I have visited this place once before and had a good experience. I ordered take out. I like that the broth is provided separated when ordering takeout. When I got home I placed part of the order in a separate bowl and poured the broth over the veggies and noodles. I like to allow my veggies to sit in the broth for a few minutes to soften them. I want to start off by saying I understand restaurants are short staffed and the staff are over worked. We arrived around 7:30-7:35pm. We waited at the door for about 10 minutes before someone walked over that direction since they were bringing a to go order to another patron. We were sat at a table around 7:50 and sat with our menus and no help. One server was delivering an appetizer and brought them to our table and was confirming it was us and we said "no but we also haven't been helped" and he walked off and gave the food to the correct table, but didn't return to help or get our server. He returned to bring the table next to us their food and I said "excuse me sir.. we haven't been helped at all" He replied "we are out of noodles for the pho" Not really asking for our drink request or even what we would like just said that. Very off putting. Yes, I was there for Pho so without the noodles it wouldn't be the same so we chose to leave and was respectful doing so. We left the restaurant at 8:32pm to be exact because I glanced at my phone while walking out and said "wow it took over 30 to even speak to someone while we we were sat" Honestly, ridiculous. The food is pretty good and the service is about average most of the time. They are relatively slow in bringing your drinks to you though and it gets rather annoying and you can be half way through a meal before you get them. Despite this shortcoming (depending on the server) I would still give them a solid 4 stars. read more

Bowl of Pho was big but this one had bad smelling meat in it. Wasn't even finish 1/3 of X-large bowl and threw it away. Ask for bill and paid 18.01 for the pho and only gave a 15% tip. Owner came out cause waitress saw my bowl was filled and me spitting in the napkin from the terrible meat. Owner didn't really care if meat was bad just looked at the bowl and walked back in the kitchen. Service is ok and don't eat pho So I paid at total of 20.71 just to get sick. Listen I am not a person that likes to give businesses a bad review as I am a business owner as well but I'm writing this as a warning to anyone that considers eating here. I ate the food at this restaurant: Beef Pho #p12 and a shrimp & chicken fried rice while the food looked good there was a slight strange smell to the rice. I asked the waiter if the rice had pork in it because I don't eat pork and he said no. I believe he lied to me and against my senses I ate it anyway smh! Now I'm literally writing this review from the toilet. I have had the worse food poisoning I have ever had in my life. Chills, constantly on the toilet and vomiting. My stomach has not been stable for two days now since I've eaten here. I should have known better than to try a new place during covid times but I saw they had an A in health score and decided to give it a try. Please do yourself a favor and don't eat at this place. We first saw it while driving by and it looked very chic, and fancy but when we went in, our standard was lowered to standard. The customer service was middle ground and the food didn't quite taste authentic. The appetizers came out after the main dishes were out which is a red flag. Really strange experience, people. I'll start with the good. The pho was 5 stars. And the prices were very fair. Mine was jam-packed with veggies and beef and noodles. The soup base was really flavorful and light. Here's where the weirdness began. I ordered a wintermelon tea and it tasted like garlic somehow. I was able to send it back without hassle. I was a bit weirded out so I did not want another tea, but they did offer. This was disappointing, because I had looked forward to that tea. But the weirdest part was the fact that the server did not tell us the veggie pho broth is NOT vegetarian. My friend ordered a veggie pho, and as we were paying, another server came up to warn us that the veggie pho broth is not actually vegetarian. She had finished her food before we were told it wasn't vegetarian. I truly think this needs to be marked on the menu or something. We also got the com bo Luc Lac, and it was luc lac....you guys I put ketchup on it; that is how bad it was (I am a big protester of ketchup usage too). Not sriracha, Ketchup you guys! Everything was amazing! The broth was on point! Not that watered down crap. And our server Kevin tracked me down across the parking lot to give me my sunglasses I had left on the table AND he gave me and my friend free bubble tea. Amazing experience! This was my first Pho experience although I didn't eat Pho! I tried a little of my friends and I'd be adventurous to try it again. I had the shrimp fried rice along with the veggie spring rolls and it didn't disappoint. It was really good! The service here was really good and they were great working with us and answering a lot of us newbies to the pho experience questions! The rice was really good and I enjoyed the way they prepared the shrimp! The prices are really reasonable and they have something on the menu for everyone. The service has been great the two times I've been there. The food is good, even with catering to the community, the Pho is solid. I normally come here very regularly for pho. However today I ordered and got the wrong bowl of pho. Which is fine with me I was still going to pay and eat it. I get as far as seasoning my pho and take ONE BITE and someone comes over and takes the bowl from me mid bite saying it's the wrong order. I told him it's fine I already noticed the Mix up but I was still going to eat it. He continues to walk away with my pho that I had already eaten and told him I wanted. This is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. It specializes in Vietnamese soups, beef, chicken and shrimp. Highly recommended, their soups are delicious. Plus if you would like you can customize your soup. Their sandwiches are delicious too. Very light and refreshing. Their water is clean and taste like bottled. Their service was fantastic, the waitress had patients with us, it was our first time. Was a little sceptical but after tasting the soup, I was hooked. Definitely returning. I had been driving by this restaurant for months and finally decided to give it a try. I had ordered ahead of time for a take out order on a Sunday night. When I arrived, the order was not ready but a young man said it would be right out. After watching people waiting at their tables for long periods of time not get any service, I dropped my expectations. I finally received my order while waiting at their non-functioning bar for 45 minutes, I took it home to see what we had. For a cuisine that is supposed to have a good deal of spice, all of the food was bland and, some, nearly tasteless. The place is seriously understaffed and, apparently, unmanaged. I suppose the one saving grace is that I recognized how poor they are with only one visit. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more
