DO NOT GO THERE I've been here 3 Times, non existent service almost every time. They don't come to you u less u wave them down, even then they are mostly nowhere to be found. Worst yet, they ran my card and charged me once, I shown them on my Bank transaction told her it's confirmed and went trough, she said because the receipt didn't print out therefor it's not charged. However it's clearing showing on my bank, it's been charged! Nope, she went ahead and slide anyway. Now my Bank got charged again, that's $50 for a damn meal for two. She guaranteed the money was not taken out of my account, totally ignoring what I was showing her on my phone. Called Bank, Bank stated the transaction went through and it looks like they are finalized. Talked to them again in the restaurant, again, they guarantee it's not charged, which is so fucking not true and they won't refund me. There's that. So, if you don't want to get double charge cos they have no idea what the fuck is going on and they doesn't know how to listen, or see, stay away from this shitty place. read more

Ordered take out, returned home~ only to find 3 out of the 4 things in my order was wrong. Called back, they promised to correct my order and make me new ones. GREAT customer service. Would order again just because it's close to my house. But they should be more aware of the takeout orders because not everyone live close to the area. read more

The food is good. Unfortunately that's the only positive I have. Obviously an important one. The service is awful. Rude employees. One was coughing all over the place. Didn't exactly make me feel like I wanted my food, if she was the one that was going to serve it. You can keep your germs, thank you. read more

The service was terrible!!!! Never ever kiss a baby on their cheek that you don't know!! Our waitress thought it was a ok to kiss my one year old on the cheek and as she walked away and started coughing. My son has been sick the entire week with a cold and cough. The food was good but the utensils and dishes were dirty. By dirty I mean there was still rice on the plate. We ordered three waters and a mango smoothie. We had to ask for the smoothie three times and when we finally got it it was the wrong one. I will not be a repeat customer. read more

This is a new location and only a week old. I moved to the area almost 2 years ago and have been waiting for a legitimate Pho restaurant to get my Vietnamese fix and it's finally here. Here are a few insights: 1. The name - Other establishments are open 24hrs, but this one is not. Most familiar with this chain assume these business hours and we know what they say when one "assumes". The Mall of GA night life is not like the night life inside the perimeter, so for now it makes sense to open 10AM - 10PM as most businesses in the area have similar hours. 2. Food quality - My family and I tried their Bun and Com dishes this past Saturday. The meat was tender, juicy, fresh, and the server was upbeat and very helpful. I am Chinese by blood but Vietnamese by culture because that was where my parents were born and raised. We are extremely particular about the Vietnamese food we eat and this is the main reason we tried Saigon Cafe by the mall 3x in 2 yes and refuse to eat there after giving them 3 chances, the food is not even average quality there. A way my parents try out Pho without getting the entire dish is to just order the broth. Those new to Pho should note this, the broth is what makes or breaks a Pho dish. I have witnessed them try broth at other establishments and they usually can give me great insight on the broth after a couple of sips. They were pleased with a broth here, my mom's only gripe was her broth was a bit more fatty than she would like. This could either be a reflection on ingredients or the chief just scooped closer to the top of the pot. The bowl of broth I had had a good ratio of fat to broth and I would definitely come back for a full bowl of Pho next time. 3. Organization - There is some work needed here as it seems some of their staff is young and new to working in a restaurant. Given they are a new establishment, only time will tell when their young staff comes into their own. Overall, I will be going back and making updates to my reviews. I like to give new places I visit at least 3 tries. This place is worth a visit. read more

Definitely a place I take my family to enjoy some yummy pho! The dishes always come out hot and well seasoned. I get a large bowl and share it with my wife since she never finishes her small bowl. Also, try the smoothies...they are absolutely delicious. We always order coconut flavor. read more

This establishment does not serve proper Vietnamese dishes. I had the grilled pork & eggroll/spring roll vermicelli and let me tell you what was wrong with it: the "egg roll" was actually generic fast food CHINESE takeout and the mints was only cilantro! The grilled pork was thickly cut and the flavoring was just "not bad." Overall, the dish lack flavor and I will not be a repeat customer. The service was great though. read more

I moved here from California. I decided to give Pho24 a try. I was disappointed because i love seafood Pho. Shimp, squid and fish ball. Pho24 only has shrimp. But still the shrimp Pho and shrimp spring rolls were excellent! I would definitely recommend Pho24! read more

I always come here and every time I get super great customer service and they are always so friendly to me. The pho is bomb and I love love love love the spring rolls better than the place down the street! The food here is soo good!!! poor service ... very rude and can't get the order right ... this has happened multiple times

Noodles were less like rice and more like ramen. Broth was not really what I call flavorful and despite ordering beef (which is what my receipt even showed) I received shrimp. They were the best tasting part of the meal, cooked perfectly. Its just not what I ordered or wanted. I would have taken it back (it was takeout) but I have a life and waiting twice for the same order is not how I choose to spend my days. Other than that the atmosphere was nice, the staff were attentive and friendly while I waited for my order (which was ready in less than 10 minutes). read more

In fairness, the food itself was probably fine. I ordered PHO TOGO with beef, tender beef, to be exact. When I got to my hotel, the beef was raw. Yes, raw. I ordered from the menu and it did not say it would be raw. The website does say that but at a minimum they could ask a clarifying question. I had not way to cook it. The broth was also not really hot. Sigh.... read more

- So happy this place is local! When I'm too lazy to drive, I'll sucker myself into going to eat mediocre Saigon bc it's close to me but now I can come here! I ate dinner at a Pho 24 today and I was excited to try a new pho spot so close to home. This place exceeded my expectations! I would definitely come here again b/c of the convenience; I won't have to travel to Duluth to get my pho fix! The service was good and the food came really quick! The atmosphere is good for family dinners, date nights, or any other special event. read more

I'm a pho lover, and so I try out new places whenever I have the opportunity. The best ever, by the way, is the Golden Cow in the Vietnamese community of Northern Virginia. I thought that the Pho of Pho 24 was exceptionally tasty compared to most. Great broth, clear and flavorful. The appetizers were good, but not tremendous. I give it 5 stars because, for me, the Pho's the thing. read more

As I am somewhat of a Pho connoisseur, I know a few things about good and excellent Pho. Ive enjoyed bowls of Pho all over the US and Canada and I even prepare it myself sometimes. From the very first time I visit here a few months ago, to every single time I have visited Pho 24, I've always had a great bowl of Pho. My favorite go-to Pho is the brisket and fatty brisket. The broth is as good as it gets and each bowl is chock-full of whatever meat or meats you choose. The service is always real good here and they are quite fast in bringing your ordered meal. read more

I ordered the bun tom cha gio. the eggroll was teeny tiny and the baby shrimps were boiled, not grilled. the ratio of the noodles to the meat was 80/20. never again. my friend's pho was so bland with no beef flavor whatsoever. read more

This restaurant is wonderful! Truely Vietnamese. They have a little bit of everything which allows people to pick and choose what they would like; Vegetarian options too! We will definitely be back! It's great to have something different in the area. read more

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST pho restaurant I ever been. The food quality was poor and the service was terrible. I ordered combination pho with all the different kinds of meats in and ice coffee with induced milk. The quality of meats were so bad that I can smell unpleasant odor. I couldn't finish the dish. The drink didn't even come out until we finish our meal. We tried to ask where is our drinks, and honestly the servers wouldn't even look into the direction where we are. Are you expecting a service? Well, don't expect that at this place because they would not even come to your table to asking what you need or if everything came as what we expected. Nothing was ready on the table, so we have to ask every time what we need - straws, sauce plates, drinks. When we asked for all the missing things, the server said that they are busy and just bring our drinks in the to-go cups, not even asking if we want in a togo cup. We finally talked to manager/owner of this restaurant about the quality of dish and poor service. He didn't even say anything about this and asked the server to go check our plate. I would NEVER come back to this place, and don't recommend to anyone. read more

The PNW has some of the best Asian food in the US. In ATL if you want good Pho, Pho 24 is not it. The Pho lacked flavor., but the wait staff was great and that's about it. read more

I've not found many franchises that serve healthy food. Zoe's Kitchen was a healthy one I go to. So I gotta put Pho 24 in the same category of healthy franchises I like. The menu is friendly enough for non-Vietnamese reading folk except for what was that smoothie I had??? Khoai Môn - Taro. Honestly I had no idea it was an Asian root that is common for cooking. That smoothie was amazing! Next I had the Bún Tôm Nng, Tht Nng- Grilled Shrim & Pork w/ Rice Vermicelli. Very pretty giant bowl and I had no idea how to eat it . It looked pretty and had the flavor to go with it. Not a small dish for $9, and if you finish it like I did, you won't feel disgusted for the next hour after eating it (Like when you eat at a buffet and want your money's worth only to suffer afterwards where even unbuttoning your pants doesn't help ) Good restaurant I'd recommend to friends and family! read more

pho was very greasy and the waiter was literally vaping in the kitchen where the food was! it is illegal to smoke/vape in restaurants because of the chemicals. When confronted, the waiter Tony didn't even feel apologetic or bad that he vaped. Definitely was rude. Don't eat here! read more

Been going here ever since they opened up since I live so close but I don't think I'll go back after tonight. Ordered for pickup online and took what the lady had given me, went back home and realized that I was missing an item. I called the store and the man said that they couldn't refund me for the item since they didn't have the power to on their end which is absolutely ridiculous since their Clover system should give them every right to, and he went on to gaslight me, saying that it was my fault for leaving the item at the restaurant and abruptly hung up the call after I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to. The food is good but this single interaction just ruined the whole place for me, and you would think an $80 ticket would permit some reasonable service. I just hope none of the tip I left goes to that guy. It's sad that every other experience I've had here was great. There's other pho places around, you can do better than this one. read more

This was my first time going to a Pho restaurant and was brought here by my Vietnamese friends. They felt it was one of the 'better Pho' restaurants in my area. I ordered the #7 Pho, which was a sampling of everything. The Pho came out really quickly, which was a great plus. HOWEVER, the rest of our order didn't come out as fast. My group ordered a shrimp spring roll appetizer, as well as a Vietnamese sandwich with one of the meats inside it. These two items came almost 15 minutes after the Pho came out. Besides that, the Pho tasted really good. From my previous experiences with restaurant soup dishes, they are very salty. This dish was not salty at all. The broth was made very well, and definitely complimented the meats that I got with the meal. The meats came in the bowl rare, however after some time, and mixing it around, it was cooked to a medium. I got the small order, however they offer a medium and large as well. The small 'bowl' was larger than most bowls that are in other restaurants. They bring out sides as well for the Pho, which includes bean sprouts, fresh herbs, lime and Freshly sliced Jalapeno peppers. It didn't come spicy at all, so I had to add some sriracha sauce to it, which made it much better. Even though this was my first time going, i am definitely a fan, and am looking forward to eating here again in the future. Hopefully the service is faster for dishes other than Pho. read more

We ordered pho and summer rolls. Everything was outstanding, fresh and wonderful. We each ordered a Medium bowl of different types of pho and could not begin to finish it. Not sure why others complain about their portions size. All my portions were huge. My husband and I have been eating Vietnamese food all over the US for 20 years and we both agree this place serves great Vietnamese food. read more

You have to check carefully if they charged the 15% tip without your knowledge. The 15% tip IS NOT mentioned anywhere in the restaurant and menu. They don't give you the check because their shady business practice will be revealed. We asked for a refund because we paid an extra tip on top of the 15% tip but they refused to refund and said that they have to charge the 15% no matter what. We tried to explain that giving a tip or not is up to a customer but a restaurant but they didn't want to understand. They don't seem to know that what they are doing is illegal. Other than that, their service is slow and the food is bland. Of course, their customer service is horrible. read more

A score of 63 in the food service?! Are you kidding me? This place should be shut down already and they had a score of 52 before... We eat here on a regular basis. We love the food and the service is fast and efficient.

I came in and had the tender soup pho. The broth was delicious. Very flavorful and had the light oil layer on top that I look for in a good bone broth. It came with basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, lime and fresh jalapeño slices on side as well as chili paste type and hoisin sauce. It was all the flavors. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I'll be dining here again! read more

There's another pho restaurant down the road, but prefer Pho 24's pho broth as it tastes more authentic than the other place. Their bbq pork banh mi is a bit salty in taste. However, I prefer the bbq pork in their vermicelli dishes. Rice dishes are smaller in portions than I've seen in other pho restaurants. Was very disappointed in the small thin slice of pork rib we received. read more

Delicious pho. My first time trying it!!! Great service. Good prices. Huge portions.

I used to like this place but their prices for pho have gotten quite high at this point. I wouldn't knock them on it since I understand times are difficult for everyone right now but when I ordered takeout earlier, I asked the gentleman at the register when they raised prices. He proceeded to say it has always been at this price and showed me a menu with labels placed over the original prices.. like I said it's fine if you raise prices, but you don't have to lie to me and at least be transparent about it with pricing online or on Yelp. By the way he proceeded to tell me that they had raised prices 3 weeks ago after I pointed out the ridiculous statement he made saying they were always priced this way.. so this review is more of on principle of their shady service more than anything. The food is acceptable albeit not as worth the price personally but there are not that many options better in the area. read more

Great food and great staff! Reasonable prices, large portions. The staff remembered us when we walked in for our second visit :) I know I stand out from their other guests because of my hair, but the fact that the staff remembered us and noticed that I made changes to my hair warms my heart. I can't stress enough how I really like the staff. They treat you as welcomed guests in a home. As for the food, I gave in and got pho. The broth was delicious, it reminds me of home. Most restaurants that serves pho have watered down broth and it deters me from ordering pho at most locations because I am usually left highly disappointed. This location had the perfect amount of seasoning and I was not left disappointed. I highly recommend others to try this restaurant. read more
