    Shrimp mi soup
    Laura T.

Came here for a meal and the place was empty. Small restaurant so service was fast. Cash only which is understandable for being a Vietnamese place. Prices were quite high and portions were quite small. Nothing too special about my mi. There were only 2 options, no dac biet option.

Bún thịt nướng cha giờ (grilled pork, egg roll, vermicelli noodle bowl with side of fish sauce)
    Victoria T.

Came here for a quick bite. Got the grilled pork and egg roll vermicelli bowl. I felt the portions were extremely small. Was about $25 for two entrees. The other entree was the egg noodle soup with shrimp and small portions as well. Small restaurant. Service was quick. Cash only.

Pho with rare and cooked brisket.

I had pho # 6, with rare and cooked brisket. It was very savory and fulfilling. Staff was quick in taking order and I didn't wait too long for the food to be brought out . Music wasn't too loud, there were quite a few people dining in by the time I got there around 12:10 PM.

Chicken and rice with added pork chop #38 on the menu. BOMB!

The food is amazing. The service is excellent and fast. I come here regularly for the egg rolls (AMAZING). My favorite dish besides the egg rolls is the raw beef pho. The broth is so flavorful and delicious. My husband doesn't eat pho, so he orders the chicken and rice dish (#38) and added a pork chop. He's such a picky eater and loves this dish. Definitely a very mom and pop restaurant small and cozy. Definitely my to go spot with the family.

Pho tai and egg rolls with dipping sauce

Always love coming here! Love the delicious food as I always get my pho tai and egg rolls. The service is always great as it's family owned and love seeing the owners every time I come in. The ambiance is great and feels cozy while eating. Always a great spot to enjoy either eating there or to go.

Not bad! We came here for dinner after shopping at the 99 Ranch and we decided to try this out of convenience. Small place, only one guy running the whole show, but service was quick and food was surprisingly delicious! I enjoyed my bun and the charbroiled pork was good quality and had good flavor. The portions are definitely on the smaller side and price per bowl is $10+. Their fish sauce has good flavor as well. CASH ONLY.

Saw this place around 99 ranch market. Like the eggrolls and pho soup here. The place is not that busy.

We ordered the pho combination that was recommended by our server and it was really good. The rib was more tender then I anticipated. It literally fell right off the bone and was moist and juicy. All the other meats were pretty good. It felt like the portion could of been a bit more especially with the tendons. Overall: great service, yummy pho, the only place in this huge plaza that had a long wait (because it's really good), def coming back again if we're in the area.

Connor, the front host, was accommodating and direct about the waitlist times for seating and I appreciate his promptness on calling incoming guests on the Yelp List per their busy lunch rush. Jake, our server was quick to take our orders and ensured she'd love the food as a first timer here. I ordered the Lychee Black Tea to start and she ordered the Coco Sugarcane, both were sweet and refreshing--perfect for summer weather. Aiming for a light lunch, both of us ordered our set of spring rolls, which consisted of the Grilled Pork and Shrimp, and then the Rib Eye Rolls. The grilled spring rolls were tasty, savory with the complimentary sauce added a wholeness to meals. The Rib Eye rolls on the other hand had a savory complexity to it as the dipping sauce was sour and acidic, but it went well with the ribeye meat's sweetness. (I recommend going easy when dipping the ribeye roll into its accompanying sauce. My friend is definitely going to be coming here for lunch breaks.

Over all those years, they have never disappointed me and continue to serve really good food. I usually get the beef brisket pho and it's really good. The noodles are just the right texture, the broth is clean and flavorful, and the meat tastes fresh and tender. Their dui bo is also very good, but usually runs out after 1:00 or 2:00 pm, since they only have a limited amount of this item every day. The meat is fall off the bone tender and has a more fatty flavor to it. It usually sits in some broth that absorbs that beefy and fatty flavor from the bone. A great addition to any bowl of pho. Alternatively, I sometimes also get the bun thit nuong and it's very good. The eggrolls it comes with is wrapped with rice paper, so when it's fried up, it has such a satisfying crunch and texture to it. The thit nuong is has a nice smokey, grilled flavor to it. The shrimps are okay as well. This is a very satisfying and filling dish, so if you're looking for a high volume dish, this may be the one to get. Expect long lines during peak hours. I can confirm though that the wait is worth it! Service is always very good. The ambiance on the inside is fine, very plain and unassuming in my opinion. It's really the pho that shines through at this restaurant. Parking can be a little tricky during peak hours.

Put your name on the list hanging outside the door and they will call you when ready! We were sat almost immediately though. Inside is a large scale mom and pop shop that is FILLED with people and workers. We ordered a medium and large #23 pho and 2 waters, we got everything not even 5 minutes later. When I tell you this is the BEST broth I've ever had, it blew me away. I'm not one to usually order extra noodles but for this place I would order as many noodles until I ran out of broth, it is that good. Noodles were on the soggier side, I'm not picky about noodles but if you are then this is something to consider. Portions were huge for the price, very happy with that. CASH ONLY. I didn't see an ATM there but I'm sure they had one. Will always recommend and they have a new customer for whenever I'm in OC.

If you're adventurous with food or you are vegetarian/vegan, there are plenty of choices depending on what you're craving. From soups to rice dishes, vegan and raw entrées you won't find anywhere else. Most of the "meat" textures are pleasant and close to the real thing. A few of my current favorites: * Chicken Lemongrass has been my go-to and one of the cooked dishes I'll recommend for anyone who still eats meat. Comes with salad and black rice. * Wonton Soup has a clean, yet flavorful mushroom broth without being heavy. The wonton is tender with soy protein and mushrooms inside. * Humanese (Living Soup) is creamy and smooth with a pleasant flavor. * Yellow Noodles were a delicious bowl of light yet savory mushroom broth, fresh ingredients, a mix of vegan proteins, and thin noodles. * BBQ "Pork" Roll is a light starter with a tasty peanut sauce. * Salt & Peppered "Shrimp" - I enjoyed this, and the texture is close to an actual shrimp * The Paella is a pleasant and tasty surprise, with big slices of avocado and a blend of fresh, clean ingredients. * Bun No.35 is a refreshing, hearty dish that fills you up without feeling heavy. Pour the vegan fish sauce over the ingredients and mix well! * Curried Rice has a cool presentation, and the live food and fresh ingredients are delicious and filling. A few of my friends also enjoyed this dish. * Green Papaya Salad is a nice shareable classic dish with fresh ingredients, and the spice level is mild to medium. Elixirs, juices, teas, and smoothies can satisfy your taste buds and your body. Vegan desserts are also worth a try. Recently, they added vegan cakes! I'm looking forward to returning and trying more dishes!
