Most of the food was ok, but when I ordered the poached egg and meat the egg was still cold and not cooked at all, the both was barely warm and so was the meat. read more

Today I took my daughter to lunch for her birthday at this place. We had the Brisket pho and it had way too much fat.The beef broth tasted old and fatty from all the extra fat in the meat. We had to ask for more lemons to drown out the terrible taste. I ate as much as I could but my daughter just could not eat this filth. The water they gave us had a soap taste to it so I did not have anything to help with the old pho. I asked the waitress is there was a way I wouldn't have to pay for my daughters meal since she barely touched hers. She said nothing was wrong since I was able to eat half of mine. I paid, left no tip and will Never Ever eat there again!!!!! read more

Horrible service after COVID. Not only do they not offer regular size Pho for take out, the "XL" one is literally the same size as the small one. read more

Went to the restaurant on Tuesday night at 9:30 on the dot, the closing time on the door says 10. They refused to seat me saying, they had to mop the floors tonight really! Don't they mop them every night after the customers leave what kind of way is this to run a business. I've been here several times during the day and liked the food and the service obviously the nighttime crew needs a lot of work not sure I'll be back at night. read more

This place isn't bad the food is good but they have shitty ass service. Every time I go they always take 15 minutes to take our order or they forget that they have a table I'm glad they are opening up iluvpho across the street. read more

Best Pho Tom (Shrimp Pho, I probably didn't spell that right) around here. The sizes are great and so are the appetizers. Only thing I didn't like was the peanut sauce for the fresh spring rolls. read more

So to all those negative reviews below me. They stepped up their game. The food here is quite delicious. I order some pho and a bahn mi sub. Everything came out orderly and fresh. I usually. Eat at the bahn mi cafe in Duluth. I highly recommend this place if you like trying new cuisine. read more

Male Waiter is a moron second time we come and he forgets like half the order, dude does not know how to communicate properly or work the P.o.s , and gets mad at clients Quote " you order to fast" Horrible customer service. read more

Great food... good portions. Everything is always fresh and I usually get the P7. The only issue is... they seem to always be under staffed. I have been here with the place packed and tonight only 25% full. They never have enough people working to support the customers. I ran out of water and had to ask three times before I could get something to drink. read more

Friendly service with a smile! Food is good, restaurant is clean and interior is cozy. Recommend trying the pho noodle soup.

I would love to give this place more stars but their complete lack of service and skimping on meat in the Pho is ridiculous for the price. Quality isn't bad but what should cost $8 costs almost $12 read more

Hope business continues to grow! Even with them being short staffed. I'll Still give a 5 stars ! Food was Delicious! The Pho meet our expectations. We frequent lots of PHO places in Duluth. Its nice to have one around the corner. read more

I ordered bahn mi and spring rolls to-go . Sounds simple. However waited 30 mins to receive my sandwich. Apparently it was sitting there

One of the better places around Mall of Georgia. Pho 24 is located in what used to be Genghis Grill, and the decor and layout remain unchanged. Still not as good as my favorite place in Duluth, but pretty good. The pho broth was very hot and flavorful. The portion size is good, but the amount of meat is a little skimpy. I paid extra to add meatballs to my order, and I received exactly one meatball but into quarters, which was kind of disappointing, so if I go back, I won't pay extra to add meat. The meatball did taste pretty good though, so if you like meatballs in your pho, thus place has good ones. Soft drinks are available, but only in cans - no free refills. Anyway, if you like pho and you're at the mall, give this place a try. Not the best in the world, but the best so far near the mall. read more

Customer Service really sucks!! Our family entered the restaurant with great attitude, and was looking forward to a bowl of pho today at around 1:30pm. No one greeted us so as usual they want us to seat ourselves which was no problem bc we (family of 4) always go to the big table that seated 6 people. Entire restaurant was basically empty. Only two customers and us was in the dining area. A female waitress approached us and says the table was only for 6 people. I politely told her this was our favorite spot for the last two years, and no other staff had a problem with it in the past. And the restaurant was basically empty. She then rolled her eyes at us and walked away. After that we all got up and left the restaurant without even thinking twice. We ended up going to their competitor and had lunch there. Pho 24 lost 4 customers today and indefinitely. read more

We stopped here on a whim today. We love pho. It was close. We were hungry. We usually drive to one of the spots in Duluth. This was a good choice. The service was good, though, they were very busy so we waited probably longer than usual to be seated and to have our orders taken. But, the staff was very polite. We ordered small pho tai and pho ga (get white meat - the dark is fatty), fried rolls, and limeade. (We also ordered a bahn mi sandwich, but that never came. No worries. We were satisfied with what we had.) The broth was excellent and the portions were sufficient. Overall, it was worth it. We'll be back. read more

Their pho broth is really good! We went there for dinner with family but they seems pretty unorganized but it is understandable because they just opened. The portion and the taste of food is good. The service can get better next time. I will wait couple more month to settle down and visit here. read more

Wow. Hardly ever post reviews but this was pretty bad. Vietnamese roast pork Vermicelli dish is pretty basic so I was amazed when it turned out so bad. I literally had to spit out about 1/4 of the meat because of gristle and the nuoc cham could've just as well been water. I didn't expect the quality of what I can get on Buford Hwy but When Saigon Cafe across the street puts you to shame you are not going to last imo. Won't be back. Rather spend the time and money to hit Chamblee. read more

This restaurant mess up on my to go order couple of times already and made up for me the next visit. That didnt happened this time and insist they gave me the large size and saying I was wrong. I would give this a NO star if I had to. Terrible customer service. I love Pho is opening soon. Their Pho is a lot better and they have more selection. read more

Yummmmmm! Great service. Yummy pho bowls and yummy crusty Bahn MI sandwiches. I'm so glad they are here!!

I was so excited to finally see another pho place other than horrible Saigon. Ok, the pho was awesome, but not enough soup! I will probably go back for pho but I didn't enjoy their fried rice. The fried rice was really dry n old lookin. The utensils were not so clean. The service was great! read more

This is a great place for pho, they are fast and it's savory. The service is superb and there's also good amount of space between each seating arrangements. It's as authentic as you can get outside of Doraville. read more

Overpriced and small portions compared to other pho restaurants in Atlanta. I'd pass for better options unless you have no choice.

They should really turn the heat on. It's 35 degrees outside and I'm still shivering waiting for my food. Owner must be a cheapskate for not turning the heat on read more

Great service+Great food=Happy Repeat Customers!!! By the way Nguyen is awesome!! The food is always fresh and quickly served.

The service is not good at all.. Server lies inorder not to work, we asked for chili, she said they didn't have. Yet another server brought some out. . Will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

We walked in and immediately was looked at and ignored by the host. She sat us down and we waiting to have our order taken. No server came up to us so we asked the host to bring us waters. She never brought them but came and took our order. Our food comes out and we STILL do not have water. She told us it was coming twice but it never did. She then brings it out after we ask her a third time. Food was VERY good, however she NEVER once came back to check on us. First time I have left a restaurant without leaving a tip. read more

Super yummy pho. Service is good. We eat here often. My husband is into pho and has tried a few places nearby and this is our fav. better than Saigon. Def recommend. We haven't tried the other food but if want good pho go here. I hope this place is here to stay bc we will keep coming back! read more

Went back a second time with the entire family as options in the area are limited. The service was very good. The bahnmi sandwiches were great. The Pho was cconsistent and my daughter loved her chicken plate with fried rice. Looks like this place will become one of our go to Pho restaurants. read more

I understand that this is a new location but I went before noon on a Thursday and they were struggling. Either their bread order didn't come in, or something else was up, because I couldn't get a banh mi. I instead got the fried egg rolls and a medium pho (fatty brisket, lean brisket, and flank). My table was in the waiting room right next to the door, which was bizarre. All of my food came quickly but all at once, which isn't a huge deal but I got an appetizer for a reason. I was brought a water with a lime already floating in it, and an unwrapped straw stuck in it. I manage a restaurant and would be mortified if I saw my servers do that. My server was an older woman that was a little abrasive and was surprised when my food hadn't come out. It seems she also forgot about a table on the patio. Not a terrible location but with Saigon Cafe closer to me, I can't imagine I'll rush back. read more

Wings dipped in honey was a treat. The pho was mediocre but location is prime. If you want to to Pho and shop ... This is the spot.

I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and was blown away by the service, prices, atmosphere, and food quality. I got chicken and shrimp with noodles and soup. The food was hot, arrived quickly, and portions were huge. The meet was well cooked and delicious. The staff were perfect and did not hover too much. The owner introduced himself personally and was genuinely kind. Overall, an excellent dining experience. Would definitely recommend! There is something here for everyone. read more

The pho was OK, nothing special - on par with a Saigon cafe. Would not come back again. Take the extra trip to Duluth to Super Pho or somewhere else. Also, this location is not 24 hrs - I know the Jimmy Carter one used to be and that would make it an appealing option over Waffle House. Service was slow and disorganized. Oh, and the fried rice was terrible and had no flavor, the little bits of veggies were undercooked. How do you not fully cook little pieces of green peas and carrots? read more

Place is dirty, unkept. Water tasted like dish water and the pho was horrible. Don't recommend.

My girlfriend and I drove 30 minutes to Pho 24 only to be denied service. We arrived at 9:20 and they close at 10. We walked in and one of their employees immediately turned us away. They told us that they were closed 40 minutes before their advertised closing time. My girlfriend and I sat in the car for an additional 20 minutes trying to decide what to eat. While doing so, we noticed other people walking into Pho 24 and being seated by their employees. That is truly unfair. We are never eating there again. Besides, Saigon Deli has better food. read more

I always eat there every weekend. But today I got reused veggie and reused limes ( somebody squeezed the 3 limes) . It so Nasty and unbelievable. The girl keep telling me they never using the used food. Well, I cannot argue because I see in-front of my eyes they serve me reused veggies and limes. And the funny thing all employees look mad, no apology but keep saying they never reused the veggies and limes . The girl rushed grab the evident before I take a picture. And the guy said I'm going to have free meal, sorry no nasty meal even for free. Health department need to shut down their business ASAP !!!never going back again. I don't want any star but I cannot post review without damn star . Nasty place, you can eat my reused food guys !!! read more

I had the P7 which is the pho with all the meats in it. They gave a plate with all the sprouts, basil, lime etc... beforehand so I could chop up the basil before getting my soup. The chicken fried rice. Was great as was the grilled chicken spring roll. The service and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We just happened to be passing through on the highway and thankfully this was here so I didn't have to eat at Moe's. read more

I have been coming to this place for a while but I will not come again. The manager of this place is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a bowl of pho and they gave me broken left over noodle and little pieces of meats. I asked the manager to remake another bowl but she refused to. I wanted to talk to the owner but they all said he were not there. I said I will not going to eat and they still charged me for the bowl of pho. Very bad experience. I put a review on Facebook but they deleted right away. Very bad place, DO NOT COME HERE TO EAT. read more

I've been to the other locations so I was excited to have them open in Buford since it is closer to home. Although I am disappointed that it isn't their full menu. They offer pho, rice and vermicelli plates, but no signature Vietnamese dishes that I crave and this is why I rated it a 3. read more
