Very good pho, vegetable egg rolls, smoothies, sandwiches. This is one of my son's favorite places to eat. If we are ever not feeling good my husband will run out and grab some of the soup, it's like our healing potion. LOL Super close to Mall of Georgia. I was excited about the good reviews of Pho 24 but then reality set in during my meal. I was in the area and wanted something different. I really enjoy pho and was off to enjoy. This place is pretty big and I missed the lunch rush. Service was meh as I waited for a good amount of time before someone approached me. Ordered pho with rare beef and some spring rolls. Pretty easy and simple. I actually got the pho sooner than the spring rolls, not sure how that happens. Also I later found out that I was given the wrong pho when I pointed out how much fat was on the meat. This was a disappointment all around from the service to the food. I'd rather come here than Saigon cafe and I'm sure most would follow that direction. No it's not open 24 hours (it's 10-10). And it's also okay with me that the conversations with the server are short. But if pho is what you're looking for and you're not into driving to Duluth, this certainly meets that criteria. The P2 (tender beef & flank) was really tender and the broth was good. We also had a pork banh mi and the French bread tasted fresh. In addition to pho and banh mi they also have spring rolls, vermicelli, coffee and some rice dishes. If you look real closely to the half booth half table in the middle isle towards the back... You will see me ;) I always order the P1 now after trying most all of them. It is the tender beef and nothing compares to it. The broth OH THE BROTH is to die for. I have been to many many many many emphasis on the many of Pho places and the broth here has topped them all. Not to mention, there is a little lady who has a fireball attitude and the warmest smile I have ever seen who is here almost every day. Honestly- I call her my Pho mother. I've been here about four times now. Not only is it convenient to not have to drive to Duluth for Vietnamese food, the food is also very good!! We were so excited when Pho 24 opened at the MOG. I've ordered something different every time I've come and never been disappointed. I'm not a shrimp eater, so we always get the pork spring rolls. I'm drooling just thinking about them! I've had the pho with beef and brisket, the grilled pork and fried egg dish, the beef vermicelli and the pork vermicelli (all were fantastic!). The Vietnamese iced coffee is also a must-try here! This is my 2nd visit to Pho 24 since the opening, my 1st review was very average but I wanted to give this place a 2nd chance so I waited a few month to come back. I really wanted to have a great experience as we live 5 min from there and love Vietnamese food. Food : We order 1- Chicken fried rice for my kids : they did not like it very much, it was way to salty, not a lot a meat, Price 9.75$ 2- Lemongrass Chicken : it was flavorful and the portion was correct but again way to salty 3- Pork chop : My husband loved this dish from other places ( he is Vietnamese) but again too salty he did not really enjoy the meal, he does not want to come back. 4- Thai tea : I just have a sip I did not like it at all, when we left the server ask we forgot our drinks, my husband took it to be polite Service : that is another concern i have about this place, we have our food before getting our drinks, i have to ask 3 times to get water for my kids. The table in this place are too small i forgot to took a picture of that but with everythinh we put on the table ( sauce, napkin, try for silverware) we barely have enough space to eat. With an average food and very mediocre service, this will not be my place to go for Vietnamese food i rather drive all the way to Duluth. My kids know i am writing review and my oldest remind me to not forget to add it was not very good so i ask him out of ten how many points he will give to our meal and he said 2,.. I should have walked out after I saw their rating... 73/100 as of this review. Pho 24 is a new pho restaurant around the mall of Ga shopping center. I was pretty excited to hear a new Pho place had come up. When you walk in that 73 restaurant score is a big turn off, but man was I curious. How could some place so new have a C- score??? Place looked nice. New and modern. Prices were fair for the Pho. I think the reason I gave 2 stars was the lack of service and taste. Its hard to compete with all restaurants in Buford Highway. Ive been spoiled with greatness and Pho 24 has a Long way to go. Food comes out speedy but they lack instructions. I asked for no cilantro and there it was. I just ate it. Tried my best to pick it out for the kids. The side of sprouts was minimum. Felt like they were a bit cheap with that. Don't expect them to come by often. Soup is key to me and very important. It didnt wow me at all. I had the XL pho and it was plenty. I walked out again and the 73.... I thought to myself they named their restaurant "Pho 24" cause thats how many points they lost. lol. read more

Most pho places I know generally are mom and pop type places. Single business owners who specialize in their own recipes regarding their broth, meats, spices, and ambiance. I didn't realize Pho 24 was a franchise until I checked it out on Yelp. So on a whim and rainy weather makes for good pho consumption, I decided to check this place out. I have to say the ambiance of the place is great! Fantastic looking interior. It's not overwhelming, minimal art work of the Vietnamese landscapes, and essentially a better lit Pei Wei but not at all like the concept. This is where it stops. When I say I've experienced better, I mean, I've experienced a whole heck of a lot better. I ordered the large P7 and for $10.95, you would think you're getting your money's worth. You really aren't. The broth was mediocre and it lacked the richness and the flavor of what pho should be. It was too light and the flavor wasn't as punchy as pho is. Lacked a depth you would expect from pho. The temperature wasn't bubbling hot either. Normally, you would get your bowl and it would be steaming hot. I wear glasses and looking over the bowl, my glasses should fog up. It didn't. This added to the lackluster performance of the dish. The meat you can tell isn't of the best quality. Now granted, pho has a reputation of using the less desired bits of the animal but that's the charm of the dish, the tripe, the tendons, as well as the fatty bits like the fatty brisket and dense meatballs (which I didn't get) are all supposed to be in the broth which helps add that to that beefy flavorful stock but this didn't. There definitely was a chain restaurant feel to it for sure. I really won't go back because it didn't thrill me and I'm sorry to say, I was expecting more. read more

Came in during an odd hour (post-lunch and pre-dinner) and I was greeted and seated quickly. I was given a few moments to look over the menu and of you're familiar with pho restaurants, you pretty much already know what you want to order. I ordered a P7 medium (P7 is their combination) and the variety of meats offered is smaller than the selection at other pho restaurants. I also ordered a side of tendon, an order of fresh shrimp rolls, and a watermelon smoothie with boba. My shrimp rolls and side of greens came out literally a minute after I ordered but the rice paper was a little tough and made me wonder if it had been pre-made instead of being made fresh. My pho and side came out to me a few minutes later on a cart and they gave me another side of greens. My watermelon smoothie arrived somewhere in between. The pho broth is a little bland but it's not watered down and not terrible; I ate it without any sauces. The medium size is a good portion and I almost finished all of it before I became full (and I ate the shrimp rolls, too). The tendon wasn't as soft as I would have liked it; it was a little chewy and I like my tendon to be real soft. On your table, you have spoons and chopsticks as well as packs of spoons and forks in case you can't use chopsticks. No little bowls for dipping sauces so if you're like me and you like to make a little hoisin/sriracha sauce to dip, you'll have to ask the staff or figure out something clever (like using the empty appetizer plate). Also, you only get sriracha, hoisin, and a red chili paste (not the chili oil kind) so I think you will have to ask for other sauces if you want them. There's no music playing but there are 2 tvs that play the same content as each other. The restaurant itself feels very open and you can see into the kitchen where everything is being made. The staff is Vietnamese and service is good; occasionally, a waitress will come by and ask, "You okay, baby?" And then give me a thumbs up when I nod with my mouth full of food. Location wise, it's a little inconvenient because you go in one way and you go out the way you came into a one-way street. Parking may be a little tricky as well since Pho24 shares parking space with Southwest Moe's. Overall, Pho24 is a nice addition to the area. Personally, I will stick to my pho restaurants in Duluth but I won't object to coming here once in a while or if a friend wants to come. read more

I thought I had evolved as a yelper, but apparently I am susceptible to admittedly silly annoyances. Take for example the fact we were nearby purchasing a mattress when we noticed a new pho place. Stopped in and to our great surprise Pho 24 had just opened their doors for the very first time, still unpacking as we were being seated. We were literally the first official customers. Glanced through the menu, placed our order and decided to set up their yelp page while we were awaiting our food. Figured I would review them later to capture the FTR (first to review), but after getting home not even two hours later, they already had TWO 5 star reviews! GRRRRRRR!!! Don't know why I felt like someone took my candy, but I did! LOL I've been pouting for a few days now, but decided to get over it. Anwayz, let me just say we enjoyed our meal which included steak pho (P1), shrimp fried rice (F2) and a coconut smoothie (D21). I'm very picky about my pho, so I was delighted the broth was to my liking. We travel sooooo far from home to eat pho and I'm pleased to have this option close by. I am especially pleased they will be open 24 hours a day because I particularly love pho in the morning for breakfast (in the winter months). Also, service was quick and friendly. Seemed that the entire staff brought different parts of our meal, utensils or water to the table at different times during our visit. FINAL THOUGHTS Experience has taught me many pho places can be very inconsistent with their broth, so I am reserving that fifth star for a future review update. One that would include several more visits to determine if today's broth was a fluke or a flavor I can consistently count on. But let me just say, I was highly impressed, particularly with the flavor of the shrimp fried rice. I was so impressed in fact that we ordered a second round to take home. I've been coming here about once every two weeks to fulfill my pho cravings. It seems that the quality since when it first opened has gone a little down. The noodles portion wise are fine but they are very stingy with the meat. I always get chicken pho with added shrimp but they only give 3 pieces of shrimp now when they used to give me about 5 or 4. The amount of chicken also seems to have gone down. One pet peeve of mine also is that the tables are never fully stocked. I always have to ask for a small sauce bowl/plate and sometimes a sirracha is missing. I think that overall, management needs to get better. The workers aren't very friendly or organized. read more

I stopped here as I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I honestly love pho so I was pumped to see it in Buford. Unfortunately, here are my notes- What I disliked: -The water tasted like bleach. It was so bad that I actually almost spit out my first sip. -Pho came out in 30 seconds. Which I know is pretty standard for pho restaurants as the broth is pre-cooked and they just add all the toppings and noodles in before bringing to your table, but my soup came out before my appetizer which I didn't like. -Broth tasted far too strong of star anise and didn't taste like a low and slow cooked broth. You could tell that it was a stock that was loaded with spices to hide the fact that it wasn't authentically made with slow roasted bones and ginger and onion. -I ordered the Grilled chicken rolls as an appetizer and they came out after the pho and were thin looking and the wrapping was crunchy and hard instead of soft and pliable. The chicken in the rolls was super super HARD and stale. Additionally, they substituted the traditional herbs with a piece of lettuce. I haven't had pho in about 2 years. Every restaurant I've been too was mediocre. My coworker mentioned Pho 24 opening and we made the visit. The chicken spring roll I ordered was full of flavor and the peanut dipping sauce was amazing. My coworkers shrimp spring roll was just meh. It was lacking a lot of flavor. My pho was packed with noodles and the flavor was rich and tasty. I missed how good pho tasted and the pho at this location was really great. Buford has been needing a great Viet spot near the MOG. I was excited a while back when I heard that there was another pho place opening in Buford. I finally made it this afternoon with my in laws. Pho 24 is a local pho establishment that has several locations in the metro Atlanta area. I have visited the location off of Buford Hwy but do not remember much about it. Usually when I go to a new pho place, I try the pho as a baseline for my judgement. I did not try it today as I was looking for something different. I opted for the bun tom thit nuong cha gio (vermicelli noodles with shrimp, grilled pork, and egg roll). Plentiful bowl with noodles, bean sprouts, lettuce, and meats. The pork and shrimp had plenty of flavor, the egg roll was little lacking. Service was about what I expected. Our food came out in 2 waves, pho first and then the noodle/rice dishes. After our food arrived, nobody came back until it was time to pay the bill. I would definitely come back if/when I have a hankering for pho/vietnamese food. We ordered the shrimp spring roll, Pho Tai(filet mignon) and grilled pork with rice. Everything was delicious and forgot to take pics of the other dishes but I did get one of the rice. The location is located on Mall of GA Blvd where the old Genghis Grill was. It's located right in front of Mimi's Cafe. The place was clean but that's a given since it's their first day. Three sizes are offered and their "small" is enough for me. - Bun thit nuong: Again, they are generous with their meat in this dish. There's also plenty of veggies to contrast the saltiness of the accompanying fish sauce. - Banh mi: Nothing special, but definitely overpriced at $4. - Sadly, they do not offer any desserts here (che). Service Okay, let me just make this clear: in typical Vietnamese restaurants, yes, you have to wave down the servers. That's just how it is. Just think about all the times you wished you server didn't come by RIGHT as you just stuffed your mouth with food to ask how everything is. So come with this knowledge and you'll be alright.
