Outstanding! Over the years I have enjoyed their Pho, broken rice dishes, and numerous noodle salad bowls via takeout. All made and packed with care. Delish all around. Five stars!

During our visit from Chicago, we wanted to enjoy a meal at a Vietnamese restaurant and stumbled upon Pho 99, which was conveniently located nearby. Wow! It was amazing. As soon as we walked in, we knew we had found the right spot--the delicious aroma of the food, the sight of dishes on the tables, and seeing Vietnamese people dining and chatting all added to the experience. We have a favorite bun bo hue spot back in Chicago, but Pho 99 is even better. It surpasses Quang by a long shot! We enjoyed various dishes, including bun thit nướng, spring rolls, fried chicken, bun bo hue, and beef chow fun. We will definitely return when we are in town again.

The inside is tiny but don't let that deter you. Service was really quick. Love their home made garlic chili oil, has a really good kick so add slowly. The broth was nice and beefy. We code to add beef ton which was an extra $5 or $6. I could probably pass on that next time. Order the bbq pork fried rice. So bomb! Will definitely be going back to try other menu items

After returning and new owner. This place has improved and taste a lot better. The pho is really good here. All of their vermicelli noodle dish are really good. The eggroll is small, but it does have a good taste to it. The pho is a hit here and if you ask for the onion oil and added that to your pho, it is a must! The chef special here is really good, but i would say it is a lot of rice with a chicken leg. The thai tea here is really good too. Definitely always come back to their pho! The ambiance is always loud and many people enjoy this place. My boyfriend and I go to place for a good bowl of pho!

My favorite item at pho 99 hands down is salt and pepper tofu! Pho, spring rolls, and beef chow fun are also good! The staff are very attentive. I can eat here on a weekly basis!

I've been here twice and have had great experiences both times! Pho 99 has definitely become my favorite pho place:) I usually order the veggie pho and add tofu (it comes crispy + fried!). The beef broth is very umami, with a clean and savory taste; you don't even need hoisin sauce or sriracha tbh. The portion size is generous, so you could honestly split a medium between two people (or bring back leftovers). The cream cheese wontons are also good, and they have garlic in them which adds to the taste. The chicken bahn mi is super fresh, and it doesn't have the 'gamey' taste even though it's dark meat. My mom also loved their beef fried rice--which was seasoned perfectly and not too greasy, and she's super picky with fried rice lol. My other friends also really liked their vietnamese iced coffee and thai tea. Overall, I highly recommend visiting if you're craving pho/viet food since their portions are generous and the prices are also affordable for the tasty food. Staff are also very accommodating and funny, so definitely support their family-owned local business! You can also head over to Sweet Percent next door for dessert:)

Pho 99 is located in Brooklyn Park's "land of pho" area. Why, theres a handful of pho in this area that is fire. That being said, Pho 99 has really good Vietnamese food. You can't go wrong with the usual Pho or Bun Bo Hue, it's gaurenteed good. Since all the pho spots in this area is gaurenteed good, what makes Pho 99 special? Their wing sauce. They have their own unique buffalo sauce that comes with their wings. It's like a mix of buffalo and sweet & sour sauce. It hits you with a kick of flavor of buffalo, then hits you with the sweet and salty, and ends off in the buffalo flavors again. This is fire!!! Their wings are good wings, but that sauce tho. Definitely a must get when you're here. The service was nice. Nothing much to mention, I was served well. But again, that buffalo sauce thooo.

Pho 99 I went to the Dragon Star Asian market at lunch in Brooklyn Park, and happen to see this Pho 99 restaurant in the same shopping mall. Decided to give it a try without looking it up online. As we walked in it was an unassuming place but it was very busy with the locals. Kind of cozy. We ordered spring rolls with char grilled pork and I ordered P1. Pho Dac Biet, which had everything in, it large size. I love Pho and could eat it every day. Mine was very delicious. I'm new to the area and thus far this is the best I have had. Service was prompt, no fuss. Spring rolls were also awesome. It's not too far from the office so I will be coming here.

We ordered several items and it is important to note that the food comes out as it is ready, which means food may not come out as you would normally expect. For example my main dish came out first, about ten minutes later my partner's food came out, then the appetizer arrived. This was not a problem for us, but others may be annoyed. We ordered #5 Banh Khot as an appetizer. This came out last, after the rest of our food. I would probably not order it again as it was a bit greasy and did not have as strong of a flavor as I would like. Very edible, just not what I had hoped. For my meal I ordered #15 Com Tam Heo Nuong, Bi, Cha and a lychee lemonade. The lychee lemonade was very good and had a lychee in the bottom of the glass. There is a sort of egg bake thing that came with the meal that was good, but not my favorite. The main meat and rest of the dish was so good, very flavourful. There was also a paler meat which was also good, kind of sour, but not my favorite part of the meal. It was a lot of food. I took home leftovers and ate an additional three meals. My partner had #20 Pho Dav Biet. This was amazing and very flavourful with lots of meat. If you don't like cilantro you should order it without as there is definitely some cilantro in the dish. Will definitely order this again. He also had a Thai Tea which he said was very good. The service was fast and very friendly. Our server was very informative and willing to help us decide what to have. Ambiance is light and pleasant. The restaurant is clean, but worn. We saw a lot of takeout orders go through while we were there and a steady stream of people coming to eat in. Several tables were full when we arrived, by the time we left it was nearly full. They have a fish sauce that appears to be house made(?). It is fantastic! The server said I should put a couple tablespoons on my dish, but it was so good we put it on everything! The restaurant is in a mini mall, so there was plenty of parking. I would say the parking lot is not very handicapped friendly as there was no ramp in front of the restaurant, nor close enough for me to notice. The restaurant itself is pretty handicapped friendly. All in all a very pleasant experience. We will be back.

Order: Mini egg rolls with pork and shrimp. Delicious fried perfection. Great way to start the meal. Crunchy savory egg roll with the sweet, salty funky dipping sauce. Pho with well done brisket. I don't like the lean beef versions because the meat can leave some impurity in your broth as it cooks. The brisket is tender and flavorful. The regular size is a good enough portion to get you full. Broth is perfect. Such a satisfying bite.

We asked for tea when we arrived, we ended up having to ask again after the food was brought out. We had to ask for silverware, which was not provided at the table. The waitress didn't come check on us to see how the food was or refill beverages. The only time she came to the table was to take the order, deliver food and drop off the bill. As for the food, they have a broad menu with many options. I ordered the cashew chicken. Lots of veggies and some chicken, it was ok. Overall was disappointed by the service and food was just ok.

They serve some Thai, some Vietnamese, and some Chinese. I prefer a place that can pick a lane rather than try to accommodate 2+ types of cuisines. The place has about 15 or so tables. Both times I came for lunch and they have a $13.95 lunch special with choice of white or fried rice and then fried wontons or egg roll. Overall, flavor profile is sweet. They also use a lot of fish sauce. I ordered the spicy chicken Thai stir fry and egg roll. Egg roll is crispy and a little on the thinner side. The stir fry was ok. My friend ordered the lunch special chicken curry which she said that she liked. This place was busy with office groups out for lunch and a few other diners. This place wouldn't be a top choice for lunch but it's decent.

I used to love the the potatoes in the beef & potatoes, the meaty eggrolls w/ the fish sauce (I miss these so much as I don't eat beef/pork anymore), oyster wings, the best wontons as well as chicken friend rice. My mom loved the egg fu young. I love that over the years the menu has pretty much stayed the same. I've gotten to see a few generations run the place and things have stayed pretty true to what I always remembered growing up. My go to order now that my diet has shifted is wontons & chicken fried rice - add med. spice and no chicken. I know chicken fried rice with no chicken sounds crazy but I don't like the veggies in the veggie rice and I really love the flavor of the chicken fried rice without the chicken. Reheating the rice at times the chicken tends to get a bit rubbery after being reheated so many times and I just don't like it but the flavor is very solid without still. They have some of the best wontons I've ever had. Slight garlic flavor to balance the sweetness of the cream cheese. if I could I would eat an eggroll.. I miss them so much! I mostly order takeout these days but have also dined in a bunch and the staff are very attentive and nice.

The sauce they serve with them, HEAVEN SENT (I could drink it, it's that good). Upgrade to the medium size Egg Roll sauce, for sure! Their Cream Cheese Wontons are also huge & so incredibly crunchy. The sweet & sour sauce served with them is DIVINE. We also Love their Pork Fried Rice, Beef Lo Mein and Sweet & Sour Chicken or Pork. If you get anything here for sure, hands down the Egg Rolls are #1 Pick! The restaurant is decorated very cute inside & we love to eat in for lunch or dinner but we mostly order our food to go. They do have lunch specials which is nice. Did I already mention that you should come here and order the Egg Rolls, 100% :)
