My brother treated the four of us for diner, three brothers and my grandson. We had the CHA GIO- spring rolls AND CANH GA CHIEN NUROC MAM- chicken wings for our for appetizer and for the main course we all had the same dish which were PHO HAI SAN- seafood noodle soup combined with shrimp, imitation, crab meat, squid and chicken broth. Everything was delicious and at the right temperature. The ambiance is casual and the aesthetics were bright and beautiful. The service was good here and I like that the manager came around to chat. My brothers come here frequently to dine here so they are familiar with the manager and staff. The pho reminded me of the yelp event at Fresh Takes on Pho and the awesome new friends I made there. Remembering Victor H. giving me a lesson on how to navigate the noodles. This was my grandson's first time eating pho do I was able to show him how to navigate the noodles. He did okay but practice is needed but we had a good time.

It's new and clean but something about the atmosphere is giving unfinished. I came strictly for the Pho, people swore it was amongst the best or the best in Savannah that they've tried. I'll go ahead and agree that the pho was great and the beef bone broth I could drink it everyday faithfully. The pork fried dumplings had a great flavor but hardly any filling. The summer roll was decent but it was slimmer than most restaurants. The grilled pork chop is a hard NO for both of us. There was a sweet flavor that didn't mix well with the burnt grill flavor. Our server was kind, but just young and it probably was her first job.

05/ 2025 Searched for food near me and this place popped up. This was only my 2nd time having Pho. I ordered the seafood Pho without squid so it was just shrimp and imitation crab meat. The flavors were really good and they bring you out a plate of brussel sprouts, fresh jalapeños, lemons, and some other leaves. I would not order the seafood Pho again with shrimp because the shrimp has the shell on. For me that changed the experience. I request the two side paste to kick the heat up just a little. Chili paste and something else. I also had the spring rolls. Really like that it's cold in there to enjoy it even when it's hot outside.

Very friendly staff! Clean restaurant with lots of seating. Pho was very filling and came out fast. Pho was great (8/10), points deducted because the meat had too much fat. Came with a group of 6 and we all thought that the meat had too much fatty pieces but tasted great!

I haven't even tried my food yet and this place more than deserves 5 stars. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ricky with such a welcoming smile I felt like I walked into a friend house. My sister just had surgery and he heard me on the phone with them, put a rush on my food so I could get her asap. While I waited I was offered a water and a place to sit with a table while my order was being made. The inside is so clean and inviting. It looks as if they're going to have an outdoor sitting area but it didn't appear to be set up when I came. My food is to-go and I'm sure I'll be adding to this with pictures of our food and a review on that. So far, I absolutely recommend this place even if it's just for the environment. So my sister and I came back because I forgot her spring rolls and I'm over the moon happy with how our experience went! We ended up dining in and since another person heard me ask my sister if she wanted to just sit here and eat before heading home, they showed us a table, brought out dishes for our food that was in Togo containers and Derrick took great care of us. I happened to stumble upon this place and now I'm going to definitely be making special trips out here just for this AMAZING food. I cannot wait to take my kids and nieces here soon!!!

The soup and rice noodles is really delicious

Coming from living in Atlanta for 27 years, I was so excited to hear that Savannah had a new pho place. My experience was rather mixed although I do think that they will work out the glitches since they are new for starters. It was freezing in there so please bring a jacket. It was really hot outside but it felt like 62° in the restaurant, The service was slow but they did get busy so I'm giving them that. The server brought me out two appetizers but I only ordered one so I decided to splurge and got two appetizers because I was hungry. It was actually pretty delicious. I got the fresh spring rolls and then the Vietnamese fried spring rolls I loved how much veggie slices were in the fish dipping sauce. The chicken bowl was hefty serving like the usual Vietnamese restaurants with noodles, lettuce carrots and white taro. The chicken was a little grizzly but I liked the grilled flavour. I was hoping for a little bit more lemon grass but it still tasted pretty good. I ate everything and left full and satiated.

Bun Bo hue

The broth is always so flavorful! Normally I get the combination pho, but I got bun bo hue this time.

Outstanding Pho! Much needed in Savannah's culinary scene! Service from Ricky was extremely friendly and efficient. The Pho was piping hot and with well balanced and nuanced flavors. Very reasonable price points across the board.

We tried their PHO and PAD THAI dishes --- both excellent --- as were the Shrimp Spring Rolls. The offerings via the menu present a more diverse and broader range of foods --- more South East Asian overall. What we find odd is the ratings attributed to the former Saigon Bistro are attributed to this new restaurant. This is confusing. The good news is we find the offerings here, in our limited experience, to be excellent. Highly recommended.

I find it nice and comforting when it is clear that many other patrons to a small restaurant are obviously regulars. There wouldn't be regulars if a place wasn't good! That said, my meal was mostly kind of meh. I got the Vietnamese crepe, which is more like an omelet, and I think I just ordered something that didn't hit my palate right. My guy was happy with his meal (pho), but I found mine a little bland and wanting. I am sure other things would have been better, I just chose the wrong thing to order. Service was pretty good and I can see this as being a solid, every day lunch spot for folks in the area.

The takeout was neatly packaged and deconstructed (I just got the pho tai), and you put it together at home. It was quite good! Fast forward when pandemic started to let up and the tables were out and you could eat in. Wow, well the eat-in experience was just way more enjoyable. But I really just enjoyed ordering food at sitting for a change. The workers are super nice and accommodating. It gets busy here at times! And no surprise... as the only pho business in town! Now is it the best pho I've ever had? No, but it is quite good and I'm not going to be picky! They have the basics plus some. Wish they had the coconut juice and smoothies, but I rather have the good food. We come here almost weekly, if not more! Warning however, don't expect big city cheaper prices. This is the only pho in town and they charge in line with it. What we order for 2 adults and a kid is *almost* twice what we'd pay even in CT. But it's good enough to warrant it. If there's ever another decent pho place that comes to Bluffton however, it might be beneficial competition for diners. A big draw... their pork dumplings are AMAZING!! My daughter and husband loves them so much, they insist on their own appetizer each. They are so well crisped all around and just so tasty. Definitely recommend! Also, I always end get their regular beef pho (pho tai) and we get my daughter the chicken on broken rice. (Oddly it's not actually on the menu, but they have it). It's like sliced up thin chicken in a delicious seasoning that's sweet but also a tiny bit of a kick. My daughter hates spicy but still eats this! It comes with a sweet sauce (one similar to the kind that you pour on a bun (noodle) salad dish), and my daughter likes to dip the chicken slices in it. I keep thinking I'd branch out to try other dishes, so maybe I will eventually! If you are hungry for pho, or some other great dishes, definitely come here!

They were crunchy, tasty, and flavorful. The pho was delicious as well, the broth was more on the sweet side compared to other ones I've tried in the area but still very tasty. Now, I want to talk about the homemade hot sauce. That was enough to make me want to go back again. It is delicious! I love it a lot more than the standard chili flakes they offer at these places. My friend has vegan dietary preferences and I have Keto dietary preferences so we usually need a little menu customization. The menu has all types of noodle and rice dishes, but we both were in the mood for Pho. The owner waited on our table and accommodate both of us - my friend's Pho was veggie broth based, and I got the Beef Pho (minus the noodles, extra veggies). This is the best Pho broth!!! Absolutely delicious. My friend's veggie broth was excellent, too! There's hoisin and Siracha on the tables, plus my favorite hot chili paste. The pho comes with the side plate of Culantro (big leaf), Thai Basil, sliced jalapeno, lime wedge and fresh bean sprouts. I ordered the Large size Pho and took half of it home, while my friend ordered the Small. I have pictures of both the small / large sizes, but you can't tell the size difference - the Large is REALLY large - a big tall bowl. The service was excellent - nice cool water refills. Everything was great start to finish and the owner is very proud of her restaurant and making sure that customers enjoy their dishes. HIGHLY recommended!

Unfortunately, my experience last night left a bad taste in my mouth. We were seated in the lower dining room. Everything was going well with good service and delicious drinks... and then I spotted a cockroach crawling under our table. Of course, we are in the south & I am willing to overlook the odd roach here and there. However, when a second one emerged from the hallway, my confidence that this was just a one-off incident tanked. By the time our food arrived, our focus had been diverted to be on roach alert. Unfortunately, the food also missed the mark--overly salty and bland at the same time. None of this aligns with The Public I know and love, so I am really hoping this was just an off night. Might be taking a break from this place for a while.
