Love this place, absolutely delicious food! The dumplings are slightly spicy, but ever so slightly, just the perfect amount. The side sauce is also very nice. I really should come here more often. read more

Near UB is a small plaza with a bunch of places to eat. One is Pho 54. Walking in you are greated immediately and seated in comfortable seating. We were in a booth. They are spacious. I think you can place orders on a screen by the table, but am not sure. We placed ours with the waiter. Pad Thai was the choice for both. Their small lunch size is super generous. It was really good. I'd certainly go back. There were other things I'd like to try on the menu as well. I'm guessing they do a great business from UB. We were there over the holidays so it wasn't too busy for an early lunch. Easy parking. read more

The fried rice was very flavorful and the calamari appetizer as well. The pad Thai with shrimp was also very good and the Vietnamese iced coffee went well with the entire meal. I would come back. The prices were a little steep otherwise I have no other criticisms read more

This place has not disappointed yet. Easy Covid takeout procedure. We ordered pot stickers, chicken pad thai and wonton soup. I really like the pot stickers here. Just enough crisp on the pan fry. Super friendly service both on the phone and in person. read more

My fiancé and I were looking for something quick to eat and settled on this place. Came on a Friday night and we were seated immediately. I got the pad see ew while he got the large pho. My pad see ew was pretty good! The soy sauce flavor was good, and it wasn't overly salty. The noodles were thicker than what I was normally used to, but that didn't cover me. My fiancé said his pho was really good too. Prices were a tad high for what I am used to, but at least the portions were big enough for me to take half of it home. read more

The beef pho was delicious and has 4 size options. It comes standard with beef slices, meatballs, tendon, and tripe but you can request any of those to not be in it, I skipped on the tripe and tendon. They bring sprouts, limes, and basil on the side. We had four people and they initially only brought one plate but they brought a second on request. Service was great. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were waited on in a timely fashion including multiple stops at our table throughout our time there to make sure everything was good. read more

This restaurant has become my favorite when I come to Buffalo for work. I've tried the Pho, Green Curry, the Tom Yum Goong (soup), Bahn Mi, seaweed salad, and Sushi. I am always skeptical when a restaurant serves a variety of cuisines like Vietnamese, Thai, and Japanese. I suspect they will be much better at one than the others. But I can say I've enjoyed them all. I struggle to decide between items on this extensive menu, so it's the perfect place to go with friends who share! The prices are reasonable, and I've never been disappointed with the quality, taste, or service. read more

Food was very good, fresh, and well seasoned. Nice place. Quantities were ample. The speed was good.

I went here today with my dad for lunch. This pho is perfect for a cold and rainy day!! I had the vegetable pho and the broth was extremely flavorful. The bits of tofu were delicious. We also got the fried tofu for appetizers and it was phenomenal!!! I highly recommend going to this place for pho in buffalo! read more

The food was overall okay. I ordered the vermicelli with pork and spring roll. The vermicelli was a bit watery (either they didn't drain the veg or noodles very well) and it came with fried pieces of spam instead of some form of sautéed/grilled pork like I'm used to. The issue I have is the price, for a normal sized bowl of vermicelli with spam and 2 spring rolls it cost $16, at the price I'd hope for some real meat and some greater diversity it fresh vegetables. read more

I ordered from them on skip the dishes at lunch. The food arrived right during the delivery window I requested. The food was still warm. I feel like cold food is a risk with skip the dishes. The portion size was good. I ordered the curry udon. The udon noodles where thick and delicious (bring on the carbs!). The curry provided a good level of heat but not too much. I was pleased with the variety of menu options. My friend ordered spicy crab roll, she said was very good. I look forward to eating there again! read more

I am very disappointed with this restaurant and how rude they were. I will never give them my business again. When my husband picked up the food, they never gave him an itemized receipt, just the receipt with the total amount. When he came home, he said the bill seemed off. I looked back on their site, and we ordered one Dragon roll ($14), which the avocado was brown, 1 large Pho Ga ($15), and 1 chicken Pad Prid Khing ($13). I called to say that there was a mistake the person on the other end didn't care. When I told him the prices their site indicated, he told me I must have got the prices from the wrong site. The problem with that was I used their direct website, not the menu feature on google. Plus, I dialed the phone number directly from Google, to place the oder, I indicated a pic to illustrate what I mean. Furthermore, when I placed the order for the Pad Prid Khing, I ordered it as D2 with chicken. After explaining that it was impossible that I got my pricing from the wrong site, he hung up on me. read more

I had a Vietnamese vermicilli bowl and it was really good. I think if you ask for the sauce in the side it would be a good idea because you can control how sweet your dish is going to end up. I also got a Vietnamese pork pancake appetizer and it was really good. I didn't know what it was but i got it because I was curious and I'm glad I did. It also comes with a sweet sauce on the side which was tasty. Originally we had wanted the bahn mi appetizer but the waitress informed us that they had no more so I'm guessing it might be good? I'd probably go to try it next time. The service was good. They were friendly and out waitress who I also think was a co-owner taught us how to say the Vietnamese dishes which was cool. We did wait quite a while before our order finally came out and I think the chef knew because he came out and apologized for the wait. The prices are kind of high but not crazy (?) Up to your interpretation. Maybe it's because I'm a "broke college student" read more

I went there couple time and I was never disappointed but after few week I go back ! I was bit disappointed because the salad( Larb Lao) that I used to get is not taste the same no more ! And it was salty and the ground rice is big too! But other than that my favorite is the beef spicy pho ! It very understandable for the staff there only one person working and you might have to wait for couple minutes for your order to come ! But the pho is good ! read more

I ordered Bahn Mi and Pho. The roll for the Bahn Mi was great... the filling however was horrible... either the pate or the pork was old and nasty tasting-possibly spoiled...very little pickled vegetable. I couldn't eat it. The pho was bland-I ordered the spicy one. The oxtail was not edible-too tough. bean sprouts were slimy and brownish, brown seeds in jalapeño, no basil, tiny piece of lime. Noodles were way overcooked. Broth was boring and had a hint about of fish taste. Will NEVER try again. read more

Pho 54 makes the best Banh Xeo in Buffalo. I crave it all year long. And mercy, I am not a vegetarian but I am in a family full of them and I took a bite of my mom's vegetarian pho. It was all I could do not to steal my mom's pho! So good!! read more

Placed a to go order today. Was ready on time and well packed. Calamari was fresh and crispy with a nice sauce on the side. Pho was well packed for bringing in and combining in a big bowl so all tastes and vegetables were still crisp making for a delicious meal. Would order again. read more

excellent pho soup and service for a great price you had many choices and the restaurant was clean

The restaurant was clean and nice looking once you walk in. We didn't have to wait and we got to pick our seat. We were the only ones in the restaurant. They really didn't have people coming to dine in but they had a lot of people coming in to pick up orders. The waitress brought us one glass each of water when we sat down. After that they didn't ask if we wanted other drinks and they never once came around for refills. We ordered yellow curry, sizzling duck, two different types of fried rice, and the fried banana for dessert. My daughter ordered the yellow curry spicy and it wasn't spicy at all. Next time she'll have to ask for Asian spicy to see if that makes a difference (that's what they title the hottest heat level for their food). We also ordered the dessert to come at the same time as the dinner and they forgot. We had to go to the counter after fifteen minutes of them serving the good to ask if it was coming. If you plan to eat here make sure you have extra time as it takes a while for the food to come out. They also didn't check in on us once to see if we needed anything, to see if we were happy with the food, etc. Lastly, we ordered the fried banana. We never said we wanted it with coconut and it came covered in it. If you don't like coconut.... Which my daughter didn't....you'll understand why it was super disappointing to get this and she couldn't finish it. read more

I have to give this place a 5 star! The service is so great. I recently picked up food and when I got home I realized a side ride was missing. I called and without hesitation they drove 2 sides over to me. The food was also very good. We got the Pho Ba and Pho Ga (my friend prefers the chicken bone broth and other pho spots rarely offer it but this one did)!! Great pho .. slightly on the sweeter side. We also got the pad see Ew and that was great too!! Very delicious and very nice people!! read more

This restaurant seems a little bit off the beaten path but it's definitely worth visiting. Large menu with lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options. My friend had the chicken satay and some sushi and he loved both. The satay sauce was amazing. I had the vegan entrée and it was tofu with steamed vegetables and a brown garlic sauce and it was extra yummy. Service was a little slow but since I haven't been to a restaurant in a while it was very nice not to feel rushed. Place is very clean. I will be back. read more

Ordered on the Pho 54 website, order was confirmed for delivery, then suddenly cancelled. The cook wouldn't give my food to the driver. When I called he argued with me about the delivery company, so I had to go pick up my "delivery" order. It was an hour past the time I had placed my order. Incredibly rude and the food was just ok. There are so many other options in the area that are better. Skip this place. read more

This place has potential and certainly delivers to the niche of college kids. The restaurant itself is beautiful - multicolored bright colored paint on each wall. Our waitress knew very little about the menu and recommended Pad See Ew. Way too salty. Way too much sauce. It was not our favorite. The tofu and veggie spring roll though was delish! The dipping sauce was just right and the pickled radish and carrots on the side were scrumptious. I'd like to try their curries, but I haven't found anywhere yet that beats Saigon Bangkok. read more

I found that this place has the best Rare Beef Pho, and Bahn Mih in this area. Service is good and prices are fair.

I ordered tofu summer rolls and they gave me shrimp and I started eating it and noticed it was shrimp and am allergic. got very sick in the restaurant and the waitress could care less. I used to come here once a week and will not be returning. Very disappointed. read more

Our food was fabulous! I'm a bit fussy, okay, very fussy, when it comes to Asian cuisine. I want fresh, clean food with lots of flavor -not greasy, salty or doused with sugar. Pho 54 has gone beyond my expectations on the two recent times we've been here. The flavors in all our dishes popped in a good way. We could taste the ingredients, ginger, Thai spices, peanuts, fresh herbs added to calamari Pad Thai, coconut shrimp, Saigon fried rice and curry. We especially love that we could chose brown or white rice. Neither was the tasteless, commonly used white and white - brown rice commonly found in other Asian restaurants with some exceptions. We also found lots of vegetables in all our dishes, not just fillers of onions and peppers. This place is busy on weekends and holidays, so be prepared to wait. It will be well worth your patience! Sip some Thai iced tea to pass the time!. read more

So I went here today and the food was really good. I passed by the place quite often while going to china taste and since I wanted to do a sit down restaurant i decided to take a chance here. This place is not good.. please save your money. There is better pho in buffalo then here. Not to mention the seating is small, cracked booths and freezing cold air blowing out of the ceiling vents.
