus and silverware for five. We asked for one more and he said we have enough, which obviously we didn't. Since we just sat down we didn't know what we want yet so he left and didn't come back. We had to finally go find him after 10 minutes waiting. We finally ordered and didn't see him again until food was brought out. Once it came out and he asked if we needed anything, he left again while we ate and never returned to see if we need refills. Lot of us sat with empty glasses while eating until long after we finished. When food came out, all the pho bowls were luke warm. Considering how long it took it should have been hot. Only one plate of pho fixings were brought and we had to ask for more for the others. Once we tried the pho it was just barely average tasting. Better than waldorf location but still not great. The curry really surprised me. The curry sauce was poured on top and not mixed so it didn't look like much. After mixing it it seemed adequate but I would have liked a little more especially since the curry tasted good. There was a good amount of meat as well. The chicken salad was OK, but the chicken was burnt on the edges and was dry. Definitely disappointing in this. Couldn't return it since waiter disappeared til everyone was long done. Over all an extremely disappointing experience. Will suck it up amd make the drive to VA next time, even if it means waiting til next day.

At the table, we shared the crispy spring rolls, fried dumplings and chicken wings as apps. We all enjoyed these, especially the chicken wings. Everyone enjoyed their drinks too - the lychee li, the mango margarita, the botanical, the sticky mango, the old fashioned, the baccarat. We all enjoyed them. For the food we had the thai basil beef fried rice, general tso shrimp, panang curry, singapore noodles, house style wok tossed soft noodles, seafood xo, and the wonton soup. Most of us tried each other's food because of the healthy servings and most of us enjoyed what we ate. Our waitress Minzhi was awesome - friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The restaurant manager Q was nice and attentive as well. They even gave one of our party members a mango sticky rice dessert (which was just okay - would've been much better if the mango was riper and sweeter) and sang happy birthday to her. Overall, we had a lovely time. Ginger is pricey so be mindful of that before you go but if you're celebrating a special occasion/milestone, it will be a nice change of pace.

This is a great restaurant to try for the vibes and ambiance of dining in MGM but being so close to a hot spot of asian dining, there is plenty of better options within the area.
