FINALLY a pho restaurant in west boca! I don't have to drive to east boca and run around for parking just to get some pho! This place just open recently. The owner and staff are very sweet and friendly. You walk in and it's very clean and decorated nicely. It is next to stallone's pizza in boca so parking can be hard to get at times. I ordered my beef pho because To go and they had it ready within minutes of getting off the phone. The pho tasted the same as basillic Vietnamese grill and they do serve shrimp chips if you eat in. The prices are not bad at all! They have boba and milk tea and some alcohol. Definitely would go back to eat here to serve my pho needs! Everyone come in and eat! read more

What a welcome addition to West Boca! They had only been open for two days when we went. The pho was excellent! Lots of choices for ingredients and cooked perfectly. The staff was helpful and the service great. It was pretty empty, but the word is not out yet about their opening. The pho was excellent. The noodles were plentiful and delicious. Huge bowl. But that is to be expected. I had the sliced beef pho, which was delicious. Free rice, fresh rice chips on the table. So good we got seconds! I will be sure be back to try other varieties. Updated: I've been back 4 or 5 times since the 1st review and the food has gotten progressively worse each time. Im not sure what's changed, maybe a new cook? Whatever it is, I hope they fix it. The last time I came in the pho was horrible. Tasted like beef broth straight out of the box. The meat was chewy and flavorless and the veggies had mushy rotten spots in them. Sadly, I will not be returning. I'd give it 4.5 stars. Pho isn't the best I've had, but it was really good. The place is super clean, which is a huge plus because a couple other local pho places I've been too were pretty questionable. My girl friend and I both had a bowl of pho for lunch and she got one to go, the bill was only $17. I'm not sure if it was a mistake or actually that cheap. Food was fresh, portions were big and service was fast. The only reason I say 4.5 is because they didn't offer tendon and tripe like the other places. Will definitely go back. =) read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN! Called and placed an order specifically asked for STEAMED Tofu for my Pho and Spring Rolls. Unfortunately I have food allergies and couldn't risk getting sick because of the cross contamination of their fryer. I've been to this location plenty of times and ALWAYS order my food the SAME WAY. Picked up my food expecting it to be as ordered and drove 20 minutes back home. My Wife and I ate the Pho and when we started eating the Spring Rolls we noticed that they had fried Tofu. We immediately called the restaurant, explained the situation, and they told me to "come in next time for free spring rolls" which makes no sense because I already paid for them. The employee put the female owner on the phone and she told me that they couldn't do a partial refund to my CC and only a full one and that I had to drive the 20 minutes back to get the cash. I told her that wasn't an option and she became very defensive talking over me and stating that her employee who took the order was right and I was wrong. She also told me that I was looking for a free meal which I found extremely insulting. If proper care and attention would have been exercised I would have been back again and again as their food is good. But due to their inability to accept responsibility or THEIR MISTAKE and their subpar customer service, they've FOREVER LOST A CUSTOMER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We went here for Saturday lunch based on the yelp reviews. The food and service were excellent. The restaurant is very clean and there's a good range of food on the menu. Meat was old and dry like the texture of leather. Summer roll sauce was foul. Probably two whole shrimp in both rolls combined. I threw the food in the garbage. Called the restaurant and spoke to the owner. She claimed that they didn't know what order it was and could care less whether you were satisfied or not. Completely discounted any responsibility she had. They should change their name from Pho Boca to Faux Boca. In case you don't know what faux means think of it as imitation food or worse than hospital food. Definitely the best pho in boca! Nice clean place with an open kitchen. That's a plus to me with all the recent sushi/thai/pho spots that have been getting health & cockroach violations. Think their cleaniness standards will stay a step above other restaurants where the patrons can't see what's going on. Only slight downfall is I think they need to round out the complexity of the pho broth a little more. I've been spoiled by eating a lot of pho in So Cal which has to be the best place in America to get pho. They are also a little skimpy on the basil and culantro but im sure you could ask for more. Don't let those slight critics stop you from going. The place is good! Last things worth mentioning: the owners are super nice, and they have the best "to go" set up for pho I've ever had. We ordered some to go the other day and aside from needing to heat up the broth a little at home, it was like eating it fresh at the restaurant! I've been living in Boca Raton for 15 years and I never review restaurants online. Pho Boca is the one exception I'll make. Go for the grilled chicken or beef and stay for the broth. Unlike most Asian restaurants, the broth is in its own league; a hearty and exceptionally beefy taste serves as an outstanding compliment to the warm feeling you'll get inside after your first bite of the flavorful meat. Beyond the food, the service was outstanding but not overbearing. I never had to ask for a single refill for my drink and saw my bowl of soup within 5 minutes of ordering it. The waitstaff were attentive, committed, and proud of their obvious successes. Go to Pho Boca. Just do it. I swear you won't regret it one bit. read more

The lemonade I ordered tasted so weird I had to return it. But the pho was good I can't take that away from them. (made me laugh pretty hard at what they were saying) BUT! I got Bun Bo Hue, its one of my favorite noodle dishes and theirs is done right. The broth is perfect. My aunt is vietnamese and she used to make it for me so its comfort food. This was awesome. Cant wait to try a Bahn Mi from them. Edit: only wish I have for my bun bo hue is a piece of blood cake. Had been wanting to try this place since they opened. I went for lunch on a Monday with my son. Bun Dak Biet was my choice...I pointed to a photo on the menu and asked what it was. It's shown in a bowl and appears to be meat and veggies on top of rice, with noodles on the side of the plate. I GOT a dish in a bowl; pork, shrimp and an egg roll on top of cold rice noodles, with some pickled carrot and cucumber on the other side. I didn't use the sauce, as I can't do hot and spicy. The pork was a bit chewed but full of flavor. The "egg roll" was actually a springroll, and flavor was good, My son had Pho, and said it was wonderful. He tried the very hot sauce on the table (garlic chili), and then added hoisin to tone it down once he heated it up Service was good..there was a light crowd for lunchtime. Just like the 2 stars represent: Meh, I've had better. Wanted to give this place a try because of the great reviews. Two in our group had the grilled pork chops, all we tasted was soy sauce and dark soy sauce marinade. It's ok that it didn't have lemongrass mix, not all of them do, but at the very least it didn't have the classic sweet bbq taste traditional in Vietnamese grilled pork chops. My son had the shaking beef, it was so so, not sure how to describe it, but again there was a strong soy sauce taste to it. It was also missing the pepper and lime dip that's supposed to come with it. I don't know, I'll give this place another chance by trying their pho. Their menu specifically states that they do no offer tripe or tendon to make it healthier, but they really should leave it as an option for customers who want them. Either way, I'll try the broth and see how it goes. But if it turns out bad, I'm ok not returning here. There are other places around my area that so far are much better choices. read more

I went here for the first time during my lunch break at school. The staff here was very kind and the pho was the best I've had anywhere in town, and I've been to a couple of them. Although the space is small, don't let that fool fool you. Came here for lunch with my husband. Veggie summer rolls were okay. Sauce that came with, was delicious. My husband had the pad Thai - he said it was very good. A few extra veggies would be great.
