So I Went here on the suggestion of the barista at Starbucks in the same parking lot. I just spent 25 bucks with tip and ate the eggroll and about four bites of the pho soup. The noodles were pre-portioned and cold. They would not pull a part and we're stuck together like glue. The broth was greasy and cold in the place is pretty filthy. I wanted to use some of the chili on the table but when I saw the spoon inside of the vessel I about walked out right then and I probably should have. I hate leaving a bad review but hopefully I've saved somebody the agony of this nasty restaurant. There's so many good pho joints in Denver this place is a 1 out of 10. Let me start by saying that this used to be my favorite place to grab a steaming bowl of pho.......Until....One night when my family and I decided to go out for a bowl of pho. So I had been craving pho for a few weeks and decided to go a few weeks ago..... This time there were 4 of us. *the happenings* to my dismay.... - took 25 mins to put my order in.....Pho is supposed to be pretty quick. - had to inquire about the sprite, coke,boba and Vietnamese ice coffee that we ordered. I waited 15-20mins before I asked about it. - order of Vietnamese eggs finally came out after 20mins or more. No sauce, no plates, no utensils, no saucers. - pho came out after 30mins Luke warm......... so disappointed. Pho should be piping hot. What happened to this place. I don't expect top notch service but shoot I also don't want to wait 30mins for a bowl of Luke warm pho. That said I will not be returning and I will have to find another place. As I was driving away with take-out from a nearby restaurant, I noticed Pho 75 in the corner of the strip mall on the southeast side of Parker Road and Quincy. I knew there had been a Pho restaurant here before, but I had never been to it. I saw the "Grand Opening" banner hanging above the entrance, and made a mental note to check this place out. I am very glad that I came back a couple days later to give them a try. I ordered my standard Pho (Rare Steak, usually a #2) with a side of meatball. Since I wanted to check out my other favorite items, I also ordered the Vietnamese spring roll (with shrimp). The spring rolls came out quickly, and they were quite large. Indeed, this would have been an appetizer better suited to two people. The lettuce was nice and crisp. The rice noodles inside were in the proper ratio. And the shrimp was artfully visible through the wrapper. The peanut sauce was flavorful, and had the slowly building medium heat that I enjoy. So far, so good. I was by myself and I had only ordered a small, so I was a bit surprised at the large plate of Pho veggies they brought out. These veggies were cold, crisp, fresh, and abundant. Along with the expected bean sprouts, thai basil, lime wedges, and jalapeno slices, they also provided ngo gai (aka culantro, Mexican coriander, or long coriander). I was glad to see this, as many of the Pho places I have been to in the suburbs do not bother including this particular green. Or else they substitute cilantro, which is just not quite the same. When my small bowl of Pho arrived, I gave it the once over. The amount of rare steak was appropriate (neither stingy, nor generous). There were more green onions floating in the bowl than I normally see, but that was fine with me. The broth was very good, and nicely flavorful. For those who enjoy Pho, the broth really makes or breaks the whole shebang. Everything came together well. My side of meatball was a reasonable serving, and tasted just fine. My only very minor complaint would be that the noodle to broth ratio was off a bit. There were actually too many noodles in the bowl (I know, what a thing to whine about). This made for a very hearty serving for a small, but I was wishing for more of the tasty broth. Service was good, and the servers were friendly. This is now my neighborhood Pho place, and I know I will be back again. read more

I used to be a customer of Pho Nam (previous restaurant in this space) so I came back. Pretty similar menu, but just a few items more limited. I love their combo rice noodle bowl #16 and my husband enjoys the rice combonation plate #15. It is great to have a place close to home I can get my noodle bowl craving from (since my absolute favorite place Saigon Bowl with a huge menu is on the way other side of town - HUGE menu). I need to really try Pho someday but can't get past the rice noodle bowl....LOL! They were very attentive here (almost too much). Everything is tasty and veggies are fresh. read more

I come to this pho place a few times already. I wouldn't say that it's the best I've had but it satisfies my craving pretty well. I've the bun bo hue and it's average. Their pho is definitely better than a lot of places though. I usually go to the one off of havana (pho 95 I think), but now that I found a pho place that's close to my house and it is good, I do not need to go so far! We ordered their shrimp and beef salad, it was $9.95 and it is not worth it. If you've had the traditional Vietnamese shrimp salads then you would understand. It was bland and there were not a lot of ingredients mixed in.... and what I thought weird was that they added lettuce in so it looks fuller on the plate. Really on the fence right now because the food is great but COVID-19 prices are not cool. I understand raising prices on meals but charging a "to go" price on each entree is a bit much and then a tip too. You weren't charging to pick up my food before so now we're using covid to charge more and more. A tip is for service provided but technically when I pick up my meal, no one is providing a service except the cook. And at minimum it should be stated when ordering that you have instituted new charges. It's becoming harder to support local business when practices are getting out of control. read more

You should pho sure check out this spot for lunch! I tried the cheese wontons, pho tai chin and salted soda lemonade. Everything was great and came in a timely manner (even when I came right at their opening minute)! Cheese wontons isn't normally something I'd ever order at a pho restaurant but I was surprised by how much I enjoyed them! The interior looks like most other pho shops and isn't anything special/dac biet. There is plenty of parking in the lot. Outside of pho, they have dishes like broken rice plates. I liked that their vegetable plate (that comes with the pho) included a bunch of culantro (ngo gai; the spiky long fragrant vegetable). The prices were great. read more

Pho broth is flavorful, fried rice is good, eggrolls are yummy and made from real rice paper (bothers me when restaurants try to pass off things in Lumpia wrappers as Vietnamese eggrolls -- big taste difference!) Crab cheese wontons here are the BEST! Huge, stuffed to the brim with filling, and baked til they're nice and golden brown on top... you can tell they're homemade vs the frozen things you get everywhere else! Staff is efficient and friendly. Parking lot can be kind of treacherous in the winter as I swear the entire thing turns to a sheet of ice, but that's not their fault. Our go-to place for a Vietnamese fix... when we don't feel like driving all the way across town to Federal! We introduce this place to all our friends, and every one ends up changing their go-to place to here! Only other downside (again, not their fault!) is the crappy neighbor of the Cajun place. Sometimes blasting their loud music so the bass is thumping through the walls, sometimes smoking out the entire shopping plaza with their grill... annoying!!! read more

I decided to try this place out since it is close to home and has pretty good reviews. I ordered the beef Pho and fried egg sandwich. These were the only 2 things I ate all day. In the afternoon, I got very sick and threw up everything. I was a little iffy about the 'beef' to begin with. It was not like any beef I had seen before, and it turned a weird shade of light grey after being in the soup. Even my mother made a comment about the texture. I could have eaten dog meat for all I know. Although the broth was very good and ingredients were fresh, I believe the meat was something weird, and my stomach cannot handle whatever it was. Awesome east side option for anyone living in Southern Aurora, Centennial, or Parker. Peanut sauce with the Summer/Spring Rolls is super tasty and not too thick to texture. Egg Rolls sometimes don't come with enough lettuce, but are awesome. They package Take Out really well and eat-in is also not a disappointment. Need to try a few non-soup entrees. We ordered the fresh Spring rolls and they were small and the sauce was not great. I got the Vermicelli noodle bowl with pork, shrimp and spring rolls. There were 2 shrimp that had been cut in half, so there was technically 1 shrimp. The pork was a very generous serving but WAY over cooked, gristly and tough. Inedible. The crispy fried spring roll was mushy. The pickles were the only good thing. My friend's rare steak and flank pho dish was also disappointing. The steak was still so cold it was icy. Pho 75 is pretty good! They have bun bo hue not listed on the menu and I was craving it so much so I decided to give it a shot since it's pretty rare to find bun bo hue in Aurora. The bun bo hue came with cabbage, shredded banana blossom, and Vietnamese coriander - all traditional toppings for bun bo hue. The dish also has a pork hock, some cha lua (a type of Vietnamese sausage), and cubed blood. The broth wasn't as flavorful as I was expecting, but with chili oil and some lime, that can be taken care of. My boyfriend had their pho and liked the broth, but later found it to be chock-full of MSG which was a bit off-putting. BUT THEIR CRAB CHEESE WONTONS. Seriously the BEST. They are absolutely packed to the brim and have so much imitation crab meat in them! Most restaurants will give you about an 80:20 ratio of cream cheese to crab meat, but here it's definitely heavier on the crab meat side. The sauce that comes with it is just ok, but the wontons themselves are so delicious. I'll definitely come back for the crab cheese wontons, and maybe the bun bo hue. read more

Came here today with my girlfriend and we didn't a pleasant experience. She found hair in her food not once not twice but three times. Once In The spring rolls and twice in her pho after we had complained we found hair in the first bowl AND in the replacement bowl.
