We were the first customer since its opening! We've been waiting for a legitimate pho place west of 400 for a long time. So, we took a chance when we heard that an additional location was open just down the street. Limited retail parking right next to the business, but additional parking available in the parking garage in the north west end of the building. The quality of food is what you'd expect from Pho 24 (in a good way). Meet was plentiful in the pho and tender. The employees are certainly new at this since, well, they haven't had any customers. But they are super nice and friendly. If you want an authentic pho without having to travel down to Buford highway, this is it! read more

Was hoping I could get just a regular phở soup only to find out none of their broths are vegan, even for the ones that only contain veggies and tofu. Loved their restaurant on Buford highway, was looking forward to this new opening in Sandy Springs. We ordered three Banh Mi Sandwiches to go, but it was a total disappointment. First of all, a sandwich at Sandy Springs costs $2 more than at the Buford highway store. The sandwich at sandy Springs does seem to be larger, but it is also thinner. If not for the fact I know what good Pho tastes like, I'd probably give them a 3, but it's simply not that good. Bland broth. The noodles are ok, the meet was OK, but the broth was nearly tasteless. Get some better cooks / recipes or you'll be out of business in 6 months. The fresh rolls were just OK, too. Service was fine, waiter and mgt was attentive. Very clean, but it's only 6 weeks old. We ordered wings for appetizer....tasted like the wings were taken out of the fridge, thrown unwashed into grease for 2 minutes and served with clear, sweet something. Nasty! I ordered pho with filet mignon. It tasted like dish water that noodles and scallions were added to. The bowl was filled with "broth", noodles, scallions and shaved "filet mignon" on top. A scarce shake of salt would have made this dish at least tolerable. My husband ordered the chicken and shrimp with rice. That dish was slightly edible but by this time, we just wanted to leave. We can recommend the water with lemon. We predict this place will not last very long here in Sandy Springs.....eateries like this typically do not. read more

Pho 24 (in Sandy Springs on Roswell Road) is a gastronomic disaster that I am compelled to warn others about. This is inspite of its Health Score of A. The cooking was a disaster as I recently visited this location to place two to go orders: chicken pho soup (medium) and pork chop. The former was as bland as a meal can get--i.e., dull, flavorless, just plain "blah. And we have consumed gallons of pho soup over the course of the decades both here in the sates and in Vietnam itself. The order for a pork chop (C2 on the menu) was a different story. It was just plain old nasty. And it was the wrong order to boot. I ordered a pork "CHOP" and received three strips of burnt mystery meat instead. No bone-in chop. Although I wanted noodles with the chop, this combination was not on the menu so I settled for rice and veggies to compliment the chop (which I never received). The veggies: a piece of cucumber and a piece of tomato. Neither was a full slice but just a hacked off of piece of cucumber and tomato. The white rice was sticky and COLD. The pork chop monstrosity set me back $13 but was worth no more than a buck!!! Waste neither your time nor your money on at this utterly failed menu. I wish I had been so advised before I decided to order a meal (or whatever that was on my plate)!! A disgruntled former diner never to return ever again. EVER!!!!!!!!! read more

This place was AMAZING! Lately unfortunately it seems it's lacking luster and as if it's about to close... they used to have filet minion with their pho orders that they no longer offer... they are not consistent with their offerings and are mostly empty. Order here a few times and each time was pretty good for the most part. The portion sizes are great and the broth is very flavorful. I'm not really sure why people aren't loving this place. It's delicious! My best friend growing up was Vietnamese and we got Pho all the time, and this is just as good as the best Buford highway restaurants. The broth was flavorful and the noodles absorbed the broth properly. The flank steak in the soup was some of the best I've had. Prices were normal. Staff was attentive and friendly. First and foremost, I really enjoyed the flavor of our pho. I'm borderline catching a cold and there's just something about pho that seems to make my cold disappear. The decor was a huge step backwards if you were used to see the old Rize in this space. However, it's nothing you wouldn't see in any resturant on Buford Hwy. Definitely felt more authentic. The prices were too high compared to other places. Again, we really liked the flavor of our food but it was too expensive for the dishes we received and not on par with comparable resturants. Service was slowwwwww. There were maybe two other occupied tables in the resturant and it took at least 15 minutes for someone to come over and take our order. Our food came quickly but we finally got so confused waiting for the check that we got up thinking maybe we were supposed to pay at the counter and then a employee came rushing over. They can only get better in this regard. Parking can be a pain, for sure. I'm not sure if you can just park in the large BK parking lot but I imagine that's gotta be a lot easier. read more

My husband and I have been REALLY excited and looking forward to Pho24's opening in Sandy Springs. We generally have to do that Buford Highway trek for pho, but with Pho24 being around the corner, we were anticipating never having to drive too far. Take this review with a grain of salt though, they've only been open for a week and you can tell they're still trying to figure out a good flow for orders and customer service. Here's what's good: - The pho broth was really good - it was much better than we expected and it was even better than our experience at the original Pho24 on BuHi at like 8am (it was a long night). The broth tasted really clean. - The space isn't incredibly crowded and you can see that it's mostly taken from Rize, the pizza place that used to occupy the space. What could be better: - The banh mi (dac biet - the combo) had very little meat and no pate in it. I get that pate is an acquired taste but it's like an essential thing to have in a banh mi. The sandwich buns are longer, BUT what's a sandwich without all the meat when you're paying $7 each. I could get a banh mi at Quoc Huong at $3 and it's nearly overspilling with meat/veggies. - Service could be more efficient. They're using these fancier hand-held POS systems which clearly take too long for the server to enter orders. We could also see the backup of orders in the kitchen, since it's an open kitchen. - I wish the pricing was a little lower but it might be that we're paying for Sandy Springs prices. -Parking - we foresaw this even before they opened. There's very little parking for the shops so we parked at Whole Foods and walked over. There's easily more uncovered space next door at Burger King too. I really really really want this place to do well because we need a Vietnamese/pho place in Sandy Springs. The next closest is Pho Dai Viet next to a Publix in Buckhead or Pho King on Peachtree. In many ways, I'm glad Pho24 is better than these other places, but if they can't figure out how to be more efficient or even adjust their prices, I don't know how long they'll stay in business. Oh, and please make a fuller banh mi. It really breaks my heart to see a sandwich less than half-filled. read more

Food is ok. The pho is nothing special, but it is convenient to have one close by for sandy springs residents in case you need an asian fix. However, I wouldn't go again for several reasons: 1) service is unbearably slow. We called in takeout for 2 orders of pho and spring rolls. They refuse to start the order until you arrive..and then we waited for 25 min for something that should have taken 5 min to prepare. The restaurant had like 3 tables going too, so they were not overly busy. 2) extremely pricey. One bowl of pho was 15 dollars. The guy who took our order rang up each meat as an added charge for some reason (I got meatball, tripe, sirloin) - so make sure you order directly off the menu or be prepared to be charged extra for a huge rip off. Sadly we didn't realize this until we had left and seen the receipt. Next time, we'll drive the extra 15 min to go to Buford Highway where there are plenty of better pho options rather than pho 24. Food/service/cost makes this location highly disappointing. read more

The food is good. Online ordering charges you about $4 (don't know the exact amount because it won't tell you). You don't see the real price until it's time to pay. The receipt doesn't show how much it is to pay/order online either. Save four dollars and call to order. Crappy of them to put the charge into the customers order. Tonight, I placed a curbside order for a Bahn Mi sandwich and Lemongrass Chicken with Rice (order # 12020061849). It was placed at 5:51 PM. I waited in my car until 6:50 PM and the order still did not come out. I called the Pho 24 and they said they were very backed up in the dining area and are not able to bring out the order. I walked in and my order was just sitting on the takeout table. I wanted to talk to a manager but there was only one employee in the entire restaurant! There were three tables the one lady was working on her own. There was no one visible in the kitchen area. During prime dinner time; you should never be this short staffed. If you cannot fulfill online orders for curbside, that function should be disabled on you website. read more

This is my first time going to this location. This will prob be my first and last time. I normally go to the location on Buford hwy and this was closer to home. First, they overcharge for everything. Buford hwy was so much cheaper. And then it was so many workers that was standing around and I kept having to keep asking for a refill. Eh. I love Vietnamese so I was excited for this nearby. I ordered the pork bun with egg roll. The egg roll was yummy. The pork was yummy but very fatty, and I ended up picking a lot of the pieces out. The bun had a ton of noodles, which is typical, but I prefer a larger crunch to noodle ratio (lots of greens and herbs are the best. I asked for cilantro since it didn't come with it or any of the herbs typically served w these dishes). Service was good. It wasn't crowded so it was as expected. Don't think I'll return since Com on BuHi is so good, or Lees for Banh mi, etc etc. worth the drive for good Vietnamese food. read more

I'm reviewing this for my parents who only speak Vietnamese. We were first in love with this place like 8 months ago, there pho is so good. The only thing my parents complaint is the restaurant service lately. Last week they had to wait 50mins for their pho (25mins to have the server taking order and roughly about half an hour after that for the pho). All and all a terrible experience. They open at 10am and we arrived at 10 after and the door was locked. We should have turned around and left and took it as a sign. We ordered pretty basic stuff and our food took over 30 minutes to get to the table. The food was not fresh, the service was bad and for a brand new restaurant it was not clean.
