The restaurant was spacious and decorated nicely and the music was modern, played at a decent volume. The young gentleman that served us gave great service! He was super polite and even filled our water cups without us asking. Food: I wish I took a picture of the food, but we were hungry and devoured everything before even thought about it! Dishes: Combination Pho-broth was on point and the noodles/meat were perfectly cooked. Bun Bo Hue-wife is normally picky, but she lived this dish. Said noodles were well cooked amd flavor was as it should be for this dish. Banh Mi-the pork belly was cut into small cubes which made the dish better than usual. Pho-rench dip sandwich-must've been good because my son killed it without saying a word. What can I say? Great food, great service, clean spot. Give it a try and you'll be happy!

She already knows what my daughter and I like, is always so sweet, and we've never had an issue with our food when she's there. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I came with my friends, and she wasn't working. Instead, Felix helped us. We found a hair in our food, and when I told him about it, he just said, "Hold on," and walked away. He never came back to check on us or offer to make it right until I had to ask someone else from the back to remove the item from the table and our bill. Later, I tried to ask Felix for boxes and bags, but he walked away before I could even finish asking. His attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which was really disappointing, especially since I'm a regular customer. I still enjoy coming here because my experiences have almost always been great, but I hope management addresses the customer service on days when their usual staff isn't there.

We brought my brother who has Celiac because previous reviews said it was gluten free. Be aware!!! The pho noodles are gluten free but the pho bone broth is NOT. He had to get it with veggie broth. Please note that the veggie broth does NOT come seasoned. We had to ask for salt on the side to season it ourselves. I'm not sure if they forgot to season it before bringing it to us, esp because the staff knew fish sauce was gluten free. It was honestly very disappointing. There was also a staff member who seemed new at the job that kept saying incorrect things without asking someone that knew more. He first told us that there was no gluten free menu option, which was later corrected by another more knowledgeable server. Make sure to ask someone who looks like they know what they're doing!

Brisket was ok and it had lots of fat... APPETIZER: 9/10 Spring rolls were good but, the peanut sauce was on the bland and slimy side. The egg rolls were ok. The filling of the egg rolls were mushy. The fried shrimp rolls were probably the best out of the others... There was a guy always standing by the restroom... There were no plates given when the food came out so we had to flag them down for that... They don't have desserts... NOT BAD BONE & BROTH!!!!! AMBIANCE: 8/10 Spacious and semi modern decor...
