This is the best pho place I have ever visited- and we just moved here from the Bay Area, a pho Mecca. We were seated quickly and all the staff were so helpful and really friendly. I got vegetarian pho and spring rolls, and my boyfriend got pad Thai and a taro bubble tea. We knew it would be good, but not THAT good!! The pho was filled with herbs and fresh vegetables, and the medium size was huge. I couldn't stop drinking the broth. The pad Thai was savory and full of sautéed vegetables and tons of shrimp. I have eaten a lot of pad Thai, and this was hands down the best one I've ever had. The sauce was perfect. Spring rolls tasted very fresh with peanut sauce on the side, and the bubble tea was sweet but incredibly flavorful. Food came out so quickly and service was fantastic. What can I say. The most important consideration when entering a restaurant is the service. Until the food comes, that is all there is to critique...aside from the atmosphere. When the food comes the top concerns are shared with service and quality of food. Pho Cafe is absolutely charming. The staff is "as good as it gets" friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. The quality of food is top shelf. I have been in every aspect of the restaurant business from design to cooking to ownership and even building and remodeling! Pho has done a fantastic job with everything and they continue to serve great food with the best attitude. Incredible wonton soup and shrimp spring rolls, egg drop soup is really good. Wasn't hungry enough for pho but it looked authentic.

I've come back again for boba and sandwiches. This time I ordered one of each kind of Vietnamese sandwich - pork, beef and chicken. Pork is my favorite, the others are about the same level. I was disappointed in the boba this time (it was undercooked), but it's inexpensive enough where I'll still try it a few more times. Decent pho. I had veggie broth with tofu and vegetables and it was very good. Husband had rare steak and enjoyed his as well. Service wasn't the best, but they were very busy so can't complain. This Pho is decent, maybe not the best I've ever had but it is pretty good most of the time. When you get take-out they are generous with the portions and include lots of basil and greens. My neighborhood place for pho. Love it. the staff is always smiling and friendly and the food is great. I usually always get the pho but have recently started branching out. The currys are great too! Also try the bahn mi sandwich which is called vietnamese sandwich under the appetizers. It was amazing, but then they switched up the bread. But still the best pork bahn mi I have found in Colorado. 3.5 stars for me with the extra for the space and staff. I stopped by and was pleasantly surprised they had bahn mi sandwiches. I tried both the bahn mi with grilled pork as well as the spring rolls with added grilled pork. So I'll start and say that both were good. Why only 3.5 if they were both good was because for the spring roll, the grilled pork wasn't hot and I thought the peanut sauce was just ok. For the bahn mi, this had an overall good flavor and will definitely have again, when compared with my favorite from a place with sweet old ladies in Austin, TX, the things that could be better to make it a great sandwich was I like a true baguette better than the bread they used. Adds some crunch. Also the daichon - pickeled carrots, etc didn't balance the pork as well as I would have liked. Overall a good sandwich that I'll gladly have again, just not one I crave like the one mentioned earlier from the sweet old ladies in the back of the Asian market in Austin. read more

I have been to almost every pho place in Colorado. The thing that makes this one the best is that not only is their pho top notch but everything else is too. Unlike most pho places they serve a vast variety of Asian food and its all great. I have gone there at least once a week from the day their doors opened. Oh and its very affordable! read more

We were seated when we arrived. We started our meal with the cheese and crab wontons. They were very yummy and were loaded with cheese and crab. I had the sesame chicken with fried rice. I requested it to be served with light sauce ( since most restaurants serve sesame chicken with too much sauce). It was very good - dough was light and there was lots of breast chicken. My granddaughter had a bowl of chicken Pho. She said it was the best Pho she has had and she has tried many Pho dishes over the past couple of years. All in all I will definitely be putting the Pho Cafe on my list of must return to soon. read more

The food isn't bad, but the service is absolutely terrible!! I've never been somewhere that basically ignored you. I was with my daughter and my friend, and when I asked if there was a kids menu I just got a strange look. She didn't understand what I was asking for and just brought me another menu. We sat down and waited for nearly 30 minutes before the server even asked if we had been helped. I ordered green tea ice cream and never got it until we got up to pay. If I ever eat here again, I'm ordering it to be delivered. I will never eat in again. read more

Food has always been good. I am a big fan of Pho soups and they do a great job.

The food and service are consistently great. There are many people attending to you and the service is quick even when the place is packed. The broth of the Pho is excellent, so don't be so quick to doctor it up before tasting it. I can only handle the small size personally but feel free to go with a medium if your really hungry. I went here about 5 years ago. I recently moved back to colorado and could not wait to return. To my disappointment the food was terrible. I ordered chicken basil and what they did was use the sweet sour pork sauce as a mix with the chicken, bell pepper, onion and bokcho. Really bad and so sorry since it use to be my fav pho place. Food here is always really good and comes out quick as long as it's not too crowded. I had a tough experience here today that could truly happen anywhere but it makes me question if I will return. I was in for lunch just after 11am. I placed my order and headed for the bathroom. It was occupied so I waited. The person who was in there was a cook or other kitchen staff for Pho Cafe. I walked in and the urinal was still flushing and the sink was bone dry. As I said great food so hopefully this review will encourage a discussion about hygiene with the kitchen staff at Pho Cafe. read more

Been going to Pho Cafe for about 2 years now and it's the same friendly people working there. I do appreciate there isn't any turnover and they say hello because they know you. I enjoy the Pho selections and I think their tendon and the vietnamese egg rolls are the best around. I've been to about 20 vietnamese restaurants around Colorado and this place if my favorite. This is my favorite place to eat. The soup is delicious. A medium bowl is more than i can eat but i do it anyways. Combination noodle bowl is packed with beef, chicken, pork, shrimp, and a whole Vietnamese egg roll. Veggies are fresh and noodles are cooked perfect. Vietnamese egg rolls are massive and super flavorful. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable. They also have all kinds of other stuff that i have never tried because i can't make myself not order the two above mentioned items. This place is packed by 11:30-12:00 for lunch so go early. read more
